GTT Services was amazing! My external hard drive that Ive had for years stopped working and I was devastated that I had lost all my pictures and files. I took it to a big box store and was told it would be $85 just to ship it out then another $350-1600 to get the files from it, without a known timeline. I called GTT Services that afternoon, dropped it off the next day, had an answer as to what was wrong with it, and an estimate for how much it would cost by the afternoon. Within 3 days I had my hard drive back and he was able to get my two photo files off of it for an extremely reasonable price. He stayed in communication with me the whole step of the way and was so easy and wonderful to work with. I will for sure be recommending GTT Services to anyone and everyone.

Very satisfied with the work that was done on my laptop. Very reasonable with price and the turnover time was very quick. I wish I would’ve came here prior to going to Best Buy, 100% better. I definitely recommend GTT Services and would give more than 5 stars if it was an option.

Mr Abidi services were fast and easy to understand he really makes sure you understand what the problem is with your device and then talks about all the options with you. Keep in mind if he tells you to buy a new device he isn’t getting the commission his business comes from fixing your devices not selling them to you. He also will keep you updated about when the parts he ordered for your device have arrived and when the device is ready to be picked up. So all in all I will keep his number saved in my contacts and pass it out to family and friends who need any electronic repairs done

It is the first time I have ever written a review about anything, and the service provided here was so great that I have an urge to. My laptop got a serious heating problem, and with only one day, it is already done fixing. Not only fast at a reasonable price, but he is also very sweet. During that day which I did not have my laptop, he let me borrow his for school. I have never seen or expected anyone to do that. I would give more than 5 stars if it is possible.

My Lenovo C740 laptop was not turning on. I first got it checked at Best Buy and they diagnosed the issue as a motherboard problem. It was quite expensive to fix it; so I went ahead and did some research. I found GTT services through Google Search. Abid the PC expert is very professional and kind. He told me it was a motherboard issue, he knew exactly was was wrong with it, and it turned out to be the motherboard CMC chip which controlled the power to the laptop. He told me he can fix it and gave me a reduced price from the other competitors. My laptop is fixed now and is working great again. In his opinion, he said my laptop was worth getting fixed, especially because my screen was top of the line as compared to other laptops of the same performance. I normally dont leave reviews but this guy is awesome! Called on Monday about my laptop being broken around the hinge. He knew it was the piece on the inside of the caseing that had broken and not the hinge. He ordered the parts same day on Monday and they arrived by Wednesday. He started working on it as soon as I dropped it off at 4:30 Wednesday and it was ready by 6:30 the same day!! I use this laptop for personal and work so it was great having it fixed and ready so soon!!

Abid was very responsive. I had a laptop with a standard hard drive that was frustratingly slow. Abid gave me a guideline on the size SSD to replace it with based on how much space was consumed on the old drive. He ordered the drive and I brought it to him the next day. He replaced the hard drive, cloned the drive, and identified an issue with the case screws near a hinge. He was able to do a fix on the case as well that should last if we are careful opening and closing the laptop. I am very pleased with his work, especially his thoroughness in taking care of everything in one afternoon!Thank you Abid!

AN HONEST MAN!!! Ibid gave me a very reasonable quote on the work I needed done on my laptop and I approved the work to be done. He called a few days later and told me it would be $200.00 cheaper because he found he could still use part of the mother board. Being a poor guy living on social security, I was thrilled! Every penny counts! I already knew he seemed like a good guy, but I wouldnt have known about this if he wasnt honest. A lot of places would just keep the money (more profit for them) and gone on. It is good to know that people like him still exist! Needless to say that he will get all my business and I will refer him to everyone I know.

Took sons new high performance PC to GTT as custom builder from California couldnt diagnose online. Made arrangements to drop off computer and within an hour, the analysis was complete and repair completed. Easy pick up and accepts cash, which I prefer. Son is very happy to have his PC back and working (i.e. gaming!).

I love Abid!!!!!! He has saved my Mac laptop not once, but TWICE from water damage!!! The first time my daughter spilled a cup of water across the keyboard and it was DEAD. I called 5 different places, including the Apple store, everyone I spoke to told me it was impossible to fix and to just get a new laptop. I called Abid last and he told me he’d look at it and only charge me if he could fix it, and that’s exactly what he did!! My personal experience is that I own a first generation surface book that had expanding batteries that were creating a potential fire hazard. This occurred approximately three years after ownership so the only option that Microsoft offered was a direct replacement for 699. None of the Repair facilities would touch it and the Microsoft physical stores were not open so I could not negotiate a upgrade. I have to start having some respect for how expensive these devices have become so I started looking around for potential options. I found this gentleman after a Google search and I just went with my gut. He said that he could replace the batteries and he put a 1 TB Hard drive into my surface book. I figured I had nothing to lose so I just dropped it off and told him to just let me know how much before he started the work. He quoted me a price higher then the Microsoft replacement, but 1/2 the price of what it would have cost to get into a 1 TB surface book purchased second hand. So he went to work and a week later told me to pick it up.I picked up the surface book with new batteries and an honest to God 1 TB Samsung SSD in it, and it works! It wasn’t completely flawless job, as there was some evidence that the device was taken apart. The touchscreen is also inactive and the monitor battery is not connected so it only operates off of the base battery. There were also some misc. driver issues which sorted itself out once the computer was reset and allowed to sit on WiFi for a few days so it could just passively download and update in the background.Even if I get another year out of this surface book, it’s well worth it. The new SSD is a god send. Data just pours out of the internet into the hard drive. The status bar physically moves as it downloads 1 TB files off of the internet and it just makes me realize how throttled and bottlenecks the SSD’s on the stock surface books are. I am able to completely back up my 400 TB One drive account.Trust this man to fix your stuff.

One word: masterful!My first issue was 2016 where I blew a motherboard and now in 2021 where a power surge blew my hard drive to smitherines, so I thought. Reached out to Abid and he was able to pre-diagnose everything over the phone just like last time. I dropped of the unit the next day and he got to work and suggest the course of action. WOW!!!! if i could give more stars i wouldThe geniuses at the big box store told me my computers had old hardware and old systems and they would not be compatible with the new operating systems. I would have to buy 2 new computers to replace my old ones was their diagnosis. I should have just dropped off my machines with Mr. Abid in the first place and saved myself the frustration of dealing with the big box chain lies.I procrastinated in trying to find a solution and on very short notice i needed both my desktop and laptop upgraded to a new operating system. I dropped them off with Mr. Abid late Thursday and by Saturday morning i had both my laptop and desktop updated with the new operating systems along with a hard drive upgrade on my laptop to correct a problem he identified. Both machines worked flawlessly and i did not have to reload any drivers or reconnect to any networks. Both machines connected to our network as usual and worked better and faster than before. I was able to complete my project presentation for work in time due to the quick turnaround time delivered by Mr. Abid. Now because of this, my Monday is free!
