A family member was traveling through Richmond on her way to OBX. Shee broke down with her young adult daughter and two small grandchildren in the car. She called us and we called Eric. Eric was a literal God send. He got them a tow and helped them get to a hotel. This all happened right before closing on Saturday. Eric came in on his day off to get her vehicle up and running. He made sure to check her tires and top off fluids as well before she got back on the road. Could not have contacted a better person.
