Unfortunately I waited until the last minute to handle my removal. Despite my tardiness Kim was very helpful and was even able to get me a better rate. I dont believe anyone is perfect so Id never give 5 stars but Kim deserves my max, which is 4.

Have used Insurance Dr. For years and they have always taken care of any questions or concerns. (7months ago)New update.Time for my renewal and my rate went from $285 to $330 with no accidents or tickets to reflect the change. Called and talked to an employee and was told this is the lowest quote with my current provider Safeco. I will no longer use Insurance Doctor.

I went to the Insurance Doctor on Broad Street in Richmond after watching their commercial on TV that said if they couldnt beat your current rate, they would buy you dinner. What could I lose but a little time, right? Well, they couldnt beat my current rate after sitting there for an hour. I asked about the dinner offer and was told it would have to come from their corporate office. Well, its been several months now and still nothing. Not a big loss, but I think a company should stand behind their offers. If thats the way they conduct business, I cant help but wonder how they handle claims. Just saying....R. Barrera
