Nice people, very professional. Edwin personally straightened out a complex insurance issue involving owners and a condo association (four different policies). This took several weeks and two lawyers, but Edwin patiently waited for the legalities to be corrected then swiftly researched the best policies for each entity. He also found several better policies for one owner with other multiple properties. Knowledgeable and eager to make sure everyone got the coverage that they needed.

I have had automobile insurance through this agency for years and noticed that despite no accidents or claims my premium was increasing. I went in to the office and Mr. Sweeney personally took the time to explain the reasons (new car vs several years old) and worked to get a bundle deal with household insurance. So I ended up saving quite a bit of money monthly and of course I will over the year. I even left with a few free gifts 🎁. Overall I am extremely pleased with the professionalism displayed.

Had homeowners and auto with them. Homeowners was a mess and I had to switch after a month. Then I sold my car and was advised by Nationwide to get non-owner car insurance - this office told me they did not offer it. I had to call Nationwide directly and they werent very thrilled that I had been told non-owner car insurance wasnt available when it was.
