This store tried to charge me 3.00 for an Amazon return. What a cheap mfer. Never used this place nor will the company I run. NEVER!Being charged for a return that is suppose to be free for Amazon shows the integrity this man has.

They would not honor a UPS coupon. The coupon was buy 1 pound get one free up to 10 pounds. The employee said I would need to do two separate transactions, because I had 28 pounds. They wanted $43 without the discount. I went to Office Depot and it was $28. The employee at UPS wanted me to sort out exactly ten pounds and wasnt very nice about it. Go elsewhere

My company recently moved from FedEx to UPS, when I first started working from home because of COVID. The local UPS Store had been super helpful and I could not praise them more highly. Both of the ladies, both named Allie, are awesome. The are not just friendly but they are very helpful and welcoming. They help other customers carry in their massive amounts of packages and grab those boxes for customers who cant carry them in. Stop by and see the Allies and you to will change to UPS!!

I find the staff and owner at the store extremely helpful. I appreciate getting advice on how to make sure my items are safely packed so they get to their destination in one piece. I don’t mind paying extra to know that my package will be safe. I find everyone there friendly and courteous and will continue to use the services at the store whether it’s packing and shipping, copies or anything else I need.

Returned several small high price items from Amazon on January 16, 2021. I got a shipping receipt from the UPS store and tracking number on receipt shows Shipment Ready for UPS to this day. Items never made it back to Amazon. I suspect high price items were... just never send back to Amazon. I would recommend using Whole Foods Amazon hub to return items instead of those UPS store.

Overall, they do a good job. It kind of depends on who takes your package and how much they will help you with. I had a package to send, but it needed a little more tape and most of the time they will take care of it and slap some tape on there. Two times, the same guy made me buy a roll of tape and said that he wouldn’t help. Maybe he was having a bad day. I sucked it up and just paid for it both times, but I’d probably not come back if I have to return a package here.

Will be driving how ever much further i need to in order to use literally any other UPS store, poor customer service. they have lost two packages that i tried to ship out from their location in the past year. not worth the headache of filing the claim.

I see why this UPS star has a two star rating. Customer service does not exist at this location. It would have been nice to be greeted and explained fees/charges up front vs at the end. When i provide my packages, i was never informed about the fee until the end. The cashier could have said, I see you have an Amazon returns, just to let you know that there is a charge to ship your items..... and FyI I have NEVER had to pay for an Amazon return.Future customers beware its not worth the trip. Store manager I strongly suggest speaking to your male worker Brit(not sure if that his real name because he didnt want to give it to me at first) about customer service and how to treat PEOPLE with respect!

Cannot understand why their review isnt higher. Went in today to drop off AT&T equipment and both members of staff I met today were incredibly nice to be around. Id absolutely target coming back to this place over any other UPS store. I live closer to others but my experience was terrific. A+ service.

Consistently fast and helpful UPS location. The BEST part of this store by far is Service Center Representative Brandy! She is a poster-child for excellence in providing A1 customer service. In addition to her 100% understanding of the critical importance of consistently providing outstanding customer service, Brandys smile and lively personality are nothing less than pure sunshine. Whatever mood you are in when you drop by this UPS store, I guarantee you spirits will be elevated simply by dropping off a package to this first class Lady!!!

In particular, Brandis sparkling personality has cheered me up on a couple of days where I went in there in a bad mood. Like some of the other posters I think they should have a better rating. This is my go to UPS store.

They don’t deserve even a star!Very bad service, rude staff and the worse is that they lost my package! Don’t expect your package to be delivered.My first and last experience with them, their employee forgot to scan the package so she just gave me a receipt without any tracking number. I noticed that as soon as I walked away. Went back and did fix it. However, they lost my package and said they are not responsible! The supervisor refused to give me his name . Very rude and unprofessional! Don’t go to this location ever! Very disappointed and nervous as my package Included over $2000 item.

No stars for this place!!! Nothing but a nightmare for me! My pkg never left the store leaving me to lose $500! UPS reimbursed me 400 of it but only after dealing with owner for over 2 months. I will never use that store again!

In and out in under 30 seconds. The woman working the counter was polite and smiling as she explained another customers expected delivery date. This was an Amazon return with a prepaid label and I had absolutely no problems similar to those reported by older reviews.

I went to this UPS Store location to drop off an Amazon return per Amazons authorized return policy. The item was damaged but in its original shipping box, sealed up with the return shipping label attached. The gentleman waiting on me then recommended that I repackage the item at my expense. I declined to do so since the return was supposed to be free. The gentleman then wanted me to sign an acknowledgement that I was declining their advice. I declined to sign their acknowledgement since all I was required to do was drop the item off. He developed an attitude with when I said that I would take my item to another UPS location if I had to sign the acknowledgement. They did take the item but I will never go back to this location. In my opinion I think that they were attempting to get me to spend money that was not required much less necessary. There are a lot of UPS Stores around so I dont think I will ever need to go back to this location.

This location is intense about their tape. They want to charge you $2 to tape up small boxes. I could go buy a whole roll of packing tape for $2. The UPS location near Preston/Belt Line that I more regularly visit could care less and will hand you a roll of tape to use as you need. I took my box and left, dont waste your time heading to this particular UPS Store.

When I saw the 2.5 star rating I asked how bad can UPS be. And was I wrong. Worst customer serice ever I just ended up leaving and going to another store. On top of the horrible customer service, they tried to rip me off by making me pay shipping for a PREPAID shipping. I had to explain several times this was prepaid. When I went to another UPS store, no questions were asked. They just gave me tracking and I was out in 3 minutes. Avoid this place like the plague!

Worst UPS store ever!!!I took my package to ship, first they priced me $55 for 38 oz 18 cube box, and also told me that because I used the home-depot box, they are not responsible for what ever happen to the package...almost threatening to me, with new UPS box and shipping was $74, I have never had that horrible experience at any UPS storethat UPS location needs some better professional help.

I should of read the reviews before coming to this place... I agree 100% this is The Worst UPS location. I arrived at 4:49 pm on a Sat which the doors were already locked. Never again!!!!!!!Sorry Owner but I had my cell phone with me to check the time and witnesses can attest that I arrived before 5:00 pm, so you def need to update the time on your cameras!!! Plus, how would you know when I arrived because I wrote this review weeks later ... beyond creepy!!!

I visited this store to drop off a box to be shipped back to Amazon. I had a pre-printed label and just needed on piece of tape (approximately 9 long) to tape the box closed. The rude employee promptly advised me it would be $2 to tape my box or I could purchase a roll of tape for $2.90. I was appalled. I visit my local UPS store in Lewisville off of Main Street frequently. The employees are very eager to help and always pleasant to work with. I will NEVER visit this store again. Sure, it was only $2, but seriously, for a piece of tape. Really?! Customer service at its absolute WORST. I ship boxes frequently, but I will make sure that this store does not get any of my business nor any of my colleagues or friends business. Absolutely the WORST. By the way, I took my box and left. I will glady take my box to my local store and ship it from there. So be it, if they want to charge me $2, at least they are not rude and go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

The staff, specifically Savannah, are very rude and inconsiderate. I was treated very horribly. Cant forget how big of a rip off it is. I got charged $4 only to put a piece of tape on my box to close it up. All she had to say was ah, corporate America. Avoid going to this place at all costs. Next time Ill stick to going to the office in Plano.

The sales Associate did not tell me how much it would be to fax my documents. I just assumed it would be the same amount as a printing service at Office Max. So $1 at the very most per page. It cost me $1.89 per page. I had 4 Pages total so $6.56 to fax 4 pages. Highway robbery if you ask me
