The owner is very busy and they have very accommodating state inspection amenitie with a drive up. I would only ask these guys to communicate when a new customer arrives because it can become uncomfortable to become just a sitting duck. Overall they are very busy and Im not sure if that reflects great dependable service or lack of competition in the community.

Quality work preformed by Quality people. I took my car in for an inspection and was treated fairly. No one tried to sell me anything I didnt need during my state inspection. Comfortable waiting room and the staff was extremely friendly. Every one employed there has worked at the same place for 12-30 years. No turnover there (and that is a GOOD sign!) About 4 months ago my daughter brought her car to have a flat fixed. Sherman fixed it and charged her nothing. Yesterday my sons car was toward to have two flat tires fixed. Sherman figure out that the tires were fine and someone had used a tool to loosen the valve stems. He fixed the tires and charged him nothing. I hope he has some people pay him so he can stay in business. He has earned my car business from now on.

I got into motorcycle accident on the street in from there shop. My bike was unridable and since it was late in the afternoon the motorcycle shop I was going to have the bike towed to was closed. I walked over as they were closeing and asked if they could store my bike till the morning. The staff was totally understanding and ovened up the garage doors to let me park it there overnight. That’s service above and beyond, that you don’t see everyday. If that’s how they treat a stranger in need I know they will treat a customer just as well. Big thanks to Sherman and the staff.

Sherman and the guys out at Lotsey & Hardy have offered me and my family the best service around. I live in Church Hill so they are close to me, but the customer service and the pricing are worth the drive if youre coming from other parts of the city. I get all of my maintenance and repair work done with them. You may have to wait because the shop is so popular, but you can be sure to get a fair deal and honest communication about whats going on with your car. When I had an older car that wouldnt start, Sherman sent some of his guys to my front door to help me get the car going and then offered to pick me up later in the day when the repair work was done. My parents live over an hour away and when their van needed repairs / service, I had them bring it to Lotsey & Hardy. My dad is a retired mechanic and he had nothing but positive things to say about the work and the customer service.
