Exceptional service from scheduling to the towing itself. I will always recommend this place after such a great experience today. Even though the vehicle I had towed wasnt the nicest car out there he still took care of it like it was his own. I appreciate all your help and great customer care.

Well I did not use the towing services but acquired a vehicle through them. It was the vehicle and parts vehicle which he towed out to me.You can also find a great selection of u hauls there. And they most times have the elusive car dolly that you rarely find at other uhaul locations.

Excellent customer service, was a bit hard to locate the entrance but besides that overall good experience.

These folks were amazing! I am from Spokane and needed help to move and repair a stolen vehicle that was recovered in Richland. They were extremely helpful and did everything in their power to get me up and running the same day. Needed a tow from a doctors office to my home. Thought maybe my alternator had died as the car would not start and it had a brand new battery in it. They driver arrived quickly and tested the battery - still good; but he noticed that my connectors were worn and corroded. He had me follow him to the business and proceeded to fix the problem for me. Kudos to P & K! They will always be my go to towing service!

The owner, Ron, is not friendly at all! Talked to him on the phone before I went down there and he raised his voice at me the whole time. People around me could hear him through the phone and thought I was getting yelled at. Also, doesnt seem too knowledgable when it comes to cars. Would never recommend anyone to his business based on his horrible customer service.

Called after I just made a reservation for a truck. U-Haul made my reservation for a company that didnt have my truck. After calling the Agent M-Gaylah was rude and snippy on the phone. Ill use a different U-haul Location thanks.

Ive known the family for years and they have always gone above and beyond. I have even seen the owners fix a lot of stuff for friend at no charge... like jetskis. As far as the bad reviews they get a few because theyre main job is inpounds and Im sure those people are a little upset

Customer service lacking....more interested in their dog than any customer

Called for service at 11:45pm told me it was going to be 1 hr and 45min to two hours and there was what sounded like a party going on in the back ground people laughing and music and so on so I was very disappointed in such a service. I will never call on them and they never showed up.
