John Cox is very friendly, takes the time to explain everything patiently and makes proper recommendations. John and all his office staff are always very courteous and polite. They handle all the hassle and frustration of dealing with the insurance claims department. His company has done work for many very satisfied homeowners in our neighborhood for many years. We used Coxco for renovation of our house, inside and out. They were on schedule, at a reasonable cost, and great quality.

We required a new roof and several gutters because of hail damage. Overall we are quite satisfied. Coxcos Jon Schaeffer did a great job managing the insurance claim and was very responsive in understanding and meeting our unusual requirements. The roofing crew was not as impressive or responsive. They were focused more on speed than quality, insisting on getting the whole thing done in a day.

I texted Coxco over the weekend and they were very responsive. John came over on Sunday and fixed the turbine on the roof and gave me an honest review of the limited hail damage to the roof and the best course of action. No pressure to buy anything. It was truly refreshing. I hope when I do need to replace my roof I can call on Coxco!

John met with us several times as my husband and I debated over what we wanted to do with the kitchen. His quote was cheaper than a competing contractor and in the end was very close to the actual cost. His workers were reliable and did a very nice job. When small problems arose (as they will when remodeling a 25 year old home), he was willing to go the extra mile to remedy the situation and make sure that we were satisfied. His estimated time frame was also pretty accurate. We are very pleased with our updated, beautiful kitchen!

In a world of fly by night scam artists that will take your money and do a shoddy job, you need to be able to depend on an honest company to do your roofing or remodel. Coxco can be depended on to assess your roofing needs, find and fix problems that others wouldnt find, and execute the work on time and within budget. I had Coxco replace a roof. They fixed a chimney leak issue also. Later, I had them do a new floor and kitchen remodel. Outstanding work.
