First time cuts here and couldnt be more pleased. Selena was great with my 10 y.o. son. All employees and customers were masked (even though they only recommend masking). The wait times were accurate--and I could have waited in my car because we checked in online and then got a notification just before they were ready for us (did not realize that).

Son only likes to get the haircut at Sports Clips. We enjoy this location. They usually have walkin availability and they do a solid haircut. We also like this location because it’s next to a Coldstone.

Great friendly ladys! They helped my kids with a fresh new hair cuts before school. They both real love their new cuts and so do I 😊

Savannah H is my stylist and she cut my hair for the 3rd time I think. Ended up with an awesome quality haircut. She is professional, friendly, attentive, always has a positive vibe and more importantly knows how to cut my crazy straight hair.Shout out to her and Sport Clips thank you so much!

Service was professional, place was clean so there’s the 2 stars. Quality of the cut definitely was not good. If someone asks you if you know a certain style, and you say yes, the style may not be exactly the same but it should be very similar. If there’s a hair type you have very little to no experience with, that should definitely be made clear. Too much hair was cut off, style was over 50% incomplete, so needless to say, dissatisfied. Didn’t want to embarrass the barber in front of their coworker or customers, but getting home and taking a close look was very disappointing. Maybe they were rushed? I can’t say for sure. I just know this was the worst cut so far.

The girls were great!!! Service was prompt and spectacular. From the greeting entering the location to the Thank you for coming!! while my son and I were walking out. The VIP package is worth every penny. Especially after a long week. Hot shampoo and towel. To a scalp and head massage. Everything was spot on. Thank you!!

Yesterday was my first time ever going to a sports clips and it was an experience to say the least. I got the MVP treatment and didnt know what to expect. After you get a haircut, you are treated to a vibrating chair, shampoo, head massage and a hot face towel...it was like going to a spa, but for a man. Then I went back and got a back massage. I have NEVER had a haircut like that before and needless to say, it was pretty awesome. I was trying new barbers as my old one closed down and I think I might have found my new barber 😁👍

Selina G has been my stylist for over a year and by far my favorite stylist ever, I do not see her as frequently as I should and most of the time she has a mess on her hands. What set her apart from all of the other shops is the professionalism. Selina is always friendly, helpful and always strives to give the best haircuts. I have never had a bad experience, Selina is a great asset to Sport Clips!

Wow. I’m honestly blown away at how terrible of a hair cut I received. How anybody who cuts hair could possibly think this is acceptable is really crazy. I’m a guy who is incredibly easy to please. Especially with haircuts I’m as simple as they come. I have chunks missing in certain spots. It looks like a drunk and blind man cut my hair. I’ll be coming back in to hopefully have somebody fix this mess so I can actually go back to work but I’ll never spend another dime here. And I must say, I really struggled writing this review because my stylist was extremely nice. I enjoyed talking with her most definitely but this is just a little too much to ignore. It seems like a prank it’s so bad. I’m not gonna drop her name but I’m sure you guys can figure it out. No acceptable at all!Edit: I was contacted by somebody from the company with an apology but no solution. No refund offered (Even though I now have to pay somebody to fix this hot mess) even though I now have to pay somebody to fix this hot mess but I couldn’t even get find a store willing to fix it. Biggest fail of a biz I’ve seen in a long time. I’ll be going to Aveda tomorrow to fix this.STAY AWAY PEOPLE! For the love of god! Don’t go here! And don’t let a cool girl named Kayla cut your hair. Look, Mia O. is the BEST specialist I’ve had in years. I’ve been coming directly to her for the past 2 years and whenever she isn’t at work I will wait until she comes back to get my haircut. That’s how important and particular it is to me. Give that girl a raise, high five, SOMETHING! She gives great conversations and makes my fade 100%.

Awesome experience. They were very polite and did a great job on my hair. Cheap isnt always good, I tried a cheaper place prior this one and had a horrible cut for a month and a half and they messed with my eyebrows. But I would gladly keep coming here because of the service and that they did it just how I like it. Great job girls!!!! Keep it up. Just AWESOME!!!! =D

The online check-in makes life a lot easier. My boyfriend very much enjoyed his head massage and hot towel treatment. The girls here did a good job with his cut and a great job on our son.

Only place I go anymore

Took my son here and we arrived 15 minutes before our appointment time and waited outside due to covid. At 3 minutes until time we walked inside and the lady took a guy that was seated and #4 on the list ahead of us which bumped our time back another 30 minutes. Then they charged us the MVP rate without doing any of those extra services. Disappointed in the ladies that were working there that day for sure.

I had a negative experience much like what David Dietz had about a month ago. I mentioned it to the manager and got a free haircut out of it. So I try them again yesterday and, while the haircut was better, the MVP experience just wasnt as good as it used to be. Without a quality MVP experience, I dont see much of a difference between Sports Clips and Super Cuts or Great Clips. I know that this location was able to give a relaxing and satisfactory experience before with guaranteed consistency but that seems to have changed in the past month for some reason. Unfortunately I left disappointed a second time.

1+ hour wait times? Nope! Previously I’ve had good experiences, but lately I go in there and the wait times are terrible. Went last week to get my sons haircut and there was only one person working with two people waiting and it was a 45 minute wait. Went in today and saw it was over an hour wait. Whoever is running this place needs to look at their numbers and figure out peak times. Even then, one person working the entire place on a Tuesday? You’ll continue to lose my business this way.

Had no wait at all noon on a Wed... Chrishawna is as good as they get--- perfect job exactly as I asked for.

The stylist Alexa who cut my hair was wonderful, her costumer service is amazing. She showed me the tea tree shampoo and the tea tree hair and scalp treatment! The scalp massage was my favorite part! The steam towels were great! She also gave my a back massage! I felt spoiled! I will be returning to this location and Alexa will be my stylist!

Taylor is an amazing stylist and I love the setup of the salon with the TVs and massage chairs in the shampoo area.

Ive been going to Sports Clips consistently for years now. No matter which location I go to the staff are always polite and pay attention to detail. i notice they take their time to cut everyones hair. So, I dont feel like theyre rushing to cut my hair or others just to get the next person in the chair. I also enjoy the hair rinse, scalp and back massage. Im not a fufu guy but it sure is nice to relax and enjoy the moment after getting a much needed hair cut.

I had one of the worst haircuts of my life a few weeks ago. The girl looked like Selena Gomez. She left my neck hair completely unshaved and my hair was uneven. I had to get a pair of scissors and cut many stray pieces that were missed. She also didn’t trim my ear properly. I have stray hairs that are sticking out and long.
