Was looking for a trustable and high quality dentist when I moved from Boston to the neighborhood. Dr. C is simply superb with his high quality care and the options he provides are amazing. Was amazed to see the high quality equipment this clinic has apart from the highest work ethic. Both the care providers are fabulous and best at care giving. Won’t hesitate to refer any day.

I can’t say enough positive things about the entire staff. They are professional and exceptional, yet personable and really cared about us. They were very thorough in explaining all the procedures. The office is also very beautiful and creates a relaxing ambiance especially for kids prior to any procedure being performed. I find this to be a go to place for those who do not like going to the dentist. Cant wait to return in six months. Highly recommend!!!

I needed an emergency extraction. I couldn’t get in commerce location as I was working at Mesquite area. They referred me to Richardson location. They too me in same day and did the procedure. I love Trident Family Dentistry. Ive been a patient of Dr. Cs for 2 years. He makes the process of getting your teeth clean or any other dental work to be a great experience. No one likes going to the dentist, but the level of customer service with the front desk staff is exceptional and the services rendered by Dr. Chapala is top notch. I feel very special each visit and they know me by name. Plus, you get to overlook Michigan lake while getting a cleaning or any other dental services.The reason for my last visit was to get some veneers on my front four teeth to minimize the gaps between my teeth. I spoke to Dr. C about this a year ago and was considering getting braces again. And, as a true professional he was honest that my case would be better for an orthodontist, however, this year I was just fed up with the way that my teeth looked so I revisited the idea of getting my teeth fixed. However, I wanted to use Dr. Cs services because I trust his judgement. He is excellent with communicating to you set by step the process and takes care to make sure you understand completely. I suggested veneers to close the gaps because Ive had it done before. Im so happy and over the moon with the way my teeth turned out. If you see me now, youll catch me smiling a lot more than before and I do not have to take selfies from my side profile anymore.I would HIGHLY recommend Trident Family Dentistry and Dr. C to any person looking for a GREAT dentist.Thanks Dr. Chapala and team! It was hard to find a good dentists office near me but this is pretty much where Im coming from now on. My wisdom tooth extraction took maybe 30 seconds and staff were grat. The front office service is friendly and they give you free whitening for PPO patients. No complaints! Great job guys

Dr. Chapala is an amazing dentist. My last dentist messed up my teeth which scared me and I never went back to a dentist for the last 5 years. I came to Trident with an infected tooth and cleaning.I hate going to the dentist. No, really, I looooaaaathe having my teeth and gums poked. Oh, and then being subjected to that inevitable lecture about flossing more often and a video clip on the horrors of gingivitis. Its no wonder that I kept postponing my checkups...I went in expecting the worst and came out ready to make my next appointment. The staff is very professional, the space is classy, and everything ran on time. Dental x-rays are now digital...very cool. I guess I missed out on it with my last not-so-technologically-advanced dentist. Dr. Chapala actually sat down and gave me the time of day, which is not what my last dentist ever thought of doing. He answered my questions about wisdom tooth removal and presented his ideas clearly and intelligently. I think hes somewhat of an intellectual and academic. Very cool! My dentist is a nerd! He knows what hes doing! He clearly loves his field! I got my wisdom tooth extracted today and I didnt feel a bit. It tooth him literally less than 1 minute to pull my wisdom tooth. Fantastic work.Dr. Chapala is the first dentist that I have actually enjoyed meeting and my first visit wont be the last.Oh! There was absolutely no patronizing lecture about flossing and no animated video on gum erosion and tooth decay. And I almost forgot: they send you home with a little goodie bag of dental products. Sweet!

Visit was terrible, front desk staff didnt even greet us. To make it worse they wasted my time in coming in, they didnt even have my sons insurance verified therefore he couldnt be seen and the didnt even bother to call me to let me know ahead of time. I dont recommend this dentist office, dentist is not professional at all.
