OMG!!! They are truly the best. Not only are they nice, courteous, professional, and expedient they are affordable too. These guys are not out to scam you. I was told there was no way to repair my a/c unit. It had to be replaced. They came out for a second opinion and found a $50 part was damaged. They replaced it and now we have a/c again. I love these guys, to the moon and back. Customer for life!

We are experiencing a musty odor when the a/c comes on. The tech set up an air quality sensor with orange and blue lights in our living room. He never shared nor showed me the data results of of the test. He did say that we needed a UV light installed in our a/c unit to kill all pollutants. He went into the attic where upon he checked the filter. At no time did he open the unit and inspect the A coil for cleanliness. I paid him and asked him to email me an estimate on installing the UV LIGHT which he did, I also asked him to email me an estimate for chemically cleaning the evaporator coil which he did not do.

HVAC pros put in a new system for our house. They were honest up front on what we needed. The install has some normal issues but they fixed them fast and professionally. Would absolutely use again.

Guy came to house, went to unit, said a mouse or rat had chewed through the wire. He asked to see the access to under the house as he would have to go there to complete the repair. He then said he didnt want to go under the house and it would take an installer from his company to perform this repair. He ended up rigging a wire from the outside unit, through the open window of my bedroom and connected it to the inside unit. The wire basically cut my room in half. He charged me $85 dollar to diagnose the chewed wire and another $170 for the service charge. I had to have an electrician come the next day and he crawled under the house and completed the repair in less than 15 minutes.

I have used AC Pros twice now and I can honestly say they were nice and effective both times. We will continue to use them for any of our HVAC or AC needs!

The last honest AC company in DFW! I couldn’t be more serious. Jason is a life saver! He stayed in touch via text as we waited for power to be restored during blackouts so that he could address the broken heater - the call was VERY reasonable and we were up and running in 30 minutes. He will return later to replace what was frozen due to storm - at least until we can get a full assessment after the thaw. Highly recommend! Call no one else!! - most of these contractors are just crooks - so glad to finally have an honest one!

AC PROS installed a new AC unit on my property in 2016. The unit and installation cost $15,000.00. They convinced me to install this unit because i was going to enjoy several advantages including but not limited to 10 years warranty on parts and labor. The so called new TRANE air condition has broken down twice already in less than 5 years. Their technicians are the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They responded to my service call on 06/07/2021 and billed me for diagnostics. On 06/09/2021 the technician (Francisco Sanchez) came to conduct the repairs, he claimed that my thermostat was broken and he did not know because he never diagnosed the thermostat. He left my job incomplete for over 5 days. I called the office again and they sent thesame technician. He attempted to call me while I was at work but I was not able to answer, he proceeded to retrieve the used thermostat that he had installed and left. I called the office as soon as I could and they rescheduled for him to come back out to the house on 06/16/2021. He refused to complete my job and demanded that I pay him before the job is done. It has been 2 weeks since the unit AC pros installed for me for $15,000.00 broke down and I have been without air condition. They lack basic human decency and have absolutely no empathy. AC PROS is a fraud! they reap you off and sell you fake TRANE product. From the office staff to the technicians, they are the worst service providers I have encountered so far. Do yourself a favor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Had a bit of a rough start to a heating problem. We were dispatched a tech who seemed to have gotten a solution but unfortunately the problem arose again later in the evening. The next day they sent out Jason who not only stayed all day until the job was done right but he also brought a space heater to keep us comfortable while he worked. He also answered all out questions and concerns and gave us good info to use in the future. What started out as a kind of rough start to a bad situation ended up really good actually and professional. Would highly recommend.

WOW! I could not have asked for better service. My father in law was without heat and we had a freeze warning that night. The great folks at AC PROS came out to diagnose the problem, and discovered that the needed parts were a couple of days away. The service tech brought personally owned space heaters over to his house after business hours to insure that he has heat.The day of the repair, they were there on time and got the job done less time than quoted. All for a great price.I would highly recommend.

Joel came to my house on a weekend at 11:30 pm (on 2 hours notice) and only charged a standard rate. I told Joel he could come the following morning but he said would make the service call that night since I have 2 small children in the house. He said he wouldnt want his kids to sleep in a hot house and didnt mind making the late service call to make sure that didnt happen. Great experience and I would highly recommend this company.

I have been with this company for years. I am on my second system from them! They are great - on time and prompt. Use their scheduled maintenance program and get special service!!

In March of 2020 I had AC pros install a completely new HVAC system, all new ducting, new attic insulation, and they even cleaned my dryer vent! All work was done professionally and the system is fantastic. Only issue we had was some attic insulation fell into the house while they were removing the old ducting, but Russ had a cleaner come clean the entire house free of charge!September of 2020, I had AC Pros install a Reme Halo LED to further remedy our allergy issues, and it also kills viruses too! Cole did this install and was absolutely awesome to work with. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I’ll for sure be doing business with AC Pros again in the future and will be asking for Cole if possible.
