Took my 3 year old son here and Izzy cut his hair... He did an amazing job and was very patient with him. It was my sons first time getting his hair cut professionally. Izzy worked with him and I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been going to Terrale for the past few months. He always does an amazing job, is very professional and friendly, and goes out of his way to make sure the haircut looks as good as possible. Definitely recommend Luxury Lounge if youre in the Richmond area over the other barbershops in town!

Ronnie did an awesome job on my son’s hair, and cut it exactly like the picture we showed him. After 4 years of growth, he’s a whole new man! A big change for him, but the relaxing and positive energy of Ronnie and the whole shop made it easy for him to part with those long locks. Not to mention, he absolutely loves it! We will be back for all future maintenance, and cuts!

IZZY HOOKED ME UP!!!10/10 Would recommend! Seriously cant believe how well a referral from a co-worker went lol.. My Barber(Izzy) not only listened but executed my cut exactly how I wanted it! Thats not always the case when youre trying a new spot for the first time. These guys are great! Super friendly. Good location right off the bypass across from Zaxbys. Book Online or Walk-In. Hard to believe they only opened back in March of 2020! The fact that they started a new business right in the heat of a pandemic and are still open today speaks volumes on their skill and character! After my Barber retired Ive basically just been bouncing around from Barber to Barber getting disappointed with the cuts or I find a place and then before I can go back for my next cut they jack their price UP 50%(really happened). Cant go wrong with any of the 5 Barbers at Luxury Lounge. The website has links to each Barbers IG so you can check their work out. Im stoked to FINALLY find a GREAT SHOP that wont break the bank!!! I hadnt had a cut in over 2 years. I asked some friends and they all told me to go there. Needless to say, they messed it up so bad. Lines was not straight, only faded one side, gapped me in the back. It was awful. But I couldnt see all that until I got home and washed off because he styled my hair. I had to buzz my hair because nothing could be done to save it. And to think, i tipped the dude 20 dollars. The first and last time Ill ever go there.

Luxury lounge barber shop is a nice addition to the scene. They have created a clean, nice friendly atmosphere for their customers. While getting my sons hair cut I was able to observe all the other barbers handiwork and they all have raw talent and were very engaging with their customers. Lacking the ability to connect with a customers can leave the customer not able to or not open to telling exactly what kind of style they want done, and all of them had that ability to connect. So I highly recommend them, and wish them much success.

I found this shop on Instagram. Lazarus was amazing. He was perfectly friendly and on time. I hadnt worked with him before and he made me feel at home. Truly one of the best cuts Ive ever had. I really like the small shop feel. I will be going back!

I tried this place once and I would rather put my hair in a blender than go back. It was unclean, they didn’t listen to any of my instructions, and just left me with a mess of a haircut. I had random lengths everywhere, they didn’t cut behind my ears, they forgot to cut off my widows peak, the hair in the left side of my head was much longer than the right side. I had to turn right around afterwards and go directly into another barbershop for another haircut to fix all of their mistakes. And it costs $23! If you read this and decide to still get a haircut there than Goodluck but I warned you of the awful haircut you’ll receive.

Worst experience I’ve had in any barbershop. I didn’t have an appointment so I’m not in any place to complain about wait times. But, when there are three open chairs for well over an hour and I’ve asked for the next available barber, it’s another story. It was like I wasn’t even there. When I finally got my hair cut it was nothing like what I had asked for and I left very dissatisfied. Not to mention the shop looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned since it opened.

Why would I drive to Richmond to have my hair cut by a bunch of guys who steal customers from the best barber in Lex?

Too expensive, nothing luxurious about this place. As others stated it is extremely dirty for some reason, you would think they would try to keep things clean during this Pandemic... do not reccomend!
