Service is good not all hair cutter are good. what is funny sport clips put pretty woman everywhere in the web page but it aint pretty what you see in your sport clips store....so dont expect to have a model cutting your hair 🤣🤣🤣😭😭

Brought my 8 year old son here for a haircut. I’m always apprehensive of trying new places due to him having long curly hair. However, Kim did an excellent job of trimming his hair with scissors only and preserving his style. Will definitely be coming back!

I had a great experience receiving a haircut from Mei! Check-in was very easy through the mobile app, and I had no wait when I arrived at the store. Mei did a great job cutting my hair, and she threw in a free shampoo and massage because it was my first time at the location.

Best stylist around (Gesi) is the new Manager. Highly recommend. Very good about COVID protocols - felt safe and comfortable the entire time and got a great cut too.

Very clean place and friendly staff they great you as you walk in they was cleaning between each customer so no one sat down in the chair before it was cleaned.

My boyfriend went in for a haircut after having a bad experience elsewhere. He waited .... and waited.... and waited.... the two men that were in there previously had already left. One woman went to the back and the other took a phone call and walked outside. It was 30 minutes and no one had helped him. I see a lot of reviews saying the same thing- maybe this place should re-evaluate how they do things since they want to be horrible and rude.

I tried this place because I received a coupon in the mail when it opened and I have been getting my haircuts here since. I love the service Falicia provides. She is really friendly and doesnt rush through the haircut. The check-in online option is great.

Odd place. First time to a sports clips, and while I appreciate the ambience and sports decour, the service and experience was fairly pitiful. Theres something lacking here, not a very friendly environment. And the haircuts take forever! The check in system and such seems more complicated than it should be. Great clips, on the other hand is way faster and a much more friendlier experience.

Why is it so hard to have good service. I checked in and waited...and waited...and waited. Two stylists were free and I still waited. I don’t understand why I should be waiting for 40+ minutes when someone is available and clearly not on a break. Maybe I just expect too much, but if I had clients waiting and free people to help...wouldn’t be so concerned with half empty trash cans in the middle of the day. I gave up and just left...

I have been going to Sportclips for 10+ years. Went for the first time to this location and got a haircut from Jada. Their system doesn’t work with the other location database so I explained how I like my hair to be cut. She did a fair job, looked very non-energetic and as if she wasn’t interested in what she was doing. While paying I presented my touchdown card which was full with the recent haircut which means you get half off. She was pulling off a lower discount and kept arguing that it is the correct discount. When I respectfully asked to ask someone else (because by then I knew she don’t know and probably is new) she told me to ask. How am I supposed to do that? Anyways, we get someone else to fix it and surely got half off. She told me it was an “accident” (an accident where I’m the one paying) and her attitude didn’t show that she was sorry or even cared. Very poor professionalism and attitude. It’s a new location and the workers are not the best. I would give it another year or two before Sportclips management puts the real professionals in this location when the crowd picks up. Till then I’m back to my other location (this was 5 mins from home). I don’t have anything against Sportclips but stop hiring unprofessionals and bad attitude personnel when you are not discounting on the charge based on location.

Marietta did my sons haircut and she was great. But in general I wasn’t impressed. I’ve stopped by twice and it’s always had an hour wait. I asked their slow times and a girl told me weekday mornings. But both times no one mentioned they had an online check in. I had no idea and that would have saved me a couple trips. My turn was also skipped by an older Asian lady that works there (she called the 2nd person). It also was 20 minutes past the time it says on the app they’d take me in.

Priced a little high but great service.

Its okay see I personally go to first and ten but my barber wasnt working and I had a free coupon for sports clip lets just say they cant cut waves but can cut more straight hair or bangy hair
