I have recently moved so I wanted to find a place close to my house. My daughter and I have tried 3 different nail salons and all of them where terrible. I came here on a Sunday and they where busy and Nancy took my daughter and I. Our nail were perfect and she took her time and amazing service 👏. I was so pleased. This is a nail salon I would recommend calling and making an appointment. I made an appointment for our nails the next time and also for my hair and Nancy did our nails and Lisa did our hair and eyebrows. I was so impressed with my hair cut and my highlights and lowlights. Solon quality without the fee. I found my new one stop shop. 🥰

I went here to get dip nails the day before my brothers wedding. I think I would have been better off doing them myself at home. They were very thick, the lady didnt cut or even push back my cuticles so the nails looked like that had been on for two weeks already. And when I asked if she would cut them a little, she did as I asked, but she also cut my skin. They didnt look good they had little painful cuts on 3 of the 5 fingers. I havent returned and I dont plan on it.

Be careful getting your feet done here I got foot fungus on my big toe! He was digging and digging so deep on my toe it was very painful never again will I trust any salon to do work on my feet again

The place was clean and pleasant. Was my first time here. Very close to home. This being said. I found them to be overpriced. I paid 35 bucks for a regular manicure. Yes I got gel color but no tips or overlay or designs or anything. Im accustomed to paying 20 to 25 bucks for this service. So I will only go back her in a pinch. 40 dollars after tip for a basic manicure is too much.

I am used to going to this place and normally they would do a great job. I would get Gel nails by the gentle who normally does a great job. One time he messed up my nails by cutting them too low to where my skin appear as if I bite my nails. This time I went and it was horrible it looked like my 6 year old painted my nails with my nails cut too short once again, and paint all over my skin. This was me giving them another chance but they will not get a third chance.

The shop is clean and organized first! They take their time. They dont make you feel like they just want your money. They make you feel like they value you as a customer.

One of the best nail salons that I have been to in a while. I found out about this place from another review on another nail salon. Let me say they were so sweet and nice I called 1 hour before close and they still let me come in 30 minutes prior to closing. They stayed and did my nails well after close with me and my daughter. They offered her candy and painted her nails as well. They did such a fantastic job on my nails that I will for sure be going back!! Just found my new go to spot!

I have been to this salon a couple of times and have found both the service and owners to be excellent. Having known these owners for several years, that is exactly what I would expect. I don’t understand those who post such negative reviews and I am sorry their experience was so unsatisfactory, but that has never been my experience with Tammy and Ben...especially remarks about their failure to follow obvious cleanliness expectations...Tammy and Ben have always been meticulous in their work during my service and in my observations of their work with others.I recommend this salon under its new ownership and I think you will find their salon very clean, their prices fair and their service excellent. Please be willing to judge for yourself.

Absolutely love this place!!! Ive been here before with my friend. Today I come back to get my powder nails done. They just remodeled the store so everything looks nice and clean. Never once have I been disappointed with their service, cleanliness and vision when it comes to my nails. I got Tammy as my technician. She was professional and friendly. Even helped me pick the color. Couldnt be happier with my nails. This will be my favorite place in Garland!

Me and my best friend came here for Mani and pedis. I was super excited. When we were getting our pedicure they made her toe bleed. I was in shock. They also cut your nails so freaking short! But they did well on our nails.

This place was terrible!! They don’t know how to do nails at all. The guy who polished my nails made my nails look like my 5 your old sister did it. They don’t know how to file nails nor shape it. I was very disappointed I will never go back to this place and I don’t recommend it!! Save your money and go elsewhere.

Julie no longer owns the shop and the new techs are not good! I came in today and they told me Julie was off and would be back tomorrow.Then a customer comes in a tells me she sold the shop..All of the sudden they tell the truth and say Julie sold the shop and only work on Friday and Saturday..A customer said even with her supposedly working weekends you better call and make an appointment with her if this is even true that she work weekends..Shm I’ve been coming here for ten plus years and after this terrible experience it’s time for me to move on.This tech doing my feet has no idea what I want or need done after complaining...I hate Julie sold the shop..I just want to cry! I will not be back after today

I loved this place but the last time I was there left so disappointed! My gel was horrible went back with cuticles and ingrown nails in my feet, which was very painful after I left the shop, though I requested the attendant thats the reason I do Manicure. Sanitation is wanting.Had to go to another nails shop for a redo for both Manicure and pedicure.

Nail N Nails is a fabulous and well managed nail salon. The salon is well stocked and extremely clean. Everyone in the salon is very friendly and extremely cooperative. I would highly recommend Nail N Nails.

It was ok but my daughters nails cost 78 dollars and I dont even have 78 dollars worth of kid. I was way over charged for an ok set of nails.

I thought I’d check out this nail shop since it was in the neighborhood. Came in and was greeted by Mrs. Tami. I always do the powder dip and Mrs. Tami did a wonderful job on my nails! I will be coming back

I walk in they 2 hours before they closed and the man said there are closing and i said sir you guys closed at 7 right and the man said yeah i forgot and i sit down for good 30 minutes for him to tell me that he cant . To my nails and said sir but there are 2 other worker here and he said they only do feet and just come back next week and this was on a friday @5pm.

I visited this place about a year ago and had a bad experience. Decided to give them another chance...Ill just say the pictures tell a horror story and yes I still paid even after telling the manager. His response was Im sorry. Ill take that loss and NEVER return!

TERRIBLE !!!! I’m a male who came in this establishment for the first time for a pedicure (I have arthritis, was told by doctors it would relieve tension in my leg). Upon arriving the front desk lady was VERY rude and told me to “sit down” in the waiting area before even greeting me. Assumed I was with one of the ladies being serviced and not a PAYING CUSTOMER. Sat for an hour before anyone spoke again. Will never ever spend my money here. Plenty of places to go with GOOD customer service

Now under new ownership, Tammi and her husband and brother and staff do the best mani, pedi, waxs, messages in the area. If you want a great experience and you want to feel pampered please stop by here and you will absolutely love it!

Took way too long for a mediocre job. Should have spent the extra $10 and gone to a better salon. Also really needs to update their card processing systems. I had to make a scene in order to be allowed to leave and pull out cash from the atm so I could pay because my card was getting declined with $730 sitting in the bank. Then the manager wants to laugh about or when I brought the money back. Wont ever be back and dont recommend anyone deal with the frustration.

Under new ownership! Julie has sold the business. I went to get a full set, and get my cuticles cleaned up and cut. TAMI WOULDN’T CUT THEM! She told me that” if I cut them they grow more. “ I was told to put Vaseline or baby oil on them every night . I wanted my Cuticles cut and willing to pay for it! But she wouldn’t cut them.Its not he same place. I’m not sure if I’m ready to be told what I can and can not have my hands. It’s been only one week since I’ve had my nails done. My nails look rough! My cuticles are out of control!So sad! So sad! Nails n Nails only in the case of emergency ! I miss Julie!

Tammy & Binh are the best. They’ve taken care of me for 9+ years and i’ve followed them to Nail n Nails from thier last salon. Tammy does the best dip nails, they look incredibly natural. Binh gives the mist amazing pedicures. I highly recommend both of them! You will not be disappointed.

Id been getting my mani/pedi from Binh for 7+ yrs at ABC Nails and was super sad when he & Tammy disappeared from there. I was so glad to find them again at Nail N Nails thanks to some nice ladies on Nextdoor! Super nice people, great service, clean establishment, and good value 😊

A great place to get your nails done the Ac blows cold the workers are very friendly and wait time was very low!

They do good pedicures but not the best place to come for nexgen or nails in general. They are overpriced. I came in with nexgen trying to grow out my nails and I heard nexgen is good for your nails. So the tech removed my nails (with the Burberry mask) and rather than removing them like normal she took a fake nail tip and slid it between my nail and the nexgen tearing it off. Not only did this really damage my natural nail, it also chipped a few of them. She had to file all my nails down so they could be the same length. I was pretty upset because Ive been working hard to grow them and keep them healthy. Not only that but the communication is really bad, I wanted French tip nexgen. She said ok and was about to put acrylic French tip on my nails. Then I told her again and finally she said they dont do that so I ended up just choosing a color for the nexgen. When they started I noticed they did not use nexgen brand products. They used organic powder which I dont mind but the nail polish they used was not nexgen (the base, activator, etc.). In the end she tried to put my nails inside the uv light, I told her I thought that was only for gel not nexgen. If they dont wanna at least use nexgen brand nail polish and do such a bad job I dont think they should be charging $35. And this is nexgen on my natural nail not with a fake nail tip. Next time Ill just drive farther and go to my usual spot Lee nails which charges $25, uses the nexgen brand polish, and actually does a good job. Wont be back for nexgen again.
