Sue, is the lady I spoke too, she is very rude, I paid to have my package delivered to my house and they called and asked if I can meet them at the gate, I said thats fine, and then they call and asked if I can meet them down the street because they cant get on base because they refuse to get a visitors pass.

Update...they were supposed to deliver today and guess what...they didnt show. Now they are saying they wont deliver until Tuesday 8/17/21. Seriously the worst company with incredibly unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful staff.They messed up my delivery for 8 days. Finally, when they show up with the order there is confusion at the security gate. Instead of working through the problem, they just left and my son still doesnt have his bed.

I would like to give a 0, but unfortunately I have to give a star! They lied and said they knocked on my door and called my phones. But they did not knock if they did ot may have been a tap. My apartment is small so a knock can be heard! They representative derek said my drivers called both numbers, but they never did because they just got my second number when i called to complain. This place is a damn mess!!! Still DO NOT HAVE MY SHIPMENT, they want to wait until tomorrow. People take time off of work to wait for their shipments. Highly upset!

I have had multiple things delivered to me by CEVA. The first delivery I ever got from them was a mess because the shipped didnt give ANY information for contact. I missed the delivery and call CEVA and RAISED HELL, only to find out that in fact my shipper didnt pass info along. They were helpful and got it to me later that week at my request. Just got off the phone with them about a shipment that was scheduled for Monday but I need it tomorrow. It is in hand and they were able to get me in for tomorrow. Everyone ive talked to (including the person that I got upset with) have been east to talk to and understanding of my business needs. Overall They get a 5 in my book.

I would give them 0 star if it’s an option. I ordered a table with Rove concept. The first time they were late for 3 hours and the item was damaged. The second time they were late for 4 hours and the customer service said there’s nothing they can do and had terrible attitude. DO NOT use this company. Avoid as much as possible. If your furniture company choose to deliver using them, you should probably avoid buying furniture from them too.

Be warned, shipping with this company may be a huge mistake, as it very much was for our store. You are going to need to get out your magnifying glass to read the extremely fine print on their Terms and Conditions of Service (which ironically in a smaller font below says Please Read Carefully). Aside from a font so small that it is barely decipherable, you will have no warning from any CEVA associate you interact with that any goods you ship with have little to no damage coverage. As per their Terms and Conditions - SHIPPER AGREES THAT COMPANY SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, EXPENSE OR DELAY TO THE GOODS FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING AS A RESULT OF THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT OF COMPANY, FOR ANY AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF $.50/POUND, $50 PER SHIPMENT, OR THE INVOICE VALUE, WHICHEVER IS LESS...For years we have shipped through multiple White Glove and LTL carriers, none of which has listed additional insurance as a separate line item in relation to their behavior. In less than three months time, CEVA Logistics damaged not one, but two of the three deliveries we entrusted them with, leaving our company to eat thousands of dollars in damage and making us look extremely careless in the eyes of our customers. I highly recommend considering any other carrier.
