Marjorie has been amazing working with my mother to get insurance after her move to Virginia. She is incredibly patient and somehow endured more than 45 minutes on the call without ever sounding annoyed or impatient. She has truly made the experience much easier for my mom. I am very disappointed with this company I wish I could leave 0 stars . Several times I have communicated with different representatives letting them know that the company they paired me up with was a fraud and they didn’t care to help . The company has stolen $200 additional dollars out of my account the first month I called to tell them about this error and they did nothing to fix it just an apology no credit back to my account or anything . the second month i payed them and they returned the payment and said it was never made and I have documentation to back this up . The representatives didn’t seem concerned at all when I voiced my concern to them about this fraud company . This has been a disaster this is Bad business on both ends . Insurance doctor should do more research on these companies before they link clients with them . This company has been problem after problem and insurance doctor is no help whatsoever !!
