I love the website, its easier to use (and it was pretty easy before). Your rates are pretty great considering that if you never have use your insurance, its a straight expense. You guys make that easier to deal with. I think Ive had to use insurance 4 times in 40 years, (someone egged my truck, some road work being done did some minor damage, someone dropped a 2 x 4 from their truck on the interstate that hit my car and a deer jumped in front of me on the highway) so I know the feeling of paying for something that you might rarely if ever use.Thanks for all you do and having such reasonable costs.Bob Wine

My wife and i are both retirees from the insurance industry and understand company operations and many of the companies in todays market. We were excited to find out that Erie Insurance, a company we both respect professionally, was available to us in Kentucky. We were pleased with the rates quoted and with the knowledge demonstrated by Katie during the underwriting process. All the ingredients needed for a long term business relationship appear to be evident in this agency.

Prices are very good compared to other companies and everyone is super friendly. My only complaint is you can’t add or make any changes to your policy after hours by calling the 800# outside of that small complaint it’s a great place.

Because when we had the little PayPal mishap you didnt freak out and hound me.. you were polite and didnt treat me like it was a scam or something.. I would def recommend you to others.
