They werent gonna lube the suspension because the computer said it was sealed. After market ball joints and steering box support all have grease fittings. When I told the guy ringing me up he threw his head back and rolled his eyes. They said 30 minutes, there was one car ahead that was almost done. I was there over an hour. 175.00 for an oil change and air filter. Thats not worth the service I got today.

The people were friendly. They were extremely honest by letting me know that I did not need to purchase a new air filter at this time. Oil change, tire rotation and new windshield wipers… plus that AAA discount… totally worth it. Highly suggest.

First time at this location. Went in for a rock chip repair on a Saturday afternoon. Was in and out within 30 minutes. The service was fast, good customer service and decent price. Can’t say for other services but can recommend them if you need to get a rock chip repair.

This was the second time I went here since moving to this town. The first time they left a tool in my engine.There was rattling for a couple days and then driving I heard something drop out. Turned around on the road to see what fell, and it was a tool. Scared me because I couldn’t figure out what the noise was.I wanted to give them a second chance, and because they are close to my house. I told the guy what happened the first time and instead of just saying “I’m sorry that happened to you”, he got defensive and started saying they have a process of double checking. (I was not mean or had a tone when I was telling him this, so the reaction was unwarranted.)This second time I paid to have my coolant filled. It was very low. So I’m driving around for a week and I start to smell like a burning smell. My car was overheating. I checked the reservoir and it was dry. They never filled it up. Glad no severe damage happened because of this.My sister also took her car here and they charged her and did not fill her coolant.I also bought a coupon booklet from then. Now I’m out that money too because I’m not going back here to use the coupons.

Like that I didn’t need an appointment. The staff was professional & helpful. Clean waiting room. That is now my go to place! I found a coupon on line & they were happy to apply it.

Went for an oil change, they vacuumed the inside, which is ok I guess but they threw away important papers that were on the front seat. The manager, I assume, was on the phone, one of the crew was trying to pull out of the bay after they finished and asked the manager to guide him out.. he watched nothing and waived the kid to move the car out. Got home popped the hood to check something else and two screws for the air filter were not tightened and just hanging there. The amount of upsells they offer are a bit much. Just an oil change can mean just an oil change. Ill stick to Valvoline on Paradise. Ive had very good experience there.

The employees were friendly and knowledgeable and very nice and the service on my car was great.But for some reason it took 1.5 hours for me to get checked in even though there were only 2 cars in front of me, one already being worked on. Then another hour to get everything done. I would have liked to have some sort of time update.

No appointment needed. Very nice and super professional. Will definitely go back this winter.

Performed my oil change quickly. Checked and topped off my fluids. Informed me of additional services needed but no high pressure from them to allow them to perform them. Found one item they could not perform and they recommended an unaffiliated business to take care of it. Staff is friendly and professional. Glad they cleaned my windows!

I would have given them 5 stars but hardly any staff wore masks. We’re still in a pandemic COVID is surging again. It should be a no brainer to wear masks and the social distance and other safety protocols until this plague is really under control. Let’s be good community members and take care of each other. I lost the most important person to me in life to this virus. I know the horros of losing a child.

Well after the oil change was complete I got a short rundown but no paper work or receipt for the job done. Maybe I get it on line but that wasnt explained to me. They need a real office person. So to me service was poor at best.

Always great and fast service. My last visit I got a oil change, brake fluid flush and transmission flush, the guy was great even reminded me about the discounts available on thier website for an even better price!Update: after driving 1500 miles since having my cars transmission fluid flush and brake fluid flush I have had my tires making squealing when I turn and the engine is making weird nosies. The service light is now, I need to take it back to the dealership, dont know if I can trust jiffy lube now...becare at this jiffy lube!

Oil change as usual went great, they didnt fill my washer fluid and when they wiped down my back windshield they left it worse than what I drove in with, and thats saying alot my car hasnt been in a car wash in quite awhile.

Called ahead to find out if they could replace our serpentine belt. Went up there, got right in, belt and oil change in under an hour. Quick, good service, professional and reasonable price! Definitely would recommend!

I accidentally left my wallet there. They called me and ran it out to my truck when I got back there. They are great guys!

Oil change was fine, but when I got back to my car there was black stains on my drivers side carpet, interior door handle, and steering wheel. I’ve been to other Jiffy Lubes and never had an experience like this. I won’t be going back to this location.

The guy are so kind and courteous and very informative. I think this is going to be my place to go Im from now on.

The facility felt like the people working there were happy as a team. Knowledgeable smart. Concerned too. The head guy told everybody I was headed on a trip, implying let’s make this vehicle safe! Only the bathroom wall by the light switch needs cleaning. Also miss the popcorn during the wait. 😲😕

The employees were nice, but the service was very slow. My oil change took 30 minutes and I then waited another almost 10 minutes to be checked out. Not very Jiffy

They are not good at what they do. they didnt change my oil pan gasket for the drain, I went back to them because the car was leaking oil after they supposedly fixed it they left the oil cap off yes (off). So there for i think there just there for the money not for the customer..

This place was very nice. Well i sat in my car but i was done in 20 minutes. The young men were very nice and polite. Not something we see a lot these days. But Patrick was the greatest. He deserves a raise for the hard work he does.

It was the first time using the jiffy lube near my home. Even though they were busy late in the day they took my car serviced it they were very professional very helpful very informative and I will use them again

Easy process. All team members were professional. Service was as great and the location was clean.

Top off fluids. Found antifreeze was empty after just having been there 2 months ago. Service guy could not get radiator cap off so my feeling is that it was not properly checked last time OR this time. My technician seemed completely lost during my entire time in my vehicle until another guy Isaac came to the rescue. Either more training must be completed or better service practices adhered to. Issac was very helpful. Other guy not so much. Plz help the initial guy get better. We all need a job but once get the air hose in your hands do all 4 tires! Don’t do just one side and think the customer didn’t notice and while you’ve got the hood open, check all the fluids not just one until you’re asked.

Came off of a 13 hour shift to a dead battery. Security at my hospital was able to jump my battery and I drove straight here and they got me in/out in record time. I was EXHAUSTED so it was very much appreciated. Great service, Ill be back for all my other automotive needs!!!

It took a long time. The put filter on wrong and damaged gasket which got oil on engine. Replaced filter gasket. Forgot to replace skid plate initially. Waiting area smells like dirty feet

Great experience! One of the best I’ve had in a long time. The attendants were astute, offered all the up sales like tire rotations and air filters and even offered full synthetic. They were very polite and courteous holding the door open for myself and family offered us refreshments and popcorn. They even vacuumed the the driver side. It was a wonderful experience they finished quickly. I will definitely recommend this jiffy lube to friends and family. They serviced our Dodge Journey limited.

It was a great experience. They have done a nice job adjusting to the CVD19 world. I felt safe and healthy throughout the process. They are efficient in their work but dont seemed to be in a rush either. I would recommend going if there isnt a wait. Sometimes they do get pretty busy.

The three or four guys helping me were efficient, but I was the only customer. Though there were other techs, it took the counter guy some time to get to taking my order — enough for me to go to the restroom and then some. I had to take the initiative to ask for all synthetic oil, for them to check my air filter. I asked them to check my tires and the counter guy assured me they already filled them to 35 psi. Knowing my tires have a max pressure of 44 lbs, and that I need to tow my RV, I asked them to fill them to 40psi. The counter guy explained that they go by the label inside the door. I explained that the truck is 20 years old and those original tires are long gone. I think that’s an ill-advised policy. Why not read the actual tires for their labeling? Under-filling tow vehicle tires could be downright dangerous!They “cleaned” my windshield but left a shred of paper towel on my wipers. And the windshield was so smeared I had to run my wipers. So, not very impressed with the work, but they were all polite.

The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I had 2 prepaid certificates, but the Jiffy Lube system was tedious, confusing and time consuming to check out for the employee and me. I still don’t know if I paid the correct amount!

The service representative was very professional and addressed me in a very professional manner. As always the product used was of good quality and recommended. My car was finished on time which is rare now days I am sorry to say. For these reasons we keep coming back.

Not overly impressed. I was told I would receive a phone call once my vehicle was finished. I never received a call. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, the service provider couldn’t find the keys to my car! Took 10 minutes to find them. My windows weren’t washed as promised.

Unprofessional manners, charging for service that is unlimited, requiring the customer to do listed services. If I can get the same result at Walmart, then why would I need to pay for the poor quality service for 5 times the amount?

I was received in a friendly manner, work on my vehicles was performed in a timely manner. Manufacturer suggested service was pointed out to me, which I turned down, and there was no sense of high pressure to take the service though I had elected not to. All interactions were professional and fully acceptable - altogether a pleasant experience!

Usually they check me in right away and I can leave my vehicle there while I take care of business. This time I was there about ten minutes in the lobby before anyone checked me in.When it comes to someone talking about vehicles they should at least appear honest. When they say they vacuum and clean the windows I expect that done, however that was not the case this time. I am wondering what else they are lying about. This was Walmart quality oil change. If this level of service continues I will start dropping it off at Walmart while I shop.

This jiffy lube is normally great, when the staff are in a good mood. Other than the attitude that the staff give when you tell them politely no you dont want additional services performed, they are usually fast and the work is done correctly.

Wasn’t impressed. They spent the whole time trying to tell me my car needed new filters (just replaced) and told me my “brake indicator” was on with brand new brakes. Felt like I was being talked down to and no matter how much I said just need an oil change they kept pushing to try to sell more. I told them I have a mechanic I use and they said they “hope they know what they are doing”. Not impressed.
