Great equipment, super clean, plenty of sanitizing product to clean with between use. Most members rack their weights and clean after themselves. If you go to gyms you know there is always some members who don’t. The staff is the friendliest in the business. And their knowledge and eagerness to help members is outstanding.

I cancelled my membership back in March or April. I was informed it was cancelled and would not auto renew. I have been charged every month since that date. I physically went into the location to cancel my membership and have still been charged.

Small and mighty is best description about this gym and equipment. Great turf area, fantastic squat rack, variety of machines, and small studio with plethora of in demand video workouts. I decided to try out personal training and group workouts, working out isn’t new to me, but it’s been nice to get some tips on improving my form and being introduced to new/different workouts. Lynsey and Austin are great at taking interests/strengths and weaknesses and improving them, and personalizing the training for whatever your goals are. 10 STARS!

The staff is great. The space looks small but it packs everything you need for a great work out. I have been working out with an awesome personal trainer a couple a times a week. She is very knowledgeable. She will push you with positive coaching. Fun, varied and challenging workouts.

I love this gym for so many reasons. The staff is caring, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about each person that walks through the door. Austin, Steve, and Lynsey make a great team. Each has his or her own style and is able to accommodate and motivate you at any fitness level. They are encouraging and eager to see you succeed. They make themselves available if you need assistance or have questions. They recently added more classes, which fits my needs well. I feel challenged yet not overwhelmed. This gym is not one of those over-sized, big box workout locations. Thankfully! The facility is clean and well maintained. Im a fan!

Im sorry but I dont know what just happened. Filthy bathrooms and trash cans overloaded. It looks like there are no employees any more.

Anytime Fitness in Richardson is the best fitness club I have ever been a member of. All of the Staff are very friendly and make an effort to know my name. The equipment is the best maintained I have seen and the choices of workouts are great. I opted to use one of their trainers when I joined, and Man, that was the best decision to make. Lynsey Smith/McAllister is my trainer and her evaluation of my beginning fitness level was spot on. She has brought me so much farther in the 2.5 months working with me than I thought possible. I am SO motivated! She is very conscious of my technique and makes sure I am not at risk of injury. I feel great and my benchmarks are improving on each test. Lynsey is taking me from couch potato to my goal of running the Rock and Roll Marathon 5K or possibly 10K in December. I have all the confidence I will make it. No other place like it, anywhere. Unbelievable atmosphere and everyone there are just genuine people trying to better themselves and help others do the same.

Great gym! Easy to get access to the equipment and get your workout in fast. Staff keeps the gym super clean.

New and clean and the staff working very hard to keep it that way. My favorite gym ever. The group classes are worth every penny. The coaching and training staff will push you but are very nice and personable. Overall the staff is interested in you and your user experience at the gym. They’ve never once forgotten my name.

One of the best AFs Ive been to! Staff is great, equipment is awesome and that hydro message chair 👀 I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to try something different than your average gym. Definitely seek out Austin, hes a great help, super friendly and very knowledgeable about fitness and how to reach goals 💪

Great gym. It’s everything you need to get in a quality workout. It’s never packed when I go, which has varied anywhere from 4:30 AM to 11:00 AM. Been going consistently for 7 months, on and off for 2 & 1/2 years, so I can tell you my experience is over time. Management is responsive. Staff is very helpful & courteous. Gym is as clean as a whistle. Prices are fair, even underpriced for what you get. 10/10

Honestly, this place is great! The only thing I dislike is that you literally have to pay for everything! Classes, challenges, training, etc. 😒Other than that, I like the coziness of the gym and the staff is fairly accommodating. This is definitely a quality gym in comparison to all other gyms out there!

This place is not good you have to do 1 year contract and if you try to leave they would charge you 200 dollars the facility is small and not many things you can do I prefer planet fitness

Really happy to be a member of this gym! Everything is brand new, and everyone works hard to keep the gym clean. They have everything you could possibly need without being crowded like bigger gyms. They even have some awesome innovative equipment you wont find at the other gyms. Management is awesome and the classes are fun. Theres even a GNC right next door to get your supplements. Very nice place!

I am a coach at this facility, so my opinion is admittedly biased. However, having visited at least two dozen other locations across the country, I can honestly say that this is the best Anytime Fitness I have seen. At 6400sf, this location is larger than the average AF (~5000sf). Other gyms may be bigger with more equipment, but the combination of size and features gives you the best of both worlds here: flexibility and room to exercise without having to wait for equipment. A four-station X-Rack in the free weight area lets you do bench, incline, squats, deadlifts at four spots SIMULTANEOUSLY. A huge turf area can easily fit a dozen people for stretching, warmups, body-weight exercises, and group/team training. The studio provides an opportunity for a virtual instructor-led workout or just some privacy from the rest of the gym. Finally, the staff and trainers here are the best: friendly, knowledgeable, non-judgmental, and ready to help you reach your goals - no matter how big or small.Lastly, I must take this opportunity to call out those who have left 1-star reviews for this gym. I know the truth about these folks. TRUST ME when I say this: it has absolutely nothing to do with the gym or the equipment or the staff. And Ill just leave it at that...

In order to cancel month to month membership which cost around $50, you still have to notify them within 30 days to cancel it without further charge. I personally wanted to have a policy where I could stop it anytime. Anytime fitness is known to take your last dollar. Staff is useless and ignorant in my opinion; one man in charge. When I looked at agreement there was no specifics about month to month policy (felt manipulated when staff explained this detail). The agreement setup of this company is ridiculous. It fills like you signing up for going to the moon or something. Never had so many paperwork just to sign up for the gym????. Those kids can’t find a real job, so they willing to grab as much of your information as possible; including your BANK ACCOUNT. think before you signup, there are tons of gym around.In the end, I think fitness policy should be simple to sign up and cancel it ANYTIME you want.

Good place to go for an average workout. Fair machine selection. The bathrooms are not very clean.

The gym is small but it has the necessities. Recently opened, 24/7 (a major plus for me, and its very close to where I live), good equipment, and clean. Cool hydro massage chair. Austin the manager was really welcoming on my first visit.

This is my very first gym experience and Anytime Fitness is just amazing. 24/7 access to the gym and managed equipment is the best part. Austin(the manager) is very nice and friendly.

Very clean. Great natural light. Plenty of square footage for stretching and floor exercises. Good selection of Hammer Strength quality equipment. Friendly staff. Welcoming.

Built as if it is my own personal workout area. Plenty of room, not crowded with kids leaving trash and weights laying around. Very neat working areas, showers clean and enough weights for basic powerlifting.

Humble self pace training center....you just feel secure even when you come train alone at midnight... i know big brother is always watching. Keep it up ckean place too.

I joined in October and its been a blast! The classes are challenging, but engaging and fun. The staff is knowledable and will teach you proper form anytime. Also, its obvious that mangement runs a tight ship. The gym is neat, organized, and upkept. Both staff and members have been very welcoming. I would highly recommend this specific location to anyone.

New gym in my neighborhood, fairly priced and intimate, hydro massage part of membership, turf area, dance area, all the good cardio equipment, heavy dumbbells and you can show up at 3am if you want.

So glad there is a gym much closer than others ive tried. Gym looks great and isnt too big! Austin is great, very nice and helpful. Cant wait to get started!!
