The people who work here are so sweet! I accidentally brought in a FedEx package along with my other UPS packages and they labeled and packed it up for me anyways to take to FedEx! They’re so helpful with everything

Do not trust this place! I paid to have an envelope overnighted. Two days later I am told I would be called back once they figure out what the did with my document. After not receiving call back from Fetahi Ferede who claimed to be the owner of UPS, I called them again for an update only to be hung up on. Called “corporate” office to only get the run around about my refund. They say they can’t process it and the store location 6766 needed to. They even tried to reach this owner Mr. Ferede with no success. On the phone over an hour but it’s just a matter of principle at this point. I just can’t believe this is how UPS does business. How is this not considered stealing? They DO NOT CARE about customers. Your just a grain of sand at this location.

Dropping this 5-star review before I leave UPS parking lot. I really liked this dudes cool and helpful attitude. He sounds very genuine. He didnt have a name badge but he had long hair to his shoulder. Maybe glasses too. Anyways, if you are reading this, keep doing what youre doing brother man ✊.UPS off Garland Ave and George Bush is...meh.

Benefits:- Fast service- Friendly and great customer service- Digital payment/tap your phone (Apple and Android available)I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. All I had to do was send clothing and the gentleman helped me with the package to use and then he helped me put the address on electronically.They have tap payment available at their POS system. So you can use your phone with NFC.

Very busy today a few days before Chrostmas. Staff was calm, courteous, and efficient. One young man at the counter stayed cool as a cucumber while an elderly couple with imperfect English had a complicated order that required a lot of clarifying questions and took about 15 minutes to complete. I was impressed with the staff today.

I tried this location some time back, and was pleasantly surprised as to how nice the gentleman behind the counter was, so thought I would give it another try.The nice man was there again (might be the manager) and I felt he went over and beyond the call of duty to help me with my return label! The competition would have sent me home to re-print it, but not this gentleman. He asked if I had the return authorization on my phone, and if so, email it to the store. I couldn’t figure out how to do that, so like the nice person he was, he did it for me; and before long the label was printed anew and placed on my package.You couldn’t ask for a better UPS store, or for better service. I will be using this location for all my shipping needs.

I usually dread errands at the UPS store, but this location has THE BEST customer service. They went out of their way to accomplish my Amazon return even after we realized I didnt show up with the right preparation. Theres a closer location to my home, but I used this one after accidentally sending a print job here instead of my usual place. Now, any time I need to use a UPS store in the future I know this will be my location of choice. They even upgraded my print to color. Thank you guys!

That was terrible delivery my package. 2 in 7 box were broken. Everything was messed inside. Even my plastic case and my pan were broken. The flour I covered carefully was broken too. And my TV screen was dented. But lucky for them it is still good. Big think is they delivery but they did not text or send email or notice for me. I even dont know my stuff were arrived. At least they should let me know when they arrive. I will be at home to receive it. My friend was lost his mattress. This is so bad delivery company I even know.

I was calling up to the store to asking about my packages’ update. One of them haven’t been ship for a week, so I was asking what happening to it. The staff at the store starts asking me some questions such as what do you have in the package, etc. All the common question, but then he start questioning me how much each souvenir I have in the box cost me, and said around 400-500. At that point he told me I have to be specific. And I told him some stuff in there I had bought awhile ago and I cannot remember. It’s would be fine if he said he couldn’t help if I don’t provide him all the information. But instead he said “Madam call me to ask me for help, but it sound like you don’t need help, so have a good day”. He was about to hang up on me, but then I stop him and said that’s you cannot say something like that to me, of course I’m calling you to ask for help. Then conversation ended there.

My 1st time dropping a return to Amazon and the associate informed me that I chose the wrong return option on the label, but rather than send me away he helped me correct the whole return process on my phone with the Amazon app and re-packaged my items for me! GREAT service and above and beyond effort on his part.. Fantastic customer service! 😁👍

I went there on May.17. I intended to get my SS card & driver id notarized and fax them to Frontier, A staff name Nathaniel Alvarez who talked with a FNT rep though phone behalf of me in order to everything exactly right by following FNT requires. including getting on PC download one additional form for filling out ..etc. to avoid my initial wrong steps. so that I have got everything done correctly and fast on time. I am so satisfy with his serious and professional service . I appreciate so much !

Cant be trusted!!This location released my package to someone else on 4/03/19. You all have refused to take responsibility for releasing the package to the wrong person. Im left without a phone for over a month. I need the tracking info to be updated and for UPS to take responsibility so my insurance company can mail me another replacement phone.Do I need to file a police report against the UPS location and request video footage to prove Dro Montana was not 4 hours away from home picking up this package?? Ill also be calling BBB today.I understand someone made an error but the right thing to do is take responsibility for your employees mistake. I need you to update the tracking information to reflect that this package was released in error and that identity was not verified. If you are not sure check the video footage. Unless this is an inside job I would expect UPS to have more integrity that what I have seen this past month.

I questioned his pricing on charging me for copying and faxing over legal documents. FETAHI FEREDR became very rude and combative . I will not go into details . He has a very hostile attitude. He will never have my business in the future.

HORRIBLE experience. Fetahi Feredr, the man who works here (might own the location) ‘helped’ my mom finish packing 2 boxes of ethiopian food she wanted to send to me & my daughter. She securely closed the boxes & put the labels on before she left. He was the only employee present at the store. She trusted him bc he was Ethiopian as well.I got both boxes 2 days later but the second box came 4 hours after the 1st one. That was already weird. Next- when the 2nd box arrived, it was much smaller than the box my mom described she sent. Notice the box says it is 32lbs. The box I received was no where near that- it was maybe 8lbs. ***My mom also confirmed this was not even the box she used to ship the items in. The items were all taken out & packed in a brand new box. She made 25 ziplock- baggies of food and i received 4!! **There was also a grocery bag in the box that my mom did not pack.ALSO NOTICE THE LABEL WAS CUT OFF OF ANOTHER BOX AND PLACED ON THIS ONE! It is taped on and you can clearly still see the parts of the old box.She went back to the store and to ask what happened. He denied any part of opening the box and taking the food and repacking it in a new box. He told her to “make a claim, you will get $100”.I called UPS to make a claim and they mentioned that they track any damages seen on packages and no damages were reported until I called it in. This was clearly not a damaged box. Someone, who knows about Ethiopian food took out what they wanted and packed it in a new, smaller box so that the old box would not look like it was opened and re-sealed.

We had to pick a package today (10/27/2017)and the Guy that was there was grumpy and very unfriendly . No greeting when we walked in and said nothing while we walked out . We were friendly to him . i know there was some confusing about our package but that is no reason to be rude . This guy didn,t want to be there today .
