I called in desperation trying to find a company to come and help me because our AC went out when I called the them The guy told me that there was a technician in my area and that they will be out to me shortly and of course every minute feels like an hour when it’s 85° in your house it only took about an hour and a half and they were over here kind and friendly and fix our AC for us I’m not gonna go to anybody else for my AC issues or if I need them to just do the AC keep up great companyGreat people

Came home and my AC was blowing warm air and it was over 85 in the house. I called in and the scheduler was VERY helpful. I got a schedule that worked great for me and my work schedule. The even called 20 minutes before the technician showed up to give me enough time to get to the house.Chris and Edward are the technicians that showed up. They both seemed extremely knowledgeable at what they were doing and very respectful of me and my house.Unfortunately my compressor had died so they had to come out the next morning, they did however give me some great pointers for staying cool overnight while they sourced the parts.The next morning they were out first thing and got everything installed. They did a full inspection of the house and made sure everything was sealed and working before they left.Just a great experience and I highly recommend them to any of my family and friends!Thank guys for keeping it cool in the house in this terrible Houston Summer.

Tech Joe M. came to my home to work with the Cool Saver program through Startex Electricity. Joe was thorough, hard working and very courteous. He stayed late to finish the job and gave me very valuable information about my AC system.

This company is not what the others on here make them appear to be. We have had numerous problems and Iv even deleted a review before because I felt that maybe they are just a busy place. But when I had a visit last week for the third time for AC problems, their own employee showed me a defaulted part that was installed previously by this company, Temperature Pro. The part was from this company and installed by them on their second visit. The technician I will say did a great job explaining to me and my wife about what was going on. He was very professional. Problem temporary fixed until now the following week we are still having problems. I spoke with a rude employee claiming to be the owner of this company and he was so unprofessional and just would not help me. I had to beg him to just hang up on me because he just kept babbling and babbling. I dont understand how this 5 star company can get so many good results but stop at me and my family and pass us over. We all know how hot it gets here. I have 3 babies that I have to look at today sweating asking me why is it so hot daddy and mommy? Is this fair? Maybe we arent the right color or gender?. My wife did call last week and was treated fine over the phone. They even told her that they would have someone come out ASAP. I called this morning and get humiliated over the phone by this guy. Ill make sure and spread the word but in an nice professional way.

Gave TemperaturePro a call to come out to my house and take a look at my ac unit before the summer, the lady who handled my call, I believe her name was Jenn, was very nice and got a technician over as soon as they could, he (can not remember his name) was very nice and did a fantastic job, my ac was blowing out cold by the time he left!! Came home from work to a thermostat that wasnt lit up and an air handler that wasnt running. After my self diagnosis and repair didnt work, I called Temperature Pro to help get my house cool again. Chris got here within an hour and had my AC running again in 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and told me the ins and outs of what was wrong. He also gave my unit a good look over to make sure there were no other problems. I will recommend Temperature Pro to all my neighbors.

As a business owner, I trust other in their work and what they can do for me at the price I was quoted. Instead they sent a newbie to the job and he took his time thus at the end of the day overcharge a simple 1 hour inspection for 2 hrs. Im not complaining about their high rate but to quote me something and charging me double that, Ridiculous. NEVER GOING TO HAVE MY BUSINESS AGAIN.

Left home for work this morning and the house was hot. temperature Pro showed up when they said they would, came home that afternoon and the house was nice and cool. I appreciate the time the guys took to get the new unit installed and their explanation on what took place and the slight delay was very much appreciated. They did an excellent job in the installation, despite the hot day, and stayed on it, testing now and then the interior of the house, until they were satisfied ... also, their demeanor was refreshing, very polite and professional. I also appreciated them making sure the yard was cleaned out and all their tools and what not was picked up. I will definitely recommend Temperature Pro to others who may need the same service.

Hello. I have had the worse experience with this company and then finding out that most of these reviews on here are false. There are better companies in the Fort Bend area that are better. Temp Pro did not fix my air condition but kept charging me to come out and check it. There was clearly a problem with my unit. My fans were not coming on and the technician told us that he could not find a problem. But we did have to pay a fee for them coming out. The two men that came out looked as if this was funny.

Out of business. Hope you didnt buy any kind of warranty from these clowns.

Todd and his Technicians were able to diagnose a problem that I was having with my 3 yr. old Trane A/C system that others could not. Even the company that installed the A/C unit (unfortunately I did not know of TemperaturePro at the time) could figure out why it was running 19 hours a day and still not cooling the house. TemperaturePro came the same day and even offered to come on Saturday to fix my system.I cant say enough great things about these guys.

Beware: Temp Pro and RAS have merged so this review pertains to both. I am an HVAC student that does maintenance at a few commercial properties located around SW Houston. RAS/Temp Pro Fort Bend was scheduled to replace one of seven a/c units at my daycare in Sugarland. The tech ripped out the wrong a/c unit causing us to lose cooling to 2 classrooms. They had to bring our unit back, braze the line and leave it pressurized with nitrogen over night; all that is text book. What they failed to do the next day is use a micrometer as they pulled the vacuum on the system to varify that the unit holds a vacuum in the 500-700 range. Some a/c techs pull a vacuum for 20 minutes or 30 minutes and call it done, that is not in accordance with EPA standards. As an HVAC stundent I found out that RAS/Temp Pro Fort Bend is one of those companies my teachers warn us about!After this I will not be refereing them to any of my customers.Update: Because tech did not use a micrometer and went forward with charging the a/c unit, they werent aware that the unit wouldnt hold a proper charge and had to recover the refrigerant from the unit to braze a line again, that sort of wasted time recovering refrigerant that wasnt ready to be put in is unknowingly (to the customer) added time on the bill. When I brought up the point of wasted time not using a micrometer in the first place the a/c tech shrugged it off as no big deal. Finally, the unit they mistakingly took out and had to replace is still not working, yet the sales rep over this job called the daycare owners and told them that the unit is working, but thats a lie.While the tech is telling me the unit he took out was not working when he got there and he did not mess it up, the sales rep is telling the owner its working again because they know they screwed up.I hope this helps the next person.

The Gentleman arrived at my house and I told him Air Conditioner was not working, it stopped after I scheduled TemperaturePro to come out, Startek Power gave me TemperaturePros number to call for the free Air Conditioning checkup. While he was here he told me a condenser was bad and sold me one for 149.00 and with my Verterans discount I paid him $ 139.00 this did not fix the problem and in my mind he should have took the part back out and not charged me for it however he took my money anyway. Not happy about this and would not recommend using TempersturePro,
