Went there for the first time today. They were among the kindest and most genuine staffs I have ever interacted with. From the front desk on back, courteous, professional, and gracious.My wife an I don’t have dental insurance and the staff at Ellem have been super courteous in telling us the price points for various procedures and helping us think wisely about the work we need done. Diana, the new front desk person, is friendly and does a good job handling scheduling and bill paying.

My wife has been going to Ellem for a while and she has always had great things to say. I finally had my wife make me an appointment and I was not disappointed. They were incredibly friendly. They explained every step and procedure they were performing. They addressed every one of my concerns and answered all of my questions. By the time I left we had a plan of attack to get where I want to be with my dental. For the first time ever I’m actually looking forward for my next dentist appointment. Oh they also have this awesome machine that created a 3-D image of my teeth. That was pretty awesome seeing my mouth right there in front of me. I went for a revision because I knew I needed to remove my wisdom tooth, with very reasonable prices and 30 mins later I was leaving the office with only a small gauze. The procedure was painless and I am very happy with the results. I also appreciated that they answered all my questions by email which gave me a lot of confidence.

Dr. Morgan and her staff were all kind, thorough, and gentle. X-rays and cleanings have been painful for me in the past, and they weren’t at this visit. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and I have a few major problems that I have been dreading taking care of. Dr. Morgan assessed the issues, very clearly communicated with me about them, patiently answered all my questions, and helped me make a reasonable plan for treatment. I’m not looking forward to the work that has to be done, but I’m relieved to have found Dr. Morgan and to have a good plan for moving forward! The office atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing and they were taking excellent precautions with COVID-19.

I am giving this review based on insurance and billing purposes not on the actual work performed.When called to schedule appointment as a new patient and gave them my insurance and not once did they mention they do not participate in my plan and I would be out of network. When I arrived to my appointment I felt I was being upsold and pressured into an extensive deep cleaning, which I need, but was not being told that I would be paying way more out of pocket. I felt almost pressured into this cleaning. I will not be returning to this practice and hopefully not hit with a wonderful bill in a few months.

I highly recommend Ellem Dental. Kendal has been cleaning my wife’s teeth for years. She is wonderful. Dr Morgan throughly explained everything to me. I feel very comfortable here and trust them. Everyone here is very professional and carrying. Go see them soon, you can thank me later. I have recently been to two other dental offices in my neighborhood and they recommend work that was not necessary. One even wanted to fix a cavity that doesn’t exist. BEST EXPERIENCE! Dr. Lily Morgan did a filling on my very back, lower molar. My filling turned out perfect, as if nothing had changed - and you know how every tiny/microscopic bit of change in your mouth can be magnified. Fantastic work. Im so relieved and happy to see that the transition went smoothly. Dr. Morgan, Brooke, and Kendall are the only people I would trust my teeth with.

Amazing. From start to finish its the best experience.You feel like they all ACTUALLY care.The prices are so reasonable and fair that youd think they wouldnt take a lot of time with you but in fact it they make it seem like you are the only patient they have.My daughter had two wisdom teeth out (under $300 with laughing gas and she had NO PAIN).

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Morgan for the past couple of years, and I’ve received the best dental care of my life! Dr. Morgan is friendly, knowledge, and extremely skilled with all types of dentistry! She was successfully able to replace a filling that developed a cavity, when two other dentists insisted that I needed a root canal. That tooth no longer causes me ANY pain! ☺️ The hygienist is equally amazing, and my teeth always feel fantastic after a cleaning!! The front office staff is friendly and on top of scheduling like champs! So thankful I found this team!

I was a patient of Dr. Mikes for nearly 30 years and always believed he was the best in Texas. I was sad to learn he retired while I was living/working in Oklahoma; however, I always knew that whenever he planned to retire, he would vet his successor very thoroughly to ensure we continued to receive top quality care. I would highly recommend! Dr. Morgan and her staff made me feel completely at ease with getting a crown and a filling. She took pictures throughout the process just in case I wanted to see exactly what was done and at the end it just reaffirmed for me how important it was that I had the procedure. From the headphones given to drown out the drilling, blanket, and even the phone call a few hours later to check on me, I know Lily, Brooke, Kendall, and the entire staff have my best interest at heart.

Today I had my first visit with Dr. Morgan and I am floored at the level of care and patience she and her staff have for their patients. I had time to explain to her my anxiety with dental visits before she began to exam my teeth. I had part of a tooth break off, so headed to Ellem Dental. They got me in the next day, and did a filling. Gave me estimates of everything ahead of time. Brooke gave me options for whitening, but no pressure! My hygienist, Kendal, did xrays and a cleaning. She is sweet and always fun to talk to.
