I haven’t had my nails professionally done since last March 12, 2020, fifteen months ago. I’ve been maintaining them the best I can, but not as good as a nail salon. My daughter treated me to a gel set and Tim did a thorough job. My sparkly nails are happy again.$38 for gelsMy daughter’s regular nail manicure resulted in bubbles in the polish. Not good. For $28 and $12 for the gel removal it was worth it.

I visited Q Nails Spa for the first time and they did a phenomenal job. They made a very good impression. The owner was very friendly with a great sense of humor. The workers are well mannered and professional. The place is very clean and relaxing with natural decor style.

This place is a Gem! This was my first time here and my experience was amazing. Usually Im a walk-in when I go to salons but today I decided to call ahead and make an appointment. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Fast, friendly, professional and precise.

For my first time coming here they did an amazing job on my nails. Definitely coming back again....very beautiful inside as well. ☺️♥️💅

I placed the previous review about being charged $90Guess what my nail broke ! I received this set on Monday it broke Wednesday today is Thursday and I came back to the shop to NINA for a repair she tells me it’ll be $7 and that she read my last review I posted ! Most nail shops that are respectable places don’t charge for a nail repair that they JUST DID Less than 7 days ago !! Her rude money hungry self refused to fix it unless I pay $7 and I know it’s because she’s upset about my review. I will never return and I will continue to spread my experience with her nasty self I just paid the $7 and sat while she spoke in her language trash talking me im sureThis place is disgusting choose wisely

I have had a very hard time finding a good nail place that genuinely cares about how you want your nails!!! I love this place!! Amy was amazing, my nails were messed up from the previous place i had been too, and she took very good care of them and was so careful since they hurt! She was so sweet and i will definitely be back!!

I love LOVE this Q salon! Ive been a regular customer for 5 years now. I have never been a regular customer at any nail salon! I get compliments on my nails after each visit, and everyone is SO friendly. Nina is my girl and does a fantastic job! I cannot imagine going anywhere else!

I just went here tonight for a classic mani/pedi. This was my second time at this salon and this time did not disappoint. The manicurist who worked on me, Amy, did a great job, was professional and didnt force me to engage in conversation (Im not a talker). It was very laid back atmosphere, I enjoyed my complimentary diet coke and the massage chair was definitely a plus. All in all a very nice experience. If youd like a high-quality establishment with high-quality catering to customers needs, Q Nail Salon is perfect for you. :)

Wow! Second time there and it was better than the first. Call ahead seems to be a good way so they know you are coming. We had a wait last time we tried to walk in, for four pedicures. Nice staff! Good drinks! And the nail techs do not bother you with small talk. Nice.

A winner! I just moved to the area and I’m so glad I found this place. The customer service was off the charts!! I called ahead to see if they had any openings and told me to come on in. I was warmly greeted and sat immediately. They were closing soon but were gracious enough to remove my old dip nail polish snd put on gel. The nail technician was very thorough and gentle; she trimmed my cuticles, gave me a hand massage and wrapped my hands in hot towels. So lovely! Best of all the price was reasonable! I will definitely be coming back!

The only place I will go to get my nails done. Lisa and Nina are incredibly detailed and make me feel like a million bucks! You can check their designs on Instagram and just ask for it. You must wear a mask and all the proper social distancing measures are being taken and their entire staff is always friendly. Its better to call ahead for an appointment due to the limited occupancy but well worth it!

Finally got to give my hands and feet so much needed love! Make an appointment- when you arrive you are asked to sanitize your hands - there is plexi glass between you and the stylists. Everyone is wearing masks. The shop is super clean, and relaxing atmosphere. I got some terrible in grown toe nails on my feet - Tim did a great job making my feet so happy!! You get a glass of wine during your visit. Will be back for sure

Clean, cute place but overpriced for what you get. My fresh manicure already looks outgrown because the tech did not want to take the gel polish all the way to the cuticle. I had to reshape my toes when I got home after being left jagged and crooked. I’m asking for a simple mani-ped. I shouldn’t have to babysit professionals to do a quality job especially at their price point.

I should start off by saying that I bite my nails terribly and have been turned away at nail salons before saying they can’t do acrylics on me because my nails are too short. I get acrylics to help me stop biting them and Nina was amazing! she was so understanding and totally willing to work with my nails (not that there’s much to work with). she was so precise and they came out beautifully! I will definitely be coming here again!

The measures put in place for Covid at Q Nails are the best I’ve seen at a nail salon. Very attentive and treat you more like a spa customer than a nail salon. Nails looked great!

I’m very disappointed I spent all most 400 dollars on 3 pedicures and 2 nail services and we are all disappointed from the polish on our toes it’s messy and not neat!!!! The pedicures are horrible and I kept telling the lady that the water was cold and she wasn’t listening!!! Me and other person who received nails and we both have acrylic all our hand and fingers. Two days after this review our acrylic started lifting we had to go somewhere else and get nails redone

Worst nail experience I ever have had. They were not only really aggressive but also said that my sister and I are bad customers. Not only that, I asked for 2021 on my ring finger for graduation and they tried to charge me 16 when regular nail places would charge 5. They charged me 55 for nexgen when again regular nail places would charge 40 maybe 45 depending on if you get extra length. My nails are barely glued on there is hair in my nails that the lady clearly saw but continued to put the top coat over the hair. They were showing my natural nails around to their other workers and started laughing as well and speaking in their language. On top of all that they cut me many times and hurt me and also when putting the cuticle oil on they didn’t even put it on my cuticle, they put it all over my fingers with no care given. My sisters nails are way worse than mine but this is my review and over all worst nail place I have ever attended I will never go there again and I left no tip.

I’ve never been disappointed at Q Nail. I get dipping powder and in my experience the nail techs here are experienced and most do a great job. Recently I walked in and got Johnny. He’s the absolute best!!!! My nails are perfect! I’ve gone back to him twice now They are natural looking and most importantly lasted over 3 weeks with no chips!!! He’s awesome!!!

Awesome job on safety and sanitation! It was my first time here and their protocols were great. Sanitizers, hand washing required, contact tracing form. Great job there! The pedicure ... not so much. The gentleman cut my nails straight across and did a quick file with no shaping, no filing on the sides, and definitely not shaped like the shape I came in with. The top coat wasn’t applied in the same position so there’s a thick line across my nails and the polish on my skin wasn’t cleaned up afterwards. Wouldn’t visit again.

First time coming... and it most certainly won’t be the last! I am in love with this place. I live in Richardson and I have to say this is the best pedicure. I got the level 3 milk and honey package and when I tell you my feet and legs feel brand new! I had Tina and she treated me so well. She was really nice and they were all extremely professional and made me feel right at home! I can’t wait until I come back! This is my new pedicure home! Thank you guys for such an amazing experience. They also provide so many other services and you can even have your own private events such as bridal parties! So that is definitely something I will be doing!

I have been going to Q Nails for years. They are always so nice and do an amazing job! The place is very clean and quite. Its relaxing time with their piano songs, and lemon grass scent.They have a lot of DIP colors to choose from. I have introduced a lot of my friends to them & they always want to come back! Most of the time its a 30+ min drive but worth it every time!

Pros: Quiet environment, variety of colors.Like some reviews said, huge gap between polish and cuticles. Cuticles also not removed precisely. I did Level 1 Pedicure for $27 (the minimum price). To be frank, the guy who did my pedicure didnt seem to want to be there. Everything he did was half-attempted.Bottom Line: For the price higher than other places, you get a better environment and a better choice of colors, but not necessarily a better service.

This is where I get my pedicure every couple of weeks. Intimate shop, very serene and relaxing. No loud music. Massage services are so good !! Love this place !

I’ve been to Q Nails 3 times now & had 2 gel manicures with 2 different people, Tina & Amy as well as 1 pedicure with Kim. All 3 women not only were very friendly, but did a great job! I’m not a picky person, however getting my nails done is something I don’t do often so it’s nice to FINALLY find a place that I feel not only takes care of me, but provides a great service! They never make you feel rushed either which I love. Nail salons are suppose to be relaxing & nothing is worse than going somewhere that is just trying to get you in & out in order to get more people in so they make more money.I can’t say enough about this place & those who work here. The salon is clean & so pretty & prices are great! Massage was good. But nail job was JUST TERRIBLE. Wish I could post a picture! So so horrible. 1. Huge nail gap between skin 2. Did not do square look like I asked repeatedly 3. The second cover of nail polish has HORRIBLY NOTICEABLE smudges, and marks. So so disappointed. So tempted to take everything off and do it myself as I would have done a much better job and not had to pay $62! Very mad.

Best nail salon in Richardson! Amy does my nails and they always look perfect and last way longer than they ever have. Tina does my pedicure and she gives one of the best foot massages. She actually puts effort into the pressure. Place is super clean and the massage chairs are great too. They also have a great selection of colors! So happy it’s close to my home!

Took my wife here on her birthday on Saturday. They were very busy however we felt comfortable that our pedicures were not rushed since the technicians used a time clock for the massages. They have collagen gloves for the hands and my wife absolutely loved them. The shop is very spacious and relaxing. We will be back again.

I have been coming to Q nails for 3 years now every 2 weeks with my mom. We love the staff and the quality of work. Pricing is good and spa is beautifully redone.

I went in yesterday afternoon and they were able to squeeze in a manicure for me before I left for my vacation, which I really appreciated! The only thing is that towards the end, the lady put two hot towels around my hands and they were way too hot and now I have second degree burns all over my hands and fingers..otherwise, a great salon😬

Had a great experience here! Very clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. They were very accommodating- even set a timer and show you for the length of your massage. Went in without an appointment, on lunch, and they fit me in within 2 minutes.

Edit: The employees are nice and accommodating. It’s also super cute inside. I liked how my coffin nails turned out, however my pedicure was streaky and chipped after a week. My mom recently went in and her dip nails were bumpy and uneven.

Ive been there just right now. They didnt accept me because I have acrylic refills. I like acrylic, because I change the color any time I want. It is a cheap so they didnt do it for me.

When it came to painting my nail, it was not good. They were areas of my nails where the nail polish smudge and it wasn’t clean up very well. I would say if excellent service is what you’re looking for, this place might be a hit or miss depending on which nail technician you get.

I don’t get manicures and pedicures often so when I do, I want to feel treated and that I’m getting what I pay for. The pedicure was ok but the manicure was disappointing. Tracy trimmed my nails and painted them, completely skipping over the massage and wanted to come back after painting my nails to do the massage which misses the whole point. I won’t be returning here again and advise you do the same. Too many nail spa options to overpay and come out disappointed.

I give them 3 stars, because:1. They were nice overall.2. They give back to customers (Buy X get one free!!!! ***Which is unheard of in most of these greedy nail shops).3. The Tech did my moms nails really good. (The Mgr criticized her for being slow, but Id rather slow and correct than fast and horrid which is what I received.)My tech did a horrible pedicure left my burgundy nails transparent in spots, then thought it was funny to purposely spray cold water on my feet knowing I prefer the water to be very hot. I felt myself becoming irritated but just clenched my teeth till it was over. If I go back, Ill be seeking another tech.

I was upset with how my nails nails turned out, posted a review about it with that being my only complaint. 30 mins after posting it they called me back to refund my money and redo my nails. This spa is absolutely wonderful!! I have never been to a place where they absolutely make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. They are all very friendly and the salon itself is beautiful! This nail salon is very cute and very clean! The staff was primarily friendly. However, I did not leave as happy as I was when I went in. I got a plain mani/pedi at the price of $40. Which is pretty average.They rushed me out of my pedicure to start on manicure. This is where issues came in place, the manicure woman (Tina) was VERY rough on my forearm massage, and left cuts from cutting my cuticles. She didnt shape my nails quite right, and when applying the polish she left a gap between the nail and skin. I had to repeatedly ask for her to do another layer of paint seeing as this happened yet I still have a gap. I was not satisfied leaving as I was rushed at the end. I never got asked if I wanted a design on my nail and I never got to ask for one, again with the rushing. I will not bring my business back here because I got a manicure that looks like I did it myself and lied about going to the salon. Not happy!

First off I just want to say my experience was horrible. It had been a very long time since I had a pedi so needless to say the toes were pretty bad. The lady that sat down and STARTED my toes her name was KIM, as she made it a point that she DID NOT WANT TO DO MY TOES.... she left and went to another costumer. Jennifer is the one who came over and did my toe nails, so I tipped her because I knew they were bad. The lady that did my finger nails her name is EMA.. she was also one of the lady’s that kept starting at my toes, laughing at how bad they were. It doesn’t matter how bad the nails are BEING A NAIL SALON NEVER MAKE A CUSTOMER FEEL LIKE THERE NOT WANTED. I work constantly so sorry my nails are not up to speed, that’s why I came in the 1st place. They should realize that when they talk about customers in another language, it is not hard to google translate audio. My nails look terrible as well, got the dip powder and it’s very bumpy. My nails are all uneven as I asked EMA over and over to file them evenly. My toe nails, all cuticles we’re not cut down. As I was rushed out the door with my nails still wet, because according to EMA, is was closing time. I don’t know who the business owner is of the facility, or if it’s corporate ran, whoever needs to train there employees how to be professional and loving towards customer that walk in the building to spend money period. I walked out paying 80 and even though it was a horrible experience I still manage to tip both girls 5.00, because I understand the value of tips myself. I really hope the owner reads this comment and maybe explain to there employees to bad mouth there customers while sitting right there. I would really like to be reimbursed as well. Or maybe another set done by a different technician not EMA and another pedi done by a more experienced individual. Defiantly would never want KIM! I actually like Jennifer she did a okay job on the toes she just needs more experience.

My visit was ok as a first time customer. I asked the tech not to buff my nails before starting the nex gen but she did anyways (strike #1). She didnt seem too pleased with my color choice with my skin tone (strike #2). My nails still look great but the nex gen is thicker than what I like (strike #3). Overall, Im not in a rush to go back but I would give them another chance to follow instructions!!

Their staff is super attentive, and they offer an assortment of refreshments to enjoy!To top it all of they have a very clean facility and massage chairs that make me feel so comfortable.
