I went to this shop on Tuesday. I got gel polish on my nails. The polish chipped and peeled off the SAME NIGHT!!! I left for vacation the next day. I called the shop the next day and got the male employee. I advised him of the paint chipping and coming off. He immediately got an attitude saying that it’s impossible for gel nails to chip. I asked him if I could come in to get it replaced, when I returned from vacation. He stated that he would charge me. I love Tina and her customer service, but the male employee made it an absolute definite that they will NEVER get my money EVER AGAIN!

This is my spot the lady know how i like my ingrown toenail removed and she works with my attitude. She is mt feet baby momma. I love this place its busy and you will see some folks.lol

I go to this nail shop all the time. Never had a problem that they couldnt fixed. If one of my nails chip or mess up. I just go in and the fix it . Love going there nice clean place. Very understanding and polite.. come get your nail done right and enjoy.....

Calling the male employee (might be the owner) of salon, RUDE, is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I came in early for a manicure and pedicure, specifically around 11am, when theres no traffic so I can have the female employee (she always does a great job) do my nails. No one was in there & she started my manicure, then the male employee ordered her to service another client that came in midway through my manicure. Then he asks her to do the following three walk-ins. I have been waiting for at least 15 mins now at the table, then he finally comes over and says he has to do my nails but starts complaining about other customers. Then he doesnt want to do the shape I asked, then proceeds to complain that all customers want perfect nails and thats not possible. NO - I came for the female employee who ALWAYS does my nails as requested but you asked her to service other customers that came AFTER me & now you dont want to do the manicure I want. The manicure/color he did chipped the next day and he didnt file them. DO NOT GO HERE - worst customer service and quality. The male employee needs training on customer service, professionalism and basic manicure nail training.

I went in to get a pedicure and ended up with blisters on my toes. The lady was working on multiple peoples feet at one time. And when asked why is she doing that, she said its ok, dont worry.... Went to the doctor and they said it was a staph infection. Wont be going back there.

I have been going here for years and always have good service.

The worse store do nails they are cheating on me charge me expensive and thay did have job bad service I do not advise anyone to go there

A waste of $40. Nails are not even coffin shaped as I asked. Glue was all over my fingers. He didnt file the nails properly to have the coffin shape. Didnt even cover the entire nails with the dip powder. Horrible experience. Id rather drive over to brandermill, the other side of town then to go back to this place. I had to take this horrible set to a funeral. 😒

I cant say enough great things about the people and the customer service you will receive at Artisan. If you want beautiful nails every time this is the place to go!!!!

I did a walk-in and only had to wait around 5 minutes. The customer service is really amazing! They had two people waiting after me but they took their time and made sure my nails were perfect. I normally get gel on my hands so while my nails were getting painted, it was the nail polish was separating and there were small bubbles but after a few more coats, the separation stopped happening. Within 24 hours, my gel completely came off, it didnt crack, it just came off as if it were a fake nail on top. I went back to them the next day and they fixed my nail very quickly. I gave 4 stars because its day 5 and my nails started chipping by the 3rd day which has never happened so I recommend bringing your own nail polish if possible to prevent that from happening. Overall it was a good experience and the customer service was amazing but I am slightly disappointed that my nails didnt last more than 2 days.

The women is really nice and understand, but the man is RUDE! i went there once i asked for coffins but it was off shape. Second time i went i wanted clear nails and letters on them but the guy didn’t understand, i only one letter each hand. my nails started falling off 2-4 days it didn’t even last 5 days. i went back with my mother had a huge argument about my nails cause it was not professional. he’s saying i need to take care of my nail (even tho i know how to) and tht it not his problem. I know my mother doesn’t speech enough english but please this guy says “you don’t speak good english “this is the end of all i have to say i’m never going back again.

Friendly and did a good job with the design but the shape could have been a little better. I also wanted my nails longer but was told my natural nails were too short to support them being any longer.

I love them. They dont rush customers just to make money. I love the customer service. I love that they tell you up front if they are busy. There has been times where they have changed my mistakes without charging me. I also like that it doesnt have a harsh smell. Ive been to shops where I can barely stand the staying. But its always pleasant here. The owner even gave me a complimentary deluxe service for my wedding. I needed extra attention on my hands. I didnt want to pay, but the owner insisted that it was important since all eyes would be on me. He threw in the service free of charge. Thank you again Artisan

Ive been a regular customer at this nail salon for about 3 or 4 years. The staff is great and friendly and they always do a good job on my nails and toes. If they are busy they will take my number and call me as soon as they are freed up and can offer me their undivided attention. Will continue to come back.

I checked Google for places around my hotel and this was one of the options and Ive received amazing Pink & White with gel, look ed them very shiny and cute. In add, they were very sweet to chat to and made sure I was pleased to their service! Thanks, if I come back the city, I wont refuse for any services from here.

I came here during my lunch break because I needed to get my nails done before the weekend. I literally showed my technician a random photo I pulled from the internet and she did it for me very beautiful. The salon is clean and peaceful. I will definitely be back:)

A great Value ! .. Same Day Service ! A Hidden Jewel in the West End!I was looking for a Same Day Service Facial- and found it here. Other places didnt have openings until the next week. This place is not very glitzy, but the facial was wonderful and very reasonable. Only $45. It was supposed to be about 35 minutes, but the tech kept me for almost 50 minutes, and my skin looked and felt great afterward! The staff was very warm and welcoming. They also have a Mani-Pedi package for only $35. If you get the Mani + Pedi, plus the Facial, you get an additional package discount, which makes it very reasonable indeed.The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that the salon itself is a little dated, not very glitzy, and the Facial Room was a bit bare with no music. Great Facial- great price !

I waited three hours behind three people getting manicure and pedicure. Only two people working, was forgotten about then finally had my nails wrapped to get the powder off only to sit another hour with chemicals on my hands. The complimentary mini water and chocolates is no substitute for poor service. I won’t be going back..

I went to this shop yesterday and I was not satisfied with the results. I asked for gel nails for an upcoming wedding I am going to but the nail artist insisted that the color I picked out was only available in the dipped powder they had. Gel Nails costed $25 which was fine but since the guy kept insisting on the dip powder i just said sure. SO when it was ALL done i did not like how my nails turned out they were round at the cuticles and they were bulky. When i went to the register they told me it was $40 which was ridiculous. SO in other words if you want your nails to be round,bulky and popping then go to Artisan Nails & Spa.

Ive had my nails done a couple of times here (gels and facial) and love the results every time. My technician were meticulous and took their time to do a wonderful service for me. This place is always super clean and lots of natural light and also has tons of service to choose from ( manicure, eyelash/eyebrown enhencement, waxing & facial ) and get several regular promotions :)

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not waste your time coming here. Customer service is absolutely horrible. The lady stopped in the middle of doing my pedicure to assist a client who came in an hour after me and after waiting 30 minutes !! I got up and LEFT .Then I decided to give them another chance two weeks (cause they are down the st from me) later to do my eyelashes she stopped to take a 15min break after leading me to the back to wait for her, again.. I GOT UP AND LEFT. Poor customer service and very inconsiderate of peoples time I would rate this a zero but I’m on able to do so

Did not enjoy my experience. The lady is very nice, but the man is rude. He put the wrong polish on my toes and started talking in his language when I asked him to remove it. I did not have time to get the polish I wanted on my toes so I asked for my money back. He called me a liar and was very rude. I will never go back again.

I had a pedicure, manicure, waxing, and a nice relaxing time! It was wonderful! The employees were very nice, and ubderstood me perfectly. They easly quided me to where I needes to be, and told me what they were going to do. I couldnt ask for a better time! This is one of the best spots I would recommend for a nails spa, and I would definitely be going here again on a daily basis.

I started to get my nails done today but one of the ladies glued on nails that were too big for my fingers so the glue was stuck to my skin. I wanted them taken off and the nail technician and another worker there got an attitude with me. I asked for there names and they refused to tell me. This was my worst nail experience.
