Myra has been our insurance agent, auto and home, for >10 years and has been a joy to work with. She meets with us at least yearly to review all of our needs and is well informed and gives us ways to save money. Her office answers our questions fully and promptly when we call. When we have had a claim, State Farm has come through and delivered as promised, which is better than what we have heard from friends who had claims with other companies. Our daughter and her husband are now with Myra for home and auto as well and are very happy.

I just started a home and auto policy in October and there has been nothing but issues with my Auto insurance since. They are unorganized and do not follow up with information as promised. Ive been told my account bill was due on different days by different people. Ive been told the amount due on my bill is different than what it should have been. I constantly have to call to make sure my account has been corrected and it hasnt been each time Ive called. All of this within a month and a half lifespan. Already decided Im going to look elsewhere as soon as possible because this is ridiculous.
