An extremely pleasant experience:My wrangler had a flat tire and I had to change it at a parking lot. The cover on one of the screws fell off as I tried to remove it and I could no longer use my own wrench on it, so I called them for towing service. They said they could be here in an hour but actually arrived just 20 mins later, and the couple were so nice that they helped me change the tire with their tools (remember I called for towing service). The husband, whos a much bigger guy than me, changed the tire within minutes that would have cost me hours even if I had the right tools, and all these were free of charge! I offered some as gratuity (almost all the cash on me) though they didnt ask, cuz they really earned, actually more than it for their kind and professional deeds!
