Best barbershop in Richmond hands down

I have been going to Harveys for more than 20 years now and have nothing but great memories to go along with my haircut! The owner James Smith, or Buddy as we call him, has always cut my hair. He is one of the BEST in Richmond!

The shop is an older shop. Up to date barbers. They are closed on Wednesday. The shop is always entertaining sports talk and political conversations
