The technicians were so sweet and took such good care of me. Got my first manicure, it felt so good and my nails look great. The pedicure was my first in over a year so they had their hands full getting my feet sandal ready. My feet are so smooth, just loved the entire experience. Will be back for sure.

Okay. There was 1 customer asked me my thoughts on her nails, based on the simple coffinly almond shape in the pic she showed her tech. She said she had been shaping up to an hour and still no progress. She still paid before she left unhappy. The tech beside me made jokes about it with her client, however the most hilarious thing.. Her clients nails were long and pointed directly in the air!! (The opposite direction of nail growth) I ended up with the same tech that disappointed the other customer.. My nails were crooked, different sizes and shapes, and the top coat didnt cover the whole nail shop the next day the polish was chipping as well as my toes.. 😬🤕

I just happened upon Alice nails and spa. Let me tell you the wonderful ladies here did not disappoint! I got a pedi, I was well overdue for one and they took fabulous care of me! I definitely recommend getting you mani/pedi/nails done here.Everything is clean and they are extremely professional.

They did a lot better on my nails than Nails n Nails salon in Richardson. Totally would recommend, went here years ago when it was at old Richardson square mall. Ill come back to get my gel manicure done here as well.

Today was definitely the LAST Day I will ever come to Alice nail shop. Everything was terrible, I made an appointment but did not get attended to till 30 Min’s after my appointment. What really just pissed me off was when I got my eyebrows done I specifically told Maya Do NOT CUT OFF TOO MUCH HAIR JUST CLEAN UP UNDERNEATH! This lady did her own thing and now my eyebrows look like CHECK MARKS! I’m a makeup artist that does not PLAY AROUND WITH MY EYEBROWS! Im so lost for words, I will be telling my clientele not to come here! I’m highly disappointed!

I have been there several times.Enjoyed the service.I noticed Amanda is picky about who she services! I.Had an appointment a few weeks ago .when I got there she wasnt in.They called her,.she said her baby was sick and she couldnt make it.Jeff did my nails, A customer walked in to get lashes.and was furious that Amanda wasnt there.she called her on her cell.Guess who showed up? Amanda.! she did this ladies eyelashes and left.never said a word to me.This past week I returned Amanda and. Jeffs wife were there.I asked Amanda if she could do my nails, feet and eyebrows.She said that she doesnt do feet but lo and behold as Im getting my feet done a friend of hers come in ! Guess who did her feet? I refuse to be treated like a second class customer.That was my last visit.I will never return! I really enjoyed getting my services done there. Ha is a Wonderful person Most genuine and sincere!

Dont waste your time.They dont count walk in customers as a priority. I went with my friend and we waited for more than 30 mins, for which they took off 5$ for her take off acrylic. Then, we thought they were nice and good. But as they started cleaning and painting our nails, it all went downhill. The two ladies that worked on our nails rushed even though there werent any other customers around. We wanted a manicure and plain design (which they failed). My paint wasnt awesome, i didnt mind. What bothered me was how she didnt know what an anchor is. She had to draw it in her little notepad. I saw it was upside down so i tried flipping it, but she forced my hand away. Cannot believe how badly it was designed. My friends service took so long that we ended up leaving. Never again.

New staff here. Dont seem to know what theyre doing. I highly doubt any of the new arrivals have had training of any kind. Had a pedicure and manicure and the next day everything looked horrible. Waste of time and money.
