Worst Allstate Branch in the country. After providing very extensive info requested in connection with multiple homeowner policies, they provided an attractive quote. When I received it and reviewed it, it was quite different than the numbers promised. They apologized, raised the pricing some, and provided less attractive, but still ok premiums/coverage. When I received it a 2nd time, same thing happened. It was different than what was discussed. I gave them another chance, with rates/coverage barely better than what I had. When it happened a third time, and they tried to raise rates again, I told them I had lost trust in them and did not want to proceed. They kept sending me emails asking me to sign, and then their manager Glenn Johnson called me, and I again explained I had lost trust and didnt want to proceed. I ignored their continuing emails, and next thing I know, they had sent payment demands to a collection agency. I contacted them again, and they apologized and said they would take care of the balances. A month or so later, only AFTER I inquired, they made an excuse that Allstate was refusing to erase the debt. This was despite my having maintained insurance with Erie insurance, which is a MUCH, MUCH better company, in terms of rates and customer service. Dont fall for their attempts to give you a quote so you can save a bunch of money. No money saved; a bunch of time wasted; and credit score negatively impacted. Dont say I didnt warn you....

I havent been with this agency very long, but its been long enough for me to appreciate that I chose to cancel my coverage with the last company that I was with, (one that wouldnt even allow me to choose my payment date, which matters very much to me), and switch to Allstate. Im happy to be an Allstate Customer!
