Mark showed up to look over my system and offer suggestions for repair and a quote. He was very professional and thorough. Ive had other companies come out and give me a quote for replacement without spending much time looking at the system. Mark located every register and supply, spent at least 15 minutes in the attic looking over the units and the venting situation. There are still questions about the cost of our bill which seems high since our unit was on warranty so no cost for parts, but the repair person, John, who came out to fix our aircon unit was professional, informative and completed the job earlier then his estimated time. We had a 25 year old AC unit that finally bit the dust. I had been using TemperatureProDallas - Richardson for 2-3 years for maintenance, and when it came time to do a replacement, they were my choice from multiple bids - cant beat having past history to help make a decision. Ive been working with a old HVAC that has a freon leak in it. John (very cool guy) came by yesterday and knew exactly what to do. He replaced my HVAC contactor, added freon and used a freon sealant to stop the leak. It took a quick 30 minutes and I was glad to have cold again in this terrible Texas heat. Every representative thats come to my house (Chad, Mark and John) have been extremely helpful. Temperature pro will be my go to guys until I can replace ole big bertha (my old HVAC) system. Had a tech come out to diagnose a failing system and decided to go with a whole new system. Everyone involved was very professional and on time. The installation went smoothly and the cooling is fantastic. They called the following week to say there was a new special running that included my specific model. Rich Edwards gave a very competitive price on installing new duct work to an existing furnace in my investment property. In addition, they moved the condenser unit from the back yard to the side yard. Responded to a leak in air conditioning due to the failure to properly address plumbing issues supposedly repaired by a different contractor. They responded within an hour on a Sunday and charged only regular rates. Fixed problems correctly and efficiently. We will be using them in the future.

Jason was highly responsive and informative. He came to us because he was working on a unit on a neighboring suite on a cold day and spotted that one of our heating units wasnt running at all. He found that our heat exchanger had rusted through and gave us quotes on replacement (both for heat exchanger and for entire unit).He sent us pictures and video of the unit, was very patient in answering all of my questions, and even brought in a space heater to help keep our employees warm while we figured out what our options were in the meantime.Our company policy requires that we get 3 quotes for these types of jobs. Temp Pro came in as our middle priced bid, but the value that they bring in customer service and communication is amazing. None of the other companies Ive worked with have come close to measuring up in this regard.

The new AC unit in my business died and the original installer (who is NOT affiliated with TemperaturePro Dallas-Richardson) refused to answer my calls let alone fix his shoddy work.
