No employees which is a sign of the time but, unfortunately, the worker let me stand in line for literally 17 minutes (while he helped someone else) before telling me! (Did it not occur to him to excuse himself from the first customer to greet me and apologetically send me on my way?)We left and went a few blocks over to Merchant who were guest focused, HELPFUL, and friendly. The facility was very clean and the waiting room had a wide vairety of great books of all genres to peruse while they proficiently repaired my vehicle.Definitely, a tale of two shops!

I love AAA and have been using them for years, but when I went into this location one of the employees was very rude to me, kept cutting me off and belittling me when I was trying to explain my situation. I believe his name was Bill, kind of an older man. When I went back to pick up my car, another employee helped me and was much nicer and answered my questions. The company has good service but avoid him if you go in for customer service at this location.

Impressed! Friendly n actually noticed tires needed rearrange. So at no additional cost took care of it without asking. New look n feel. Safe. I upgraded my membership while there too.

I dont know where to start here. The 500 is hotels this place cost me. The inability of the mechanics. And one of the mechanics lying to my wife to try to buy my car for his wife. My serpentine belt went and they charged over 2 k and caused a bunch more problems. Bare in mind I dont live in Virginia. So instead of fixing my car which they had no idea how to fix, but they installed my alternator wrong and the car died 45 minutes later. Still paying hotels at this point. 10 days they held my car with no cares about my wife and two kids that were stranded. I will be filing a complaint with AAA about this as well. They cost me well over 2k and the continued problems are costing more.

Broke down, tow truck was there in 15 minutes. Took me here and it was amazing. It is clean, efficient and a pleasure to be there when youre in a bad situation with your car. Every employee there was awesome and friendly. The car tech guys were truthful, quick and knowledgeable, Vanessa was so much help with getting a rental car. Dana made me feel comfortable, made me 2 cups of coffee. My whole experience there was reassuring considering what bad news I got with my car. Being broke down in a state your not familiar with, this place helped.

They did a heck of a job on restoring my headlights. I was so tickle when I picked up my SUV and saw how nice the headlights look.

I was set to go on a road trip the next morning when, of course, my battery light came on. I called another AAA location and my usual local body shop I use for basic maintenance and neither could get my car in that night. I called this AAA location and Kyle said to bring it right over, he’d check it out. He got it looked at as soon as I arrived (luckily my car survived the drive there). As expected, my alternator was shot. Kyle ordered the part that day, gave me a very accurate price estimate, and had it installed first thing in the morning. I was able to get on the road for my trip by around 10:45am, which the day before I was worried wouldn’t be possible.Huge thanks to Kyle for prioritising my car and letting me get to my friend today!

Depending on what car repair needs they can usually get you out within an hour- a few hours same day without having to leave your car, they have a waiting room also. Great staff very helpful

There was an older guy there with glasses. He was kinda bald and had a moustache. He was very rude and I saw him talking with a customer in a very condescending way.

My car would not start so I called AAA. Their service man arrived within 15 mins. He found my battery which was 6 Yrs old needed to be replaced. He installed a new battery at a reasonable price as well as explaining why my battery failed. He answered all my questions and completed the replacement within 20 mins.

Venessa is a great travel agent that really knows Europe and has wonderful recommendations. She booked a fabulous vacation for us that unfortunately had to be cancelled due to Covid. She followed up on all the cancellation issues and made the process run smoothly. She is so nice and wonderful to work with!

As a AAA member for many years, decided to finally visit a service center for oil change and multi point inspection on my Jeep. Had a great experience. Service was top notch. Nice little customer waiting area. Had me in and out within an hour.The mechanic kept my car clean, which I liked. Thanks to Doug and the entire service team.Will def return.

Completely unhelpful. AAA towed my car here after it broke down on the highway. I had to explain multiple times that I suspected an issue with the fuel pressure system. It took them about 4 days for them to tell me “we think there’s an issue with a fuel pressure system.” They couldn’t fix it. Then they sold me on a trans flush, but when I came to pick up the car (10 days later), I learned they hadn’t done it and could not do it. When I pulled the car out of their driveway, The same exact issue that I had brought it in for started reoccurring. I knew I had an unresolved fuel pressure issue that could only be fixed by the dealership. However, the mechanic told me it was working fine for him (magically) and I’d be able to drive it to the dealership myself. I barely made it home and 3 hours later, when I left to take the car to the dealership to fix the problem these guys couldn’t, the car broke down on the highway again. I called AAA Scott’s addition to ask how this could have happened. I did not get a decent explanation or an apology. I expected that as a courtesy they might at least give me a tow to the dealership given their epic fail. or perhaps refer me to a AAA approved tow company to tow company that could get me where I needed to go quickly. All they did was transfer me to the National AAA line, where I went through the normal routine of being disconnected three times, having to give someone my membership number three times, give different people my phone number multiple times, get text updates saying the driver is arriving, only to get another update later saying they’re going to be delayed. Here I am sitting on the highway again, getting screwed over by a corporate chain that’s gotten too big to use common sense or decency. Don’t give these guys or AAA your business.

Kyle and his staff in the car care saved date night for my wife and I on her Birthday! We ran over something while in town and needed a fix quick, no one was willing, but I called Kyle and he said come on in. The stayed after hours and didnt charge us to patch the tire. Also theplace is super nice and clean !

Awsome but they prices was kinda high and I needed upper n lower ball joints which in that case needed lower and got that done at Midas with bringing my own for a better price going back tomorrow for state inspection.

Went here to get an Ez pass. Rep was knowledgeable as I am from out of state and the transaction was flawless.

The employees are wonderful and my car was serviced quickly. I dropped it off, without an appointment, for an oil change and damage to my rim around five. They had it fixed and ready for me at 7am. Prices are unbeatable as well.

The AAA car care and travel agency in Scotts Edition is a very good addition to the AAA Richmond Virginia services. Its easy to access off of the interstate and has plenty of parking. The travel agent I work with is Vanessa Jenkins. She really knows her stuff and is incredibly helpful in setting up trips local and abroad.

An old story, but was in town moving daughter to VCU when Check engine light goes on late in aft. 8am next morning tech looking at car.Bottom line, may be a false positive, could not find anything wrong. Suggested going to dealer b/c of familiarity with make/model of vehicle.Mgr. (Jason) did not suggest any repairs at that point.Davina, Sales Associate, very friendly, offered non-vehicle info on Richmond area. Seems like a first class center. I would send my daughter there with any car issue. Lot of relief that day.

Great service! Real rollercoaster of emotions bringing my car in for a sweet deal on alignment, being told that upon review that my steering would fail inspection (new steering rack and tie rods), and then told the next day that upon closer review it was a more minor tie rod issue and that without the rack being replaced the repair would be $500 CHEAPER! Yall can all probably think of a mechanic who WOULDNT have gone the extra mile like that. BIG thanks to Shawn, his fellow mechanics, and the rest of the great team here for getting my car back in shape!

Went in for oil change and they tried selling me $700+ worth of work. Said I needed two new hub assemblies. I went straight to my regular mechanic who inspected my car and confirmed neither hub assembly had any movement and are fine. ONLY GET CHEAP OIL CHANGE HERE. Scammers.

Michael McNeal was so kind in helping me understand the work being done to my car and helping me prioritize what needed to be done with limited financial means. Davina was also awesome !

They have been beyond helpful the 2 times I came here. They were honest, did not charge me for labor regarding something that was overlooked upon initial inspection and price quote, very prompt, and extremely courteous.

Clean repair shop..and very helpful..and all the young ladies up front in retail are very pleasant..

I got there 10 min to 8Am as asked.. they only took one state inspection for that day.. not mine.

Do not get any work done here. They started repairs before I authorized them, which was a problem because I was going to file a claim for damages to my insurance. I also paid for a diagnostic test for a known transmission problem and they told me there was nothing wrong with the transmission. My transmission failed within 24 hours. Would never have paid for other repairs if I knew I had a $2400 transmission problem. Tried to resolve these issues with the manager, who stopped contacting me after a few conversations. Low quality repair work and absolutely horrible communication. Not what I expect for a company that I am paying to be a member of.
