I asked for a simple 3 on the sides blended, 1/4 inch off the top with a straight corner neckline. I got the sides way too short nearly a 1, the blending was done poorly and uneven; the right side is higher than my other side and the neckline was faded, the trim on top was more than i asked aswell. I never had a haircut as bad as this one before, even had my hair gelled a ridiculous way (to a point in the front) and walked out embarrassed. Would not recommend.

The lady who cut my hair this last time really took her time to make sure everything was perfect and gave me one of the best hair cuts I’ve gotten. The price was beyond reasonable considering what an awesome job they did. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back next time I need a hair cut.Thanks guys!

Great place Eddie and his team are doing a great job. Best to not go during their rush hour as wait can go over 30+ min, but over all best place in RR. Definitely recommend this place. Kid and family friendly. 👍👍

Great cuts from all of the staff. O appointments either. Theyre very friendly as well. If you go during the week, they usually dont have a wait. On Fridays and Saturdays is when theyre quite busy, especially Eddy, so expect a wait time.

Unfortunately I will not be returning. I gave y’all a second chance but had the same outcome. I came in for a hard part fade. The first time my fade looked like I had a bowl cut. And the hard part that was cut in was right next to my slightly grown in hard part so I ended up having street lines for a hard part. This time my fade came out a little better but again my hard part was cut in and I now have 2. It’s also $2 for a hard part to be cut in. I don’t mind paying extra, but I do mind looking like I have a freeway for a hard part. Not very friendly either of my visits. I’m in the service industry so I tipped 20% both visits. However I doubt I’d make money if I was as unwelcoming to my guests. Try and be a little bit more aware of these things in the future.

Awseome old school fill, and all the barbers can cut hair amazing.

Told the older lady who cut my hair that I wanted a taper fade. She didnt know how to do a taper. So she gave me a high zero fade all the way around which i said a low taper not too high on my fade. Also for my hard part, she didnt go with my old line. Just made her own and now it looks like I have 2 parts. She also boxed out my hair line which I didnt ask for and pushed back my hairline. Now you can see my tan lines where she pushed it back. All the other barbers are good, just not the older one.

I love this place, very friendly and homely environment. Just stay away from Linda though, she’ll mess up your hair. You’ll explain to her what you want and she’ll give you a completely different haircut, currently shaving my head because she butched it up that bad. She should go back to beauty school and cutting mannequins hair for free!

Last month, I brought my boys to get their haircut here, due to the fact that I had shoulder surgery and I couldnt cut their hair. I was impressed with the atmosphere. It was very professional, no loud music, or swearing, and they had a very friendly staff. My 3 boys love their haircut! Since then, all 4 of us have been back and I am pleased to have found a new barber!

I was searching for a Barber when moved to Rio Rancho. Nailed it first time out. Eddie and the crew are great. They are usually busy and the wait may be a bit, but you know that are going to spend the same quality time with you. Both my son and I are now loyal customers.

I love getting my haircut I’ve been getting haircuts all around and it seems like they don’t know the style how I want my hair done I finally found traditional barber and my haircut is always on point the only reason it gets a 4 star is for the waiting but other than that I don’t complain because the service is 100%

We settled on this shop for the following reasons: convenience (location, business hours, accepts cards for payment), friendliness, and most importantly quality. Have the employees never heard of costumer service or the word hello. Walked in to both barber just staring at me, no word were said not hello or have a seat be with you soon. Nothing just blank stares. For a place that everyone says is a very friendly and welcoming shop, this is not at all what the reviews said. Very cold and not welcoming at all. I ended up just walking out.

Went in for a haircut with my dad and was floored at how good the detail was on my hair, they were not in a hurry to turn over the seat to make more money but took the time to give a really quality haircut at a very reasonable price. Would reccomend.

Walked in today and I wasnt greeted at all so I said Hello very loudly to the only lady there working and she just looks at me and looks away continuining to cut someones hair without saying anything to me. Pretty upset that all the reviews hyped this place to be very friendly, welcoming when I couldnt even get a hello so after waiting a few minutes without being greeted I just walked out.

Walked in and the two girls working just looked at my son and myself like we were lost. I almost walked out but then they started speaking Spanish to each other, so I just figured they didnt speak English. So we stayed got the hair cut and wished we would have left in the beginning. The word traditional should not be in the name of this place.

Went right at opening had to wait a lil while til more barbers showed up but worth the wait got a razor fade for $17 left looking good.
