I hired Bob back in 2005 when we bought our first home. We got a puppy and everyone knows how hard they can be on carpet. Bob was so nice, professional, and quick to respond when we needed him. Fast forward to 2019 and we STILL use and recommend his services. His prices are always fair, does an excellent job getting our carpet back to new, and quick to get to us when we need him. I will always try and support small businesses, especially when they’re quality, trustworthy, and personable.

I recently used Beach Carpet Cleaning for pet stains and normal wear on light colored carpet. WOW! Bob showed me the difference during the process and the way the carpet was restored was unbelievable. I knew there were pet stains, but the difference in the color of the entire room impressed me. It looked like new! Not to mention, the smell was gone! The difference between normal cleaning and the cleaning and sterilizing that Beach offers made all the difference. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend Beach to anyone and will absolutely be using his services again.

Im buying a new home and my wife had me talked into buying new carpet. Beach Carpet Cleaning did a super job cleaning a larger than averaged home and on spots that we didnt think could come clean. The floors looked new and my wife and I where so pleased we have them cleaning our old house.

Consumers be ware..... I used Bob Beach carpet cleaning to extract water from my basement and I asked him on the phone what the cost would be so I had an ideal and he said probably $140 to $150. I said ok come out and do it. He showed up on Tue. Was here for 3.5 hours. He never once told me the price was going to be any different. He came back later that night even though my husband said we can call you if we need you and he insisted he want to come back out and check on us.... I know why he was so adimit now... he was charging me $150. Per hour. He came back out Wed. And Thur. After all was done and said my bill was over $1400.00. I am putting this out there so he can not do this to anyone else. He also told me,about a women that he pumped out her basement and he had 17 hours in her basement and she didnt want to pay the bill and I understand now... He decives you but telling you $140 to $150 and not saying per hour.... He makes you think he is checking on you by stopping back in to check on you but all he is doing is running up your bill. I pleaded for him to reduce the bill since he was not clear but all he said was I am sorry.... I am sure this is not the first time he has done this but My hope is all my friends will share this so that this does not happen to anyone else.. Please Share my story!!!!
