Your Snap experience depends 100% on whoever is managing the gym. As far as the Grand Pkwy and Pecan Grove locations in Richmond, TX, the personal training assessment is nothing more than an opportunity for the gym to try to upsell you on PT. If you just want a regular membership, avoid this!Edit: Yes I dont really want my actual name on here. But I already met with Blaine for an assessment. You can certainly ask him about the client he forgot about & never actually scheduled for any PT sessions if youd like.

Let me start off by saying this gym is amazing. Ive been to lifetime, La fitness, yeah sure those are big gyms that focus on getting as many members as possible, often over sold .% and all the Ever since Ive been coming to snap fitness it has completly changed the way I workout . Cooper at the front desk is amazing ! He always make sure the gym and the equipment is clean n looking 💯. Its like having ur own personal gym accessable to you 24 hours a day . The equipment is very well maintained and theyre always adding new machines . If you are serious about getting results having everything accessable to you anytime you want you cant go wrong with snap fitness ! Ive got all my friends to join too . You can focus on your self and not having to wait for people getting of a machine so u can use it . If you are concidering joining take my word for it ! I Just love it here ! Snap fitness is a great gym to meet new people and trainers to help you reach your goals. Snap’s employees are very helpful and nice to me and make me feel like home. It’s a great gym to be able to build a relationship with the trainers and other people. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to achieve their goals whether it’s weight loss or muscle growth.

Great small gym. Never packed and has all the equipment you need to do a full body workout.Started coming here last year and the staff has always been friendly and always Keeps the equipment clean and racked up whenever I come.

First day in the gym and its awesome 👌. I enjoyed that theres no binding commitment and the cleanliness of the gym. I appreciated Luke for taking the time to show me around and giving me tips on equipment to use to be able to reach my goal.

I absolutely love this gym! I joined in May and have lost about 24 pounds. They are not like big box gyms so you don’t have to worry about crowds or people just idling by equipment. Majority of the individuals here are motivating and help reach your goal. Azim and Blaine are both very nice and greet you every time they see you. I recommend everyone to switch over and try their gyms! It’s convenient because it’s open 24/7 and equipment is up date!

This gym is great! Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Blaine the manager is always helpful and has a ton of knowledge to share. The gym has all the latest equipment so you get a big gym workout in a comfortable setting. Highly recommend checking this location out and asking Blaine about the training programs!!

My spouse joined in May and has become incredibly fit. After seeing her results, I joined this gym last week and I love it. Great atmosphere and accountability apps to keep you going!

You guys marvelous at your job either it comes a professional trainers or the latest workout machine s to work at. I have been updated timely with my measurements in proper format. Wow!!! I saw some gym working out Tees and bags, would definitely grab em all..Keep energizing us!!!

I just joined the Snap Fitness family this month and by far I enjoy coming in to get my workout done. Awesome team and the facility is nice and clean and the equipments are great. So I’m looking forward to getting my goals done!

Been going to Snap Fitness for over 18 months or so. Location facilities are always clean, well maintained, bright.Staff are always friendly, helpful - always ask if I am tried when I leave after a workout.The trainers are excellent - knowledgeable, give good instructions, guide/assist through the workout. Give me a good routine to follow and stay disciplined. Fees are very reasonable and worth the results I want to achieve.

Pretty nice gym with newer equipment, it can get very crowded at times though with how small the location is..and some guests hog the machines or benches for 45mins+ sometimes. There’s also an employee here who usually works out here in the mornings and he could learn to use some deodorant..

I love this place. Sharon and Axum are wonderful people. They helped me with my insurance and they were very patient with me. Very convenient and no crowd. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

This gym is a joke! They bait you with a free trial, ask for your credit card information to mail you a key and then charge you membership fees. There is no chain in command (per the words of the kids that work here). Corporate number goes straight to voicemail. Apparently no manager to speak to or to be held accountable. I had to cancel my credit card and still fighting to get my money back.

Not a good place at all, be prepared to open the doors of your bank account, they will charge you for a “annual maintenance fee” even if you don’t have 6 months with the membership, be careful if you are about to sign a contract with this place, read the contract a few times and if it is necessary have a lawyer traslate the fine print for you before you sign, this gym loves your money, don’t let them get your credit card info, I’ll not recommend this place at all, 24 fitness is a better alternative and much more convenient!

First time guest. I came to the gym after I scheduled a tour laat night to check out their gym. They said to come during business hours, so I took the time and got there between 4-7pm on Thursday. No employee to be found. No employee at the front desk. What a waste of time!

Definitely one of the best places to get your workout on in peace! All the machines are super clean, TVs are integrated to snaps heart rate monitor (cool way to challenge yourself in and out of the gym) and beyond friendly staff. They take it to another level and even remember you by your first name! If your considering a personal trainer, Snap Fitness has you covered. After shopping around the bit, ive concluded they have the most affordable price to days training ratio and they challenge you each and every time you come in for a work out. Cant say enough about Beth as a personal trainer! She will commit to getting you in shape and work with you to make that achievable!

Horrific staff. I joined Flex about a month ago and took a friend to try this location out. The attendant watched us walk in and start to work out. After about 15 minutes of working out, he came over and since my friend was not a member he requested a mandatory $20 from my guest and that if we didnt pay he would call the authorities. Not a pay or leave the gym but instead a you have no choice but to pay. Really...Over $20? I couldnt believe it. I wish I got his name to leave on this review because that was absolutely ridiculous. I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone.IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER:1. The attendant watched us walk in, this in when every competent gym checks membership2. The only reason I am a member of Snap was because I tried the gym for a week, so I figured it was allowed. It was perfectly understandable when the attendant stated it wasnt, and we were cordially going to leave, but then got threatened by the attendant to pay for being there for 15 minutes.3. Stop soliciting reviews to increase your ratings, because I do not see how my experience is any of Baburao Aapte concern. He has his own experience to share, and that should be all that matters.

A pathetic ab machine and no calf machines, but at least they have six different machines to help you work biceps. They at least keep their weights clean and the place looking nice.

After 9 months of becoming an excited member, I was surprised to see the yearly maintenance fee charge on my account. I had been informed when signing up that this fee would be charged in June, not March, 2018. That early charge definitely represented a breach of trust. I had entrusted my credit card information to a company that was not honoring their word. To see what could be done about it and give the gym the benefit of the doubt, I went there to have a dialogue, but ended up cancelling the membership altogether after an unsuccessful exchange with the arrogant, loud, disrespectful, and unprofessional front desk lady Sara, who was backed by her peer. There I was being confronted by two young ladies who have no clue about customer service and respect for people. Ms. Sara confirmed that yes, the fee had been charged earlier, and there was nothing she could do about it. As I tried to understand it by asking questions, she became louder and louder, interrupting me constantly, and I eventually left. This was a major disappointment and confirmation that a member at Snap Fitness Grand Parkway is just a number.

Great Gym. Love the comfort zone and privacy. I totally disagree with the one of the reviews by Deji Agbale. If you were told that you brought an unauthorized guest, you do owe money to the facility. This gym is not like LIfetime fitness or any other big box gym. The reason we dont have that much crowd is because the staff really cares and respect paid members. 5 stars to the staff maintaining the facility and forcing policies to non members. Most definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for results.

Horrible experience, this gym trainer here have taken money out of my account, without any permission to do so, the owner Amir has done the same thing even after signing a contract stating not to withdraw funds and changing back cards. Now having to file a lawsuit to regain possession of 700.00 this gym has taken. Beware of this very shady business.

I have been on this site for more than three months and I go at any time, today I felt insulted and attacked by the person who was at the reception, I go and do my routine 5 times a week and they had never made me feel so bad, there other gyms nearby and I dont know why I had to choose this one, I dont recommend it and I dont want to go back
