Shook made the entire process so easy- from booking all the way through payment. The text notification system let me know when the tech was on their way which I liked. I have 6 young children, and between homeschooling and being cooped up bc of the quarantine, theyare really tough on our carpet and sectional (especially my toddler that enjoys eating apples and then leaving the cores hidden for me to find later 😣). We used Shook Carpet Cleaning to clean our kitchens tile and grout and for carpet cleaning. We had to have them come out twice, through no fault of theirs -- we lost power for ten hours. Schuyler was able to clean the kitchen floor while we were without power, but we couldnt have the carpets cleaned without power. With no fans or AC, the moisture retained in the carpets could have grown mold. Owner Joe was very accommodating and we were able to reschedule for a Saturday (!) appointment to do the carpets. We had the master bed and bath, family and game room carpets plus stairs cleaned. These are all very high traffic areas and they look so much better now. Schuyler returned to do this work and he was as friendly and pleasant as ever.Were very pleased with the results and will definitely contact Shook when we decide to have the carpets and tiles cleaned again. Highly recommend this company. They have great communication; we received reminders beforehand and they let us know when our tech was en route. We were notified when the tech was delayed due to an issue at the earlier customers location and asked if this would cause an issue for our appointment. Very considerate of the customers time.

So because of all the great reviews on here I decided to give them a call. Well I called spoke with Jessica and she could not give me a firm quote on all that I wanted done so she said, I will pencil you in for Thursday and send a technician out to do the quote. When hes done just confirm online. I did all of that as I was told. When I called on Monday to confirm, Jessica told me that Thursday was already taken and they could schedule for another time. I am furious because that was the last day I had to get this done and I told her that.Be very careful when you schedule with this company....

Per the requirement of the lease or my rental, I needed the carpet cleaned in a townhouse at the end of December (the lease ended Dec 31). I was concerned that there would be limited (quality) options, being that it was approaching NYE and Jan 1. I found Shook on Yelp, contacted them, and they replied very promptly. They were fantastic to deal with (Jessica) and the technician that cleaned the carpet (Schuyler) was prompt, professional, friendly, and efficient. Being that I do not wear shoes in the house, the carpet wasnt too bad, but it looked better and almost new, afterwards. Id highly recommend them.

Great service! Schuyler was able to arrive a little earlier than our scheduled appointment. The cleaning job was very well done and removed the majority of the spots from our carpet. We will definitely use them again!

I had no issues with the tech who came out to our house. He came early, recommended a couple things and did his job. He was in an out. House smells great, carpet is clean and spots are gone. I will recommend them to anyone and next time I need my carpet cleaned again, I’m going to ask for the same tech.
