I went in for a repair and he found out it was under the manufacturers warranty he would send me to the dealer where it was no charge. Honest, dependable, reliable with integrity, they stand by their work and their WORD.

Very negative experience at David Word Automotive. Completely overpriced on parts and labor. If you take your car there, I strongly urge you to think twice and compare prices. Beware ! Very shady and dishonest ! Will never take my car there again.

Received estimate to replace valve cover gasket on my Jaguar. Agreed to price, then when it gets in shop price goes up 60 percent. Problem never fixed still leaks oil from valve cover. You are better off taking your car to jaguar dealership. They charge dealer rates once they start the work. Offer cheaper rates then dealer to get you in the door.

Very Professional service! Not many shops in Richmond will take Mercedes, even some German auto repair shops. David Word took it with no problem. If you have any really specialty needs, I highly recommend David Word. They also worked with me on the price. 5 stars across the board. Ill be back (hopefully not soon though!)

When you have an old car you need a place to take it that you can trust to do the work and not gouge you on prices. These people care that the car is running properly. Friendly, courteous and communicative. I trust them.

For years a friend had been telling me how terrific David Word Automotive was. Glad I finally tried them. I was quoted $150.00 to replace a headlight bulb with a 2 hour wait. David Word saved me over $100.00 & I was in & out within minutes! I will use them from now on.
