Returned to this place after being dissatisfied with my oil change a week or two prior, Cory told me to bring my car in and he would check it out. He did so and gave me an education on the type and model of my car to boot! He also wiped down the area of the hood where there were grease smudges, the previous guy hadnt done that and I also learned that guy was no longer there. Cory was truly exemplary in his customer service! You could tell he had a love for and was educated about cars. Because of his customer service I will return to this shop for other car services.

Very shady and they use faulty parts from China. They refused to honor warranty unless you have the receipt, and did not cover warranty labor for a friend who had issues less than 12 months/12,000 miles. Find another repair shop for your own sanity. Thank me later!

Just was refused to be serviced at Beltline due to inconsistency of new inspector. I have been customer for over 10 years. Went to hwy 75 location which is closed due to remodeling.I’ll stop using your facilities from now on because of one employee’s attitude.And will broadcast on the net for that location as this is the second insult to me.

Good side they did the work and overall nice.Not so good side, Not as clean as other stores. No Covid protocol - no mask around customers even inside; no gloves when they enter cars, and no car seat covers. The office was Smokey as well.I sanitized my car before getting back in.And I personally expected a little bit more out of the service based on website service description and phone call with employee. So another location next time.

Fastest oil change Ive ever had. Checked my fluid levels and tire pressure, too. Everyone wore a mask that worked there!

I have taken my car at Kwik Kar shop in 400 N. Central Expwy, Richardson. I did state inspection and power steering fluid exchange. The service was completed within 30 to 40 minutes. I checked the price of their high end tune up service and it is between $400 to $500. On other shops that I checked on for high end tune up service is about $700.I recommend this shop to anyone. Sagar is the one who serviced my car and incidentally the owner of the shop.

So nice to find a business that is just there to help the customers. I feel that they are honest and would go out of their way to help! They took the time to educate me also! Will definitely go back!

This is a shop I had not seen before, so I stopped on my way home from work. Ended up getting a tire fixed and my brakes done. Will go back for my oil changes and any repairs. Felt extremely well treated. They explained what needed to be done and made me aware of what I may need in the near future. Very professional.

It was a great experience there. People working there are professional and did a great job on my Cadillac. I spent much less compared to the dealer shop charged me.

I have been using this Kwik Kar location for about 10 years. After my experience yesterday I seriously question whether or not I will be going back.I went in for an oil change, and while I was there, the service tech told me that my rear brakes (disc) were VERY badly worn and needed immediate replacement. He proceeded to show what appeared to be very thin pads on the brake and offered to quote me a price. I have replaced many disc and drum brakes over the last 50 years so I told him later, or I would do it myself.Since I have a bit of travel coming up, I went ahead and got a set of replacement pads. Imagine my surprise when I took the old pads out and noticed that over 75% of pad remained. The old pads were nowhere close to being worn out.Does this shop do this for all oil change customers - or just those that are 70+ years old and presumably too old to know whats going on?

I recently went to Kwik kar Richardson for my car inspection and a service that I needed to get done . They did an amazing job of getting the service on my car quickly done. I would most definitely make a trip to get my car done there again !
