Harold did an awesome job on my engine block. Torque plate honed, decked, and line bored my Ford Coyote block. I would definitely recommend these guys, quick turn around, and was willing to work with me on my specific requests.

First impression walking in is that this machine shop is organized and clean, without piles of blocks and heads stacked on top each other. A sign of a clear mind that focus on the task at hand.Harold’s is the first machine shop that I didn’t have to call multiple times to find out when the job will be done. Their workmanship is very is top notch.

My experience with Harold left a bad taste in my mouth. Felt like a bait and switch. I emailed asking for price range to rebuild some heads for me. I was estimated $200-$400. Told me $400 was if they were pretty messed up. Called me this morning to tell me that only one of my heads needs work and it was going to be almost $700. Thats more than what a brand new pair of Vortec heads cost at summit Racing . Now, to get my heads back, I have to pay $75 because they scammed me just to get me to bring my heads in. Lesson learned. I will not be doing business or recommending Harolds machine shop!
