Always nice and clean. One of my favorite locations, I used to work at the Easton location and a lot of them need some serious updates.

Literally my worst pet store experience. Most things are severely overpriced. If not, theyre out of stock. And the pets are NOT taken care of!! They leave the beta fish in air tight containers with NO filters! betas need filters, people! Theyre all discolored, missing fins, and half alive! kept on a dark shelf and stacked like some display cereal! Literally abusing them and waiting for them to die.

Very disappointed went to buy a snail for my fish aquarium. I was informed they don’t sell fish an hour before closing? Is this for real? Is is that involved to scoop a sail into a bag of water and tie it with a rubber band. I just don’t understand.

Staff was friendly when i entered the store an when i left....the clinic inside was friendly an they took real good care of my pet who was being seen

I love PetSmart but their shelves are almost empty sometimes. I purchase a weight management canned food for my cat and I am going to have to start ordering it on-line. Whats up? I see a lot of missing items. Staff and always friendly and helpful - its not the fault of the staff.

Petsmart needs to hire more employees for their stores. The employees need more knowledge on the animals they sell. Also Petsmart please stop selling heat rocks for reptiles and/or calcium sand. as these are detrimental for reptiles.

I went in the store with the intention of getting a leopard geko and there were no problems with the reptile itself it was the customer service I received that was pitiful. A employee I encountered that was in the back near the fish and reptiles I assume he was in charge of that area. While he did give me helpful advice he had to make a scene to do so and overall was very obnoxious tworads me and other customers I saw him encounter. I am not a person to do these things but he wad downright awful . He was tall lanky and he had a beard and wore square glasses . I may have been inexperienced with having a leopard geko but he had no right to even whisper about me as I walked out of the store he called me a child when I am actually a adult. All the other employees treated me well even if they didnt know how to answer my questions.

My vet has been amazing and so kind and helpful. The Banfield staff in general are kind and quick, but make sure to also take the time to explain everything so you understand it and are very informative and responsive with questions and concerns. Very happy with my decision to be a wellness plan + member thus far.As for the store itself, I’ve never had anything other than a pleasant experience. I’ve never waited more than a minute or two in line, if that, such is amazing when with your pet. The staff are kind and informative, and the male associate with the ponytail and the other with shorter curly hair are awesome and funny so be sure to go to them for help.

Pathetic customer service.I have scheduled appointment for my dog Biscuit for June 9th at 3:00 PM. When I reached at 2:50 PM, I have been told that I need to have his Rabies vaccine record, which i forgot to take with me.So i called Biscuit doctor right away and they sent me records on my email at 3:03 PM. Staff at pet smart refused to take my appointment that day and they mentioned that the time slot has been assigned to someone else and I would need to reschedule it.I was very upset but I still rescheduled it for June 15th 2021 at 9:00 AM. I got a call at 8:15 AM that i should come now or they can not take my appointment at scheduled time for some staff unavailability reasons. Very very unprofessional.Now they asked me to schedule it for June 28th which is 3 weeks away and I can not wait for that long. They are not willing to take any appointment before that.This is the most unprofessional behavior from Pet Smart staff I have seen. Worst experience ever. I recommend not to trust them with their appointment time.

So I will say that the staff at this store is extremely friendly and helpful. I took my dog in here b/c my wife and kids were at target shopping and I did not want to wait in the car with my dog. The reason I am not giving this 5 stars is because there was no enforcement of covid guidelines. People were walking in with chin straps and others were walking in with nothing at all.

I needed a dog walking harness today.Employee was very helpful helping me fit my medium sized dog.Checkout was easy.

The young woman who check me in was ver nice, but the groomer was not very good. I had pointed out a mat when I dropped Jax off, and it was still there when we got home. I just chopped it out with scissors, but Im wondering why I spend over $100 for non-service. I wont be back. (And no bandana! For $100, Jax should have at least been given a bandana!)

Went for the vet to get my cats Rx food. Went to buy my regular dog food. It was way more expensive than where I normally buy it from. But the selections of everything is overwhelming. You can even adopt a pet there.

My daughters cat Chico is a outside and indoor cat. We tried to keep him in in the winter so that he wont get fleas and ticks. So when we found out that he did have fleas and ticks we went to PetSmart. Their customer service was great I told the lady what I needed and what was going on and she knew I was on a budget and was able to find me what I needed at a lower price but at the same quality.

They were very nice and helpful.

Well, I brought my pup for her first vet visit. And the ladies were very knowledgeable about my pup care. She explains what my pup visit would consist of. I felt very comfortable about leaving her there. On The other hand, Petsmart didnt have my pups favorite food. Alittle disappointed tho. But the overall experience was okay.

Cashier was slow and seem inexperienced in using a cash register. Overall okay experience.

Most of the employees were super nice, but there was one guy that worked in the reptile area where we bought our bearded dragons that was very rude. both me and my roommate went in and bought bearded dragons, we have owned a wide array of animals between the two of us and are very well prepared to take care of any animal that is in our possession. He was just very rude, mean looks, words under the breath. Just acted like he did not want to be there and/or help the customers. I will not be returning to this petsmart.

Took our bully for a bath and brush upgraded to bandana breath freshener and cologne spritz . She was literally done with her in less than 30 minutes . Not sure they even bathed her as she still smelled like dog. No bandana and definitely no deodorizing spritzer. 54.$ later we wont be back i called and asked if she was sprayed she said yes and sorry forgot the bandana offered zero refund on the extra pack

Amanda always takes such good care of our little dog. With her grooming expertise we get a high quality job for him. She is highly recommended by me.

I am really happy to hear that Petsmart is requiring shoppers to wear masks as of today. It is not enough to require employees to wear masks. Employees deserve to be protected as well. Additionally, shoppers could infect other shoppers. Thank you for caring for customers as well as for your employees.

I went in today to get fish because sadly one of mine died I went up to a worker and he was very rude at first I asked him “do you have any black moor goldfish” and he said “huh huh” and I said “sir do you have any goldfish” and he rudely said “over there” then I tried to ask another lady and she redirected me to him so I got my goldfish and he was asking me a bunch of questions and I answered them all then he said I don’t know what I’m doing and I shouldn’t be allowed to have goldfish then I said sir I’ve had fish for my whole life please don’t say that and I’ve been talking calm and nice this whole time I just don’t understand why you have to be so rude to me I’m going to contact the manager and let him know I wish I could give this zero stars I’ve been going to this petsmart for a while now

I shop this PetSmart a few times a year. On this trip I was looking for a hooded litter box. The lid was zip tied to the bottom. I understand that they want to keep them together, but how am I to know if its functional for me. I have disabilities and sometimes it hard for me to access the litter box. My cat prefers a top. So I undid the ties. The one I had look at online was what it said. But I found one I like and my cat likes it also

The 2 men working in the reptile/fish department are very rude. They ask questions about everything and tell you what you can and can’t purchase. If I am spending MY money there should be no questions asked about my purchase. Terrible experience

Yesterday, my boyfriend and I went to the reynoldsburg location to purchase a veiled chameleon, this was not our first reptile we have had. Jim, one of the associates was very rude to us. However there was another associate that was kind and more willing to help. When it came time to getting the chameleon I avoided Jim at all costs. I searched the store for the nicer lady who also owns a chameleon. She was willing to get the chameleon out for us and and put him in his carrying container. My boyfriend and I were standing about 15ft away in the next aisle over when we overheard Jim talking about us to the other associate. I know this happens more than we think, but i heard everything. I found it to be very rude. Jim was saying stuff like “i don’t believe they’ve had other pets” “i feel bad for this chameleon going with her.” Jim kept complaining about work the whole time we were with him and kept sighing as if he didn’t want to really help us. He was patronizing us the entire time acting like we were the dumbest people he’s encountered. Not to mention, everything I got was not cheap.You would think the employees would be nicer if they want your money. I will not be returning.

I cant say enough about how knowledgeable and great everyone is at this location. Or how clean and well organized it is all the time. My family and I love going to visit the kitties there and we adopted one recently. We are so fortunate to have met such a wonderful associate, Grant, that introduced us to the sweetest cat Ive ever met. She is now part of our family and we are so very grateful to have her. This location is the absolute best place to go. You will meet the best people and best fur babies there.
