Update 9/8/2021: I appreciate that the owner took the time to respond to the complaint, and moreover apologize. As such, I am revising my rating from 2 to 4 stars.----------I came to drop off a pre-labeled USPS package. After waiting patiently for 5-7 minutes (there was someone ahead of me), I walked up to the counter and handed the man my package. I asked him for a receipt and his response was The post office doesnt allow us to give receipts on these. If you need a receipt, youll have to take this to the post office.Really?? What an absurd and bogus thing to say. The United States Postal Service doesnt disallow private companies from offering drop off receipts for packages -- this is fantasy land talk. This store is (allegedly) a mail center and I had a PACKAGE. Get real!!I think the actual problem is that I didnt buy an overpriced label from them directly. Maybe I wouldve gotten better service had I slid my credit card. Understood that this place is convenient to the neighborhood, but honestly I would just go somewhere else. If I wanted to be lied to by some arrogant actor, I would just turn on the news.

Worst experience. They lost my 400$ worth package. They never response back and when I kept calling multiple times the guy on the front desk misbehaved and raised his voice. They never followed up. They never filled out any paperwork and required documentation since it was going to Canada. I filed a claim myself with fedex and they gave me prove that it was sent back to the postal which definitely means the postal stole my package. At last they finally agree to atleast give me back my shipping charges alas! I never received that too.Never ever using them again.

I live exactly right between this location and the one by Richardson civic center but I visit this one every time because the little place that they have here is awesome! They have this gift shop type store inside and the it’s full of cool stuff. The location is nice and chill right next to a couple other businesses and a little convenience store. The service that is offered here at this post office is unmatchable! The gentleman there named Dino helped me out one time with my package being mailed out because unbeknownst to me, I had packed my package wrong so he helped me pack it correctly for free and he is pleasant every time I visit. I highly recommend his location! Keep up the amazing work! 😎

I come here almost every time I have a Poshmark shipment that I need mailed. I don’t have a printer at home so being able to have it printed and boxed is super convenient. Everyone is so helpful and always fun to chat with. Cute items for gifts also.

I called this post office drop off place to see why it’s saying contact carrier. The guy was very rude he started raising his voice about how he’s gonna stop taking packages because of phone calls like mine. He didn’t listen….was rattling loud paper the whole time I was talking to him. Take your packages to an actual USPS. Very rude.

Amazing guys... They went out of their way to contact me at work for a package that was going internationally.

The customer service was fine. My issue is with the pricing. USPS flat rate is $7.75. CC Postal charged me $15.47.I understand having an up charge. I support your right to make a profit. However, charging DOUBLE is ridiculous. What a ripoff! The other postal service stores charged me $10 and $11 for the exact same thing.I wont return to this store.

Ive been a regular user of Canyon Creek Postal for not just USPS but a variety of other private courier drop offs like UPS and FedEx. The store in-charge Dino, is extremely polite, helpful and efficient in getting things done and also has been available for me to call and check on costs and delivery details, that others dont like to help with. He continues to do a commendable job for the extended neighbourhood and community throughout this Covid quarantine period. The place is never crowded (as other USPS outlets are).

We have been a client of Canyon Creek Postal for almost 10 years. Dino and his team get better every year. They offer all of your standard packaging services and so much more. The staff are Notaries and they are open til 6pm on weekdays, so you can stop by and get something notarized after work. We pay a nominal annual fee and have all of our packages delivered to CCPostal; never have to worry about porch pirates or packages stacking up while we are out of town!

I forgot to get his name but the guy there was so patient, kind and helpful. He went the extra length to make sure my mail looked right and well-prepared before I turned it in. I’ll go back there for future services.

Just went by last week to mail a very important package with sentimental value to our family out in Atlanta. Super convenient location, right next door to II Creeks Plaza, so was able to get in a lunch date with hubby, some shopping, and then pop around the corner to mail out my package. Surprised to see ownership has changed. Dino is the new owner, just took over about a week ago. Service was exceptional! Dino is incredibly personable, goes above and beyond, extremely service oriented with very obvious high professional standards. He knows what he is doing, is efficient, and somehow when you leave the store you feel like you made a new friend! Anyway, I digress. From a store/business standpoint, he offers a multitude of shipping services from multiple vendors, in addition turns out he has notary services and useful office supplies. Truly convenient, professional and friendly. Canyon Creek Postal definitely a great example of small business excellence. Efficiency of the big chains, but with the warmth and personality of mom and pop.

We have used CC Postal for many years. Its always been pretty good (especially the private mailbox service), but with the new owner, Dino, everything works so smoothly! The things that you want with handling of your mail and packages are accuracy, timeliness and reliability - CC Postal hits all three. We never worry about our mail being stolen (which did happen to us out of our houses curbisde mailbox) or packages disappearing from our porch because they are secure. And Dino is always friendly and professional, which is a big plus!

Unaccountable for packages delayed at their store. Per USPS tracking and USPS supervisor, Canyon Creek Postal had package in their possession for TWO WEEKS before USPS picked up package. It was picked up after I called and inquired about the package. Canyon Creek Postal manager Dino denied responsibility and did not issue refund for package or shipping. Do not recommend.

New Owner 2018. Dino gives friendly and professional service. FedEx / UPS / DHL / USPS / Packaging / shredding /copies / faxes / Cards And I rent a box there. All my mail and packages are delivered there. Never have to worry about signing for packages or them getting stolen from my front porch, Dino handles everything. Very near by to Royal Arms apartment in Custer pkwy. Customer service was really good. I shipped like 2 packages through USPS. I forgot to enter the building number in my package, they went out of the way to make sure that the package reaches me. Really helpful. Would recommend it.

This post office can deliver mail/packages via Fedex, USPS and DHL. It is convenient for clients, specially if you need to return packages from different companies. Also, the owner Dino is friendly and really helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised I was able to pick up office supplies there as well. And also was able to get my documents notarized. Has all sorts of services including: mailboxes, shipping supplies, notary, moving supplies, key making, printing. Nice to know such a convenient place exists in our neighborhood. I dont know if the lady who answers the phone is a worker or a the owner of the location but she is HORRIBLE and very RUDE she was very DISRESPECTFUL and hung up the phone on me and would not pick up the phone when i called back. this was a ) star service if yall had the option of no stars.
