I called The Dental Method same day I broke a filling. They got me in right away.I felt very welcomed from the moment I walked in.The front staff was very helpful, the assistant came and got me. She took X-rays constantly asking me if I was comfortable the entire time.They saw the issue, discussed with me and gave me an estimate that was beyond reasonable.Dr. Countryman and assistant worked very well together and I had 0 pain!The whole experience was awesome. Take it from someone who has always had issues with dentists and very scared as well.They are professional and knowledgeable. They make you feel like you have been a client for years. Awesome experience today with Stephanie and Dr. COUNTRYMAN, I had to get a Crown and I was petrified! Stephanie set the tone by making me feel so comfortable. Truly a first class operation, my wife and I have been going to this practice for 15 years (since the days of Dr. George Clark). I get very NERVOUS going to the dentist but this practice makes it SO COMFORTABLE, they make you feel relaxed. I always leave thinking my experience was awesome!

The dental work Ive had done over the years (Crowns & Fillings) was also top quality and remains in tact to this day. Theyre honest, have very high standards for patient care and are lots of fun to visit. If youre looking for a great dental team, North Richardson Dentistry is a great pick.

I have never liked the dentist, pretty much HATE it. Dr. Countryman has always made me feel comfortable and is very conservative with his treatments. My kiddos love going to his office too! I know if he suggests something, it’s necessary. I’ll never go to another dentist!

I’ve had great experiences at NR Dentistry even though I am always anxious when I have to go to the dentist. The hygienists are all gentle and efficient. I had two crowns done on the same visit and was surprised how quick and painless it was. I strongly recommend this practice.

Dr. Thompson is an extremely skilled dentist. Jill and Karen are great. This office still uses nitrous oxide (laughing gas) for extractions and other delicate procedures, which is a Big Big plus for me!

One of the biggest fears I had when I relocated to DFW 5 years ago was how difficult would it be to move doctors, dentists, gyms, etc... Doctors and gyms I had to experiment with to find the right fit for me but thankfully I found my dentist on my first try. I have been well taken care of by my hygienist, Jennifer, since day one. Dr. Fred Thompson has always been personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to be treated by. The office staff always greets me with a smile, I hardly ever have to wait to be taken back for my cleanings, and the office staff has worked with my insurance carrier to handle all of the paperwork for me. I was in the market for Invisalign and the addition of Dr. Countryman now makes that possible to work with my dentist staff to get it taken care of. 5 stars is not enough for Jennifer, Dr. T, and Dr. Countryman.
