I had a billing issue from many moons ago and went in to the Richardson location today to handle it and both the manager and gentleman at the front desk were extremely helpful in getting it resolved and in my best interest! The gym looked very clean and well kept. It’s not the most convenient location for me but will be back for this month due to their great customer service and friendly attitude!

A well priced clean gym with a wide range of workout equipment.

Have recently made the switch to YouFit from Fitness Connection in Mesquite. I love the layout and the organization that YouFot has. My only critique that I have is the lack of ab machines this facility has. But, everything else is great

I made a gym membership for my son for three months with a coach included and when we we signed the papers I was very clear with the guy when I fill the papers that my son only needed three months with the coach and that my son would continue with just the membership then he told me that that was not a problem and then on the 4th month they told my son the I need to keep paying for coaching and by then already own them a full moth of 140 Plus the The following month a total of $280I don’t know if this place wants to help us or they want to rip us off.Plus my son did NOT use the coaching service after the three months. And my son got kicked out 5 days before his membership expired

My favorite gym! It clean and professionally staffed. Everything you need to get in shape. Good value, I never feel like I’m being overcharged for things I would never use. Best part about this gym is the management. You’re always greeted with a smile, never any attitude from anyone who works there. Ashley and Matt really go out of their way to make sure all the clients feel welcome. If you’re looking for a well priced, friendly nieghborhood gym, I don’t think this place can be beat.

I cancelled my account at least 5 years ago I remember vividly. I came in to cancel but was not told that I would have to send a letter to cancel and pay the $10 fee! Once I was made aware I did what was required and came in again to pay that fee 5 years ago! I was called several times about a past due Bal and that my account would go to collections I stopped hearing from them now they called me and said my account is still open and I have a past due Bal of 43.00 from 5 years ago??? I only went in their facility 2 times I have forgotten about them and have fitness connection i don’t understand and when I have time I will pay them and never make that mistake again they are definitely getting over on people

Like 4 months ago I stoped going to YouFit and I only went for like 2 weeks I had the 10$ membership I got called that I owe 135.00 dollars and they said that I had changed my member ship to 27.00 dollars a month but I never did and now I want to cancel the membership and pay the 40.00 dollars that it should be, and not the 135.00 it’s sum bull what YouFit is doing

My contract was grandfathered in when You Fit was Just Fitness 4 U. They honored the once a year charge. I asked the front desk associates previously how to go about canceling my membership in the future. They told me that I could call in or go up in person. They also provided me the date of which my yearly contract ended. I set a reminder in my phone earlier than the date they quoted so that I could cancel before I was charged for another year. When I called they told me that there is a $10 cancellation fee, I needed to do it in person or by certified mail, and that I had to give a 10 day notice prior to. None of this was communicated to me and the lady who I spoke to (who was very nice) told me that is how it is for current memberships, but since mine was different she didnt quite know. She only suggested that when I come in that I speak to a manager. At the end, they expect me to pay $73 dollars because of the miscommunication. But, it is okay because once you cancel you apparently can still workout for one more week. Did I mention that Fitness Connection is $10 down/ $10 a month?

So happy you are open again! Masks ARE enforced in the gym but not “required” when on the machines, and you have to sanitize equipment you use before and after use. Am I the only one that was social distancing at the gym before the pandemic? Andrea in the morning is absolutely amazing! She’s so friendly with everyone and was very polite my first day back explaining the new safety protocol guidelines. I look forward to seeing her in the mornings :) honestly when it comes to cleanliness during these crazy times this is the place I am most comfortable and I look forward to dropping all I gained during the stay at home order.

Sanation is great here. Always feel like social distancing is possible here. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

I cancelled my account due to COVID and they didnt want to cancel it and kept charging me and said they are gong to send my account to collection. I never missed a single payment my whole 2 years I was with them and the second I tried to cancel due to health issues they treat you like nothing. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. This is the worst gym there is, they dont care about your wellbeing they just want the money

New equipment. Very clean. Plenty of cardio machines. Great assortment of free weights, cable stations, and weight machines. Friendly staff. Affordable. I can bring a friend for free. I love YouFit!

I love this gym!!! Just wish when the yearly dues are due customers could get a heads-up like a email or a text!! I get one or the other for promotions... Im just saying!! We the customers, should not have to pay the monthly dues and the yearly dues in the same month!! So, Im going to give the heads-up to everyone, if you monthly payment is $10 and the yearly is $50, just be prepared to pay $60 that month... Im just saying!!

My experience with Youfit has been great thus far! I have been a member with the gym for some time now and I have had all positive experiences! I like that I can go to different locations with my membership, and the hours are good for me. I am a single mom so finding the perfect time to go workout is always a challenge for me. Also, as a mom, I wish you all offered classes for kids (yoga, stretching, cardio, etc.). My 6 year old would enjoy that!

One of the best gyms in Richardson area. The gym is well maintained and clean. You can always find a machine to work on. I almost never struggle to do my workout. The staff are wonderful! There is no fraud and the staff does not trick you to get your money. As long as they maintain this regular cleaning, POSITIVE ALTITUDE, and HONESTY this gym is going to stay in the top!

I have been a member there for a number of years. Of course with the pandemic, they had to rearrange the club to accommodate the requirements by Dallas county. I think it works just fine on how they have spaced the machines. Right now the numbers are less than before the pandemic so even with less aerobic machines available, theyre still is really no wait times to get on the equipment or even the weight machines or free weights.

I have just went back since Covid and it was very clean. They have taken every precaution to ensure you have a safe and clean workout experience.

The gym in itself isnt necessarily bad, but Ive recently been disgusted at their lack of communication and all-around shadiness. I have tried cancelling my membership multiple times throughout the pandemic.Called up on 2 separate occasions to cancel and was told that my membership was cancelled, but I kept being billed nonetheless. Tried emailing too, but unsurprisingly, that didnt work either. I went to this location for over 2 years and am disgusted that they would treat their customers like this. Its incredibly greedy and unprofessional, therefore I cannot recommend this place.Called up for a third time today, and was told that I now had to wait for my location to open, and then I will have to go in and cancel in person. If you are looking for a reliable gym that wont scam you out of your money, avoid this place.

They have no customer service available. While its understandable the facilities HAVE to be closed during the pandemic, someone should be able to attend customers. People LOST their jobs and cant afford to be paying a full price membership for something that is closed and will most likely not use even when open again due to safety concerns. The fact that they completely disregarded their customers is very unprofessional.I finally got an email response where I was promised both a refund for my payment and the cancellation of my account. Turns out they did neither. I just got charged again, despite the fact that I explained the person who emailed me that I had lost my job and am struggling. They simply do not care. No one answers. That person doesnt even care to respond emails anymore. They do not even allow voicemails. Simply hang up.Once this is all over, companies will be remembered by how they acted during these trying times. I will get a job and hopefully one day feel safe enough to enroll at a gym at one point but I will never, ever, use this company again. Their callousness is astounding. Perhaps I would be less insulted if no one had ever answered, but the fact that they KNOW I cant afford the expense and their promise to cancel and refund only to continue to do and then refuse to communicate w me again, THAT is a slap in the face.

This place is really not safe! 2 cars have been robed in a night😮 and not even have any security camera & lights at parking lots, and they are not taking any responsibility for it! I’ve been a member of the Richardson Youfit health club since it opened in August 2015. Youfit is your basic health club for those who are looking for resistance training as well as cardio. I worked with a trainer for the first couple of years to learn the proper technique for using the equipment. I’ve never belong to a health club before and the Richardson Youfit club is ideal for me. I highly recommend this club.

If I could give a ZERO!!! I’m moving next week and they just charged $33 STARTING. They wanted to charge me another payment for December AND the annual fee. When I’m moving this weekend before the 1st. All they want is MONEY! they don’t care about your health or anything. #selfish

Obviously the gyms closed for covid-19. Well months pasted and its now July almost August and ive been calling them asking them when they are going to re open or could I have a refund, they told me they were not doing refunds at this time and that the Firt Worth location should be open in the next 2 weeks. I LITERALLY just drove by there and there is a for lease sign on the door! So they lied to me over and over for months and then told me they were not doing refunds but could apply my credit towards another Youfit club. WOW, the closest club is in Richardson TX, 58 minutes away. So no, no i can NOT drive an hour one way and an hour one way back for a 30 min personal training session twice a week, like I paid for!

I had to give them a star to send review, but I would give them a minus 0. Because I cancel my membership 03/26/19 by sending in a certified letter to this location which they were still taking payment out of my account (after been told they didnt receive the certified letter). So I sent all my copies of my certified records to their corporate offices, chargers were placed back into my account. Now fast forward 8 months and checking my account they have started back taking money out again & not only theres an increase in the amount. Ive been emailed their corporate offices since November & Im yet to get a response. Im not just going to let them keep stealing from me. So watch your statement.

I’ve been an active member for 4-5 months and usually bring my 3 year old and 1 year old. The childcare is great, there is a good variety of cardio and weight machines, and the trainers are helpful and friendly. Memberships costs are very affordable too!

Good clean gym with plenty of space. Friendly staff. Locker room well maintained. Some of the cardio equipment is now starting to appear a bit worn in the console area but I am optimistic they will soon be serviced.

I like feeling comfortable working out there. I dont feel pressured to do something I am either not ready to workout on or cant do yet. The staff is very nice and friendly. I enjoy being there.

You Fit Richardson is an amazing workout facility. State of the art equipment with almost any machine/weights available at all the times I visit.Fantastic, friendly, helpful staff. Christian, Armel and Hollie are great. My trainer Mariah is outstanding! I would highly recommend. I am new to gyms but I see a wide range of people using You Fit. Monthly memberships are beyond reasonable.

Was a Nice place to work out. now its too pack to even work out in the evening. cant even work out late cause now of course they closed at midnight. rather pay an extra 4 dollar to move down to 24hr fitness where they have a pool, sauna, free towels, better locker room... and is actually opened 24hours.

I love that they open at 5 so I can workout before work, Marcus is always there to greet me early in the morning. Most days I’m there I stretch and then train with Moriah, she’s amazing!! Very clean facility, good music and excellent employees!

Professional and comfortable atmosphere. All the equipment have instruction for use or the staff readily help you. Clean and offer alot of options. Staff are very knowledgeable.

I enjoy this place for a good workout at my own pace. The staff here does not bother me or try to sell me anyting thats what I like. They are courteous and they tried to their best with all the limitations they have here. As far as the members they are few that are solely dependent on others to clean up after them like if there was there mothers. I guess these people will never change thank God theres only a few. I say this only because the employees that caters to these people cannot say this so Im doing it for them.

If your just starting to go to a gym I suggest youfit. The vibe is awesome and the people are amazing. It is a judge free zone and a great place to unwind.

Love this gym. I was going to the Youfit in Mesquite and didnt like it at all, switched to Richardson location and its a world of difference, cleaner gym, nice selection of equipment, way better staff and the overall atmosphere is better. Staff is always super friendly. Highly recommend Youfit and the Richardson location.

I like the staff. Christian is terrific! He has the gym open every morning on -time or a couple minutes before. There is no waiting outside here!

This YouFit location is pretty great. They keep everything clean and keep the equipment in good shape. Even though the gym is already big, it feels like it needs to be bigger because it tends to fill up which makes it difficult to find an empty squat rack or bench near the dumbbells. I would be happy of they added two more benches near the dumbbell area.

Ive been going here for a month now and this is a great location. Very friendly staff, clean facilities, plenty of natural light, and excellent equipment. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone interested!

This location sucks compared to the other locations I have been to. Restrooms locker room shower areas were not clean and it was only 12 noon so whats the excuse? Only 2 showers as well as very limited lockers. Go to a different location you fit is great in general.

This is a great place to workout, I easily stay here an hour. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and provides disinfectant and paper towel near the equipment, and there is a water bottle refill station at the water fountain.

Stopped going to this gym because they changed the daycare lady and the one they have now is very rude and mean to the kids my girls hate going with her when Elizabeth was there they were so excited to go. The gym itself is very nice and clean its just I cant take my girls somewhere they dont feel comfortable!!!!

I paid for four sessions of training and a membership ($140). I went to use the sessions, the other day and was told that they expire after 90 days and my money was non refundable. I spoke with the lady named Lucy over the phone and she was extremely rude about it. I at least wanted some of the money that I lost applied to my gym membership. I will be contacting the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and anyone that I see signing up for a membership, I will make sure that they know my story about this company stealing my money. At the point of sale, this information was not discussed. I will also be speaking to my bank.

I started working out in February of 2018! My son use to work for Youfit at the same location! I wish he still worked here. I love the staff and atmosphere! This place is my me-time! I have such a great sense of accomplishment during and after working out! I often video myself on social media to encourage others! Many of my over forty Facebook and Instagram friends and family say I vitalized them to get back into working out!

Overall Ive been satisfied with ONLY the workout equipment. Usually the mens locker room is messy and needs cleaning. BUT WHAT I MOST HATE LATELY, IS THAT THEY HAVE RUN OUT OF HOT WATER several times since they opened this location. Last time staff didnt really seem to care. They said they knew about this last time from other members, but could not seem to care enough to post a sign. OH WELL, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR....CHEAP MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE...CHEAP GYM.

This is a good clean gym for a great price. For $20 a month you get unlimited use of the gym and all the classes you want to take. I enjoy the Yoga classes and Total Bodypump classes the most. Good value.

Impact closed their White Rock location and gave the members less than 30 days notice. Rather than allow members to effectively cancel their members on the closing day of the gym, they with held the 30 day cancellation notice clause of the membership, forcing members to pay for another month of dues after the gym is closed.

Great staff and people. Doesnt have the most equipment, but a great place for both introverted and extroverted people depending on the time. Its definitely worth the price

Honestly the best staff out there unlike other gyms

Fairly lacking in advanced lifting equipment, it has all of the basics and at this price you get what you pay for. Which is more than you may think, all of the basics are covered. But the lack in volume makes high traffic times very frustrating.

I really like this gym as well as the employees. Ive belonged to several gyms throughout the years and this is one of my favorites. The membership pricing and convenience was what made it great for me. Im sad to be moving to Denton and hope in the future there will be a YOUFIT near me.

Ridiculous...Went in to cancel my membership. I moved an hour away and there was no need to continue the membership. I was charged to cancel a 10 dollar fee. Its not the amount of money, but the fact that you have to pay in order to cancel the membership . Also, had to go back because the desk person was so distracted that he canceled another members gym membership instead of mine. The last times I went to the gym some of the equipment was not working, and the gym was not as clean as it used to be when I first joined. After today I am definitely glad I cancelled.

First time ever going to this place. I made a membership online and once i got there everything was good i was able to work out well, but once i pick up my girls at their child care the babysitter was being very rude and all i have to say is i will never take my girls there or myself again. I made my membership today and i cancelled it today. I dont reccomend mothers with children to try this place. It didnt work for me if i could i would give 0 stars.

Newest machines here that give people the opportunity to workout with efficiency and accuracy on what muscles they are working out. Biking classes along with showers are offered here. The only bad thing is there is no pool here.

Youfit in Richardson has plenty of room, enough equipment to not have to wait and a very friendly staff. Only suggestion would be filtering out music that seems inappropriate (language).

The service is horrible. I spent $520 with personal training and jumpstart $120, but didn’t get any benefit from them. When I requested to stop my plan bc I had an emergency, they refused and kept charging more money and said that the law, so I had to follow in 3 months . It’s horrible and waste my money. Don’t trust anything that they tell you. They just want your money . For the first time I came, nobody help to know how to use all the equipment. When you pay money, it means everything is done. You enjoy your self with your time and they have no any responsibility for you .

Told the front desk someone left their lights on and the two ppl at said its going to be a long day for them. After working out for an hour I left and that same vehicle was out there with those same lights on just dimmed. They never called anyone over the 🔊

I have been with the gym for half a year now. I was happy with the gym mostly. Its close to home, has all the equipment I need, and not so crowded. But I went to workout as usual on a Saturday afternoon. Since theres no proviate room anymore. I was stretching on the floor outside the trainers office. After two mins on the floor (technically on a mat.) I saw some really big ants on the floor. So I stand I and tried to get away from them. Unfortunately, they still got me, and bite my arm (as you can see in the picture. My right arm is now two size swollen as my left arm.) I went to talk to the staffs in the front. They didnt pay much attention to me. Just grab a bottle, and said they are going to spray them. I didnt go back to the area since then. But I just dont understand how the fire ants get into the gym. And why they fail to target them before those ants bite customer. Also its the area that customer generally will be working on a mat on the floor. Its not that I randomly lied down on some gym corner and got bite.
