My home away from home. The owner Dorrie is very sweet and knowledgeable in physical fitness as well as nutrition. This is one of those old school gyms that is guaranteed to get you a good workout. Anyone that wants to workout, no matter the age or goal can join this gym. For the most part, were one big family. They even offer Yoga now on Saturdays. Looking forward to whatever comes next! Great Gym! As soon as I walked in the door, the atmosphere of the gym caused me to relive the fond memories of my athletic career. This is definitely a gym for someone who wants meaningful gains.

This facility is definitely a gem in east end RVA. I love the real gym feel that it brings about as soon as you enter. Filled with a variety of machines, weights, and a spacious floor layout, it creates a sense of exclusiveness that you cannot find in any other training facility. The owners and staff are all great, many of whom have sowed a seed into my life in a myriad of ways. They not only inspire me in the realm of fitness and training but they are influential people to be connected to. The only thing that sucks is that theyre right next to an Italian restaurant; pizza is my fave. You have no idea how hard it is to not order cheese pizza after a great workout session at 11:11 :(

Bn a member for a few years..never a crowd..when I need to use equipment it clean and there for me..I need to go more..but I know when I need to go..they will be there and open.....Great gym

Great place with lots of equipment. Only gym around with an IFBB Professional bodybuilder there to help and support you. More like a family atmosphere with everyone supporting each other.

Great gym, nice people. I travel all over the place and go to all sorts of gyms, 11:11 is clean, not busy and has everything you need if you want a quality workout! If youre in town hit them up.
