Walked in off the street at lunchtime and the people there were so nice and took care of me right away! My favorite nail tech she is creative and always does my nails great!! I recommend!! 10 out of 10!!!

I found this little spot driving by their signs giving me a reason to try them out. Actually seeking a better spot to close my eyes and not have to watch my purse. The manicurists are friendly and take extra care of you, cater to your needs and leave you smiling waiting for your next experience. I just came yesterday from Los Angeles and i was in desperate need of nails and this salon saved me. By far my favorite salon, even better than the ones i’ve tried in La!! Dallas has an amazing nail salon and nail tech, Kim. She is really amazing. These nails i have are gorgeous she did a great job. I recommend this salon to anybody and everybody. 20/10 :)))

The staff here: Cindy, Kim & Tom ( not sure I got his name right),are absolutely awesome. They stayed late for a friend and myself. They were so kind! Did everything to make us feel welcomed. They did an incredible job on my pedicure( I came in barely able to walk, 2 yrs since last pedi and a bunch of hang nails), I came out with my feet looking great and no pain! My friend had her nails dipped in color and they looked great too! I recommend this place highly!!!

The new owners are awesome!! This is the Le Nails that was on Arapaho and Hillcrest and they relocated here. They are SO much better than what was here before and really show why they were constantly at 4-5 stars at their old location. I don’t even live near here, but I will follow them since they do such a great job and their work lasts and lasts!!

This place is a great bang for your buck. It is a little hidden but that is ok. I had to wait for a little bit but that was fine considering I was a walk in on the weekend. The lady at the front was special needs and it was awesome to see that they were open to her working the front. She did an excellent job at making sure I was greeted and seated with a drink while I waited. The other lady who actually did my pedicure was also excellent but sadly it was hard to overcome the accent. I will definitely be back!

I got a dip manicure with tips, and she cut my cuticles. No pain, very professional yet comfortable environment, and there was very little wait time! Will definitely be returning!!

The service and girls at Nails Spa is second to none. Under new ownership by Kim-formerly Le Nails at Hillcrest Village Shopping Center-moved recently to this shop and location.Fortunately, all of the former girls at Le Nails-Cindy, Yen and Lee-all followed Kim to the new Salon.I’ve been a customer with all of these sweet ladies for at least 16 years. They are all dedicated to great service and do a fantastic job with mani-pedi’s and several other services! Go see for yourself...the best of the best!!

Kim, Cindy, Le and Yen have relocated from Le Nail to the Nails Spa. The salon is clean, with services that range from waxing, mani and pedi, and even facials. Wonderful service, kind and accommodating. They are so kind to my four year old daughter too.

I will never come back here again!!! I had nails that only lasted me 4 days and they were ALL cracked by day 5 (Literally cracked all the way across each nail) . The owner Mary is nice but doesnt have proper customer service. She didnt even offer any kind of compensation. I spent $45 !! On nails that didnt last a week !! ALL OF THEM WERE CRACKED. And my nails broke to my SKIN. This is so disappointing and a huge waste of money. I hate that I have to write this review ...

Went there for arcyclic nails on Thursday and was really disappointed. They keeep raising the price.The woman told me she is new in that saloon was really weird. It’s my nail and I am paying for it but she was telling its long bla bla. And the owner and her I can sense that they were talking behind me in their language which was Vietnamese. And took about more than an hour and got this SeriouLy?? I wanted coffin shape and I don’t kniw what u got. They offers drink but only to someone who are their regulars. Others is that don’t even bother asking about water. Sad but true. However I paid for her service because pl don’t forget she spent about a fkn hour an half for getting nails done. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. You can get better service and result in some other nails tech. It was a total waste of my time and my money!! Never gonna return to this sick place.

Servics use to be better. I figured Id try them again and it was worse than the last time.

I heard the shop was under new management so I went to check it out again and it’s so much of an improvement to the previous owners their customer service is on point!

I hate that im doing this, bc i dont ever do this, but its absolutely ridiculous, i asked for coffin shape, and got this. i have never been so disappointed w any nail tech up until yesterday. i told her it was too narrow and she said itll be ok some nails look good, others dont. i still paid for her services. as well as my toes, not even the shape i wanted. so so terrible. will not be coming back :(

I went here back in 2014 and didnt have my French tip nails on longer then a week with in 3 days my nail popped off and they charged me too much to get it fixed havent been back since.
