Phenomenal experience! Sliced my previous insurance quote from state farm in half! Very kind and knowledgeable guy, Im so glad I switched to allstate.

They always pick up when I call. I had to file a claim last year and everything basically got sorted out within an hour and my car was in a repair shop that same day. Im happy to continue my policies with them.

Smith acquired his services shortly after he opened.We ended up moving to Nevada,.Rob even assisted us with a coverage plan that we utilized all the way through our move to Nevada! Rob truly has your best interest in mind...Throughout the years, wed been with some of the other alledged top named/top ranked carriers . Rob couldnt tell a good joke. But, he was the best, and most above board agent youd ever want to have in your world... I hope there are more like him!! Doubtful though....Being back in Illinois and seeing him on TV made me wish I were still living in Virginia, if only to engage his services again!!.ATB Rob!!
