BEWARE. RIP OFF! I should have read the customer reviews more thoroughly before I contacted this company, but I think I made a big mistake. Happytubs charged me $724 (part :$249, shipping: $45, fee: $10.29, tax:$24.26, trip charge: $129, labor: $264) for a tiny rubber part replacement on the bathtub. Pls read Joe Bs review which was posted about one year ago. I should have read Joes review as I had very similar experience with this company. Pls be very careful.

Outstanding service! The technician was very courteous, advised on precise time of arrival in advance, and did a quality repair. We will be using these guys again if the need arises. Five stars.

Gave an additional star because the patch has stayed intact, otherwise I would give one star because it looks so bad. The white paint was matched well but has come off of both patches after the year warranty had expired. He also charged another $100 once he arrived on top of his original quote...Response. I dont see where I can respond to your response but at NO time did we use a plastic mat or any other type of mat!! We have never even owned one. Not sure if that is a standard response you give to those unhappy with results or your record keeping is not the best. Had to remove the second star, you are now just being untruthful.

Repair looks good initially, but does not last. After only 5 months the original chip reappeared. Their warranty (one-year) requires an additional charge of over $100. I definitely would not recommend this business.

Really enjoyed my experience with Happy Tubs. Arnold was very informative and quick to respond. Dan is the one who completed the work and did an outstanding job. I am truly impressed with the jet to soaking tub conversion that he did. Highly recommend!

Just replace the jetted tub motor and Daniel was awesome. Worked hard the whole time and couldnt tell he was there since it was clean when he left. Professional, polite and answered all my questions. Happy!

I called Happy Tubs based on the glowing reviews and I was not disappointed. In a recent remodel we had a glass panel installed that shattered and chipped my new acrylic tub. Similarly in the laundry room, the workmen werent too careful and I had a big chip in my farmhouse sink. Dan from Happy Tubs arrived in time and was able to repair both the tub and the sink so that they both look brand new. He explained the process to me and gave me detailed instructions to make sure I got the best result from the repair.

Arnold with Happy Tubs is amazing. So friendly and courteous! His work is flawless! He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the repair. I cannot say enough good things about Arnold. I highly recommend him and Happy Tubs to anyone needing repairs. You will not be disappointed!

When I needed to get my bathtub refinished there seemed to be a lot of options. Unfortunately if youre lucky enough to get someone to call you back the price they quote is ridiculously high. I was pleasantly surprised with Arnold from Happy Tubs. He answered the phone right away and the price was very reasonable. The quality of the work was just like the pictures as well. Highly recommended!

I had a really yucky shower in my new apartment I rented that just didnt feel right. Happy Tubs gave it a full makeover and now the rolling doors are smooth and everything is perfect. Really glad I chose them, as my friend recommended them to me. One of the best out there. Highly recommended.

I chose Happy Tubs on the basis of previous reviews, and I was not disappointed. Arnold replaced an old pump switch that had malfunctioned. To change it he had to carefully remove a long faux-marble panel that had been very tightly mounted. He installed and sealed in the new switch, cleaned up the mess, and remounted he panel perfectly. It was a pleasure to watch him work, and I enjoyed a stimulating and wide-ranging conversation with him to boot. I strongly endorse Happy Tubs.

This morning, the owner of “Happy Tubs” Arnold, called my cell, started yelling, threatened my family, and said he knows where we live. I’ve had to contact the police to report the threat. This all stemmed from unauthorized payments from this company. The only way to schedule an appointment is to use their online schedule which has you pay a $129 trip charge through an online payment app. The tech charged us an additional trip charge (which we didn’t agree to) plus for parts we didn’t need, my wife cut a check for over $700 dollars. I contacted the owner to obtain a refund for the extra part and trip charge, totaling over $452. We were accommodating and said they could cash the check, and agreed to get the owner to cut us a check back for the over payment, and expected the check within 2-3 days. More than a week passed, no check – instead after a week he stated he sent the refund using the online payment app instead of the expected check. I was unable to locate the refund, and then spent many more back and fourth texts and calls trying to locate the refund, which I didn’t see in any of my accounts. They finally cut us a check and delivered it after I stated we would write a bad review about this. All of this went on for over a month! He contacts us yesterday and stated his bank researched it and said it was sent to my account, I checked again and located it in my savings account, where I didn’t expect to see it, but also didn’t see it when I checked originally. I sent a text, stating we found it and were cutting him a check and placed it in the mail. The next morning, I sent him a text asking for a complete invoice of all the transactions, he then called me and threatened us. What a bunch of nonsense that has led us to file a harassment charge with the police.

Arnold was easy to correspond with to get a quote. Came at the agreed time. Worked the entire time and did a great repair for us.

Friendly and Professional. They did a Great job refinishing a couple of spots that was damaged on the tub. Weve already referred them to our friends.

I really thought there wasnt any hope for my tub. It looks like a brand new one thanks to the experts at happy tubs! I highly recommend them for anyone in a dire situation :)

I had a great experience getting my bathtub refinished with Happy Tubs.We did go for the lowest price the first time around and sure enough when it started to peel we couldnt get them to answer the phone again, never mind to come back and fix it.We felt at ease using Happy Tubs because someone always picked up the phone or called back right away. The pricing was not even much more than we paid the first time and the bathtub looks great!Arnold was friendly and informative, explained the process and why it shouldnt peel if done right.I highly recommend this company!

I do not suggest calling this company for a quote let alone for business.I went to the website and read MOST REPAIRS 199 and was ok with that. So I followed the procedure as requested on the page and text pics to them to have it evaluated. Here is the reply from their message:Thank you based on the location of your crack, the best option for replair is an insert over the bottom of the tub for 699 installed. Its the strongest and the best looking option. Alternatively we can slo patch the crack for 299. The patch is very strong and will not leak but it doesnt look good. Additional support can be added with either option for 99 more.My reply: So you ad states most repaired for 199 or is that a marketing snag?HT reply: Not at all. Most repairs ( chips) are 199My reply: So what happens for the additional 100?HT: Im so sorry in looking closely at the pics it doesnt look like we would be able to help with this tub.My reply: Funny how your tone changes with more questions? Ill be happy to extend a poor review...... Good luckHT: Im sorry that my being honest and not wanting to offer a repair that would not last offends you. Id rather not take customers money if I can see that our solution would not work.My repy: Well your tone changes with my questions. I work in a service business so Ive seen it before. But if thats how you want to frame it then so be it. You have that right but I also have the right to call it as I received it as well.___________________________________________________________________So being a man of my word I am here to let everyone know how my exchange with them went. I merely pointed out that his web page states..... Most repairs are 199. Not that it says most CHIP repairs are 199 and that his marketing needs to be changed so it does not look like a bait and swap situation for the customer. No harsh words were exchanged in this text. I would just like for others to know how my exchanged was treated and that in my opinion this is not a company I would not want to do business with so take this information with a grain of salt and use it as you wish.

I have a rental property in Dallas and I had another refinishing company with a cheap price come in and refinish my old bathtub. Needless to say after a month the finish was peeling and it looked worse than I started with. I guess you get what you pay for.Then I found Happy Tubs. Arnold came and gave a price that wasnt much more than I paid for it the first time and he explained that when Happy Tubs restores a bathtub that they dont use paint, its some sort of hard coating that cant crack or peel.So we scheduled an appointment. When they came to do the job he was there 15 minutes early and 2.5 hours later the job was completed, I couldnt believe it. There was no mess and the tub looked great. I would recommend them to anyone.

Long story but basically ended up with a big crack in the bottom edge of my tub. Was pretty sad about it as its a brand new condo and I simply cant function without my daily shower.Called around and decided to go with Happy Tubs because of their pricing and the friendly tone on the phone. Guy from Happy Tubs shows up in the morning and barely an hour and a half later my tubs looks as good as new. I actually asked them if they just replaced the tub because I couldnt believe it lol. At $199 it was a steal.Thanks guys, and while you do a great job I hope I wont need to see yall for a while. God bless!
