Initially, Mike and his staff were great to work with. Mike went above his duties to advise me on homeowners insurance issues, and I wasnt yet even a client! However, things seem to have changed drastically.I spoke with Bo who completely and utterly botched my nephews vehicle policy from the very start and provided an astronomical quote. I had to get Mike involved, but that too was not a very pleasant experience. The communication, or lack thereof from Mike was atrocious. He informed me he would call me at specific times on multiple occasions, then informed me he never said he would return my calls at a specific time. Because Mike had helped before, I still stuck in there with his office, but used a different location.April, who is at the South Side location, did a fantastic job at smoothing things over with me and getting the vehicle policy straight. Unfortunately, the policy increased the very next month and April was away and not available for me to speak with. So, I speak with Jenny....Jenny was not able to provide much explanation as to why we had been paying one premium, then encountered a significant increase, other than the initial person (Bo) had improperly quoted the policy. She then stated that while the rate is likely the new norm with the policy, there will be a reduced percentage taken off this month due to COVID relief. I informed her that I was not happy with what has taken place of the past few months, and that we were going to search for coverage elsewhere. She strongly expressed to me that I should at least wait to receive the discount this month (June) before making our move; a statement I agreed with. Well, checked the account today and guess what? NO DISCOUNT AS PROMISED. So I give the office a call....Spoke with Jenny again today and it was horrendous. She reviewed notes and stumbled thru excuses as to why the discount was not applied. She could provide me zero reasons as to why she misinformed me when we spoke just a month ago, and did not see where the discount was ever going to be applied to the account. She didnt even offer to honor her previously made statement, but rather just took the oh well, my bad position. I do not appreciate being lied to or dismissed, especially when it comes to financial business, just so someone can get every last payment out of me that they can. Completely unacceptable!No-one should have to endure a business that puts their client thru this. I have sent several people who are now clients to this office, and now feel terrible that Ive made such a bad recommendation. Ill be reaching out to them as well to advise of the misinformation and mishandling of our account, and I advise those reading to please be watchful of all of your financial statements from any business! Id hate for you to be told any old story just to get your monthly payment on the books!

I am sure he is a very nice person (though I am told he was too busy to call or email me) and possibly a very capable insurance agent . It very well could have been take your child to work day or some rookies first day in the insurance game the day I took out my policy and as a result my policy was just created incorrectly. Regardless, I am no insurance agent (as I was told when I asked by my address was wrong on the policy), but this could be the reason why I am very perplexed on how my policy got quite so distorted.Alas I am on to greener pastures.....All is well that ends well because I saved 15% on my renters insurance by switching to Geico!

You are greeted with a warm smile and a. friendly face. When I needed a tow and called for service I called them and the first question I was asked was( ARE YOU ALRIGHT?) and how can we help?. and before I could click my phone off STATE FARM had help on the way. They even called back to check and make sure I was ok so if you are in need of car insurance, renters insurance, home insurance,etc. check out this avency.
