Every time I go here I’m disappointed. There’s always bugs left on the front of my car and it’s still pretty dirty when I pull out of the wash. I paid extra for the $15 dollar wash, mainly for the tire shine. My tires are still black with dirt in some areas (pictures attached-this was AFTER the wash). When I pay extra for something, I expect to get it! The people spraying down the car in front of me took more time on them then with me. I was sprayed for maybe 10 seconds before they started pushing my car through. I’m so sick of the low quality. I will not be returning and will never recommend. Retrain your staff and at least learn how to wash the bugs off the front of a car.

The Detail shop is fantastic. Dropped my car off in the morning and told them they could have it all day they called me a few times with things they found. It turned out amazing super clean and fresh. I’m also super impressed with the headlight restoration. Great job keep up the good work you definitely earned my business

Tire shine does NOT work at this car wash. I washed by daughter’s car, paid $15 for the premium wash to get the tires all shiny. No tire shine. They sent me thru again and sure enough, doesn’t work. I could see that the tire brush didn’t even move to the wheels. My son recorded a video because he didn’t initially believe me. The guys were very kind but basically told me to tell them they owe me a free wash the next time I come back (which won’t happen because my daughter graduated, and if I did would they really believe me?). Just beware. I asked the workers to inform other people to not purchase the $15 wash because the tire shine isn’t working. See attached photos … no shine.

My car never gets very clean. Bugs still on the front bumper, window and mirrors. I get better value doing it myself at the drive in car wash around the corner. Now they have a tip jar out front but the quality is much lower these days.

I was stranded with a completely flat tire at midnight at Ray’s and the owner and his son stopped and not only reopened to turn on their compressor, but they pumped my tire for me while I sat in the car. Great service and incredible values!

Car wash was okay not impressive and doesn’t do an amazing job.Employees used the same brush on my rims, paint, and windows….. how horrible. If I wasn’t getting sprayed I would’ve jumped out to stop them. I don’t suggest this for anyone who has a new and unprotected vehicle.Update. Tried it again. Somehow managed to get worse. Drove out with a still dirty vehicle.

If I were rating this business on what happened today, only, I would give it 1 star! We got to the garage door and waited almost 5 minutes while we watched the car inside. They were very meticulous in using the brushes and spray. They scrubbed the windows. We were patient and didn’t mind waiting. It was finally our turn. The guy on the right motioned us to move forward but then turned. The girl on the left kept motioning us forward but we couldn’t see her eyes from under the brim of her hat. Was she even watching our tires to make sure we were getting into the track. She finally told us to stop. She immediately walked over and pushed the buttons to pull us through. He sprayed a little water on the right. She didn’t even bother pointing the hose at our car on the left. WHY DOES ONE CAR GET A 5 MINUTE LONG ATTENTION and ours didn’t even get 30 seconds?!

Very disappointed in this car wash. I agree with some other reviews that if there was another car wash in town I would go to the other one. Last time I went the vacuums were under maintenance and they didn’t bother to let their customers know before purchasing the car wash. On top of that I feel that it is very over priced for what they provide. I’ve gone back a few times to try and have a good experience but every time I leave it’s a disappointment

Okay, its a car wash. Ive noticed little scratches and buffs popping up on my car after each time of used it. This makes me really upset because I love my car. I can think of any other reason my car would be gaining these buffs and scratches that look like someone took sandpaper to my paint.The wash itself is kind of aggressive, thats why I feel like it may be the reason to these scratches on my car.They only recently added towels to dry off your car, I appreciate that. When Ive used the vacuums, they have almost no suction, so I do not use them as frequently as I would like

Its an automated car wash. Vacuums are free. Its even automated at the gate where you choose your package and pay on a touch screen before you proceed to the car wash track. Employees were nice and helpful. Love this place.

Poor quality. Unfortunately there aren’t many other options here in rexburg right now or I would definitely go somewhere else. The vacuums are extremely weak, the wash is high priced for poor quality. Our wash didn’t even get the dusk of some parts… don’t go to this car wash

Damaged my car on car wash and have never made replacement or payment for damaged right front wheel cover. It been almost a month and they fail to respond!

Worker directed me too far to left which caused rail to bend and break. Made report and claim...which has been totally ignored. They say they will call back and they never do. Destroyed driver side, front wheel cover. Took pictures. Never has replaced not answered results of claim.

Great service and fast. Prices are high but that is normal for the country I guess.

Sadly, this car wash has really taken a turn for the worse. My car NEVER actually gets clean, this is not my first disappointing experience. I think people keep coming out of convenience, not because they do stellar job. Save your money, and just drive a dirty car for another month.

My car doesn’t even hardly look like it went through a car wash. There are now scratches all over the side and hood of my car. Won’t trust this car wash again.

Great wash. Car always comes out clean. Folks are friendly and work hard to make sure your car comes out clean.

Good job everywhere except the back of the car was still dirty. Maybe have a sprayer nozzle aimed at the back when the car pases through.

We paid for the best car wash and I still felt like our tires were a little dirty and I found some dirt spots by the license plate that were missed; however, theres free microfiber clothes to use to do some touchup and interior cleaning. The vacuums need help. Looks like we barely tried.

Wow. I like this car wash business. Im from the bay area, compare to those small automatic carwash, this shop is awesome. All the dirt I drove offroad in yellowstone national park is all gone. Awesome. Fantastic.

I spent big bucks for a detail, but they did not hand wash the car, and their car wash scratched the paint on my brand new Subaru. I would highly recommend a touch-less. I let them know and they took 2 weeks to let me know what they could do for me after repeatedly calling to remind them. The manager ‘buffed’ out the scratch. After a month the buff came out and you could see it again. Again I recommend another place to get your car washed and detailed.

I would like to leave a review, because I feel like this establishment is severely underappreciated. When I first moved to Rexburg, I was a little skeptical of Rays, as a lot of the reviews talked about it being pricey; some people even complained about things as drastic as car scratches. Well, let me tell you that none of that has been the case for me! I, on average, get a car wash once a week, and I have been very impressed with the service that I have received over the past eight months. A bare-bones car wash with them will set you back a mere $9.00, with other options being priced at $12.00 and $15.00 respectively, all of which I found entirely reasonable for the quality of wash that I have received. The staff is professional and friendly. The wash is very thorough, yet quick. The vacuum cleaners are powerful and do a good job clearing your interior of any dirt, rocks, or even your little brothers M&Ms that he spilled between the seats. There really isnt much more you could want from a car wash. I would, and do recommend them to my friends, and will likely continue to wash my car weekly there for the rest of the time I find myself in Rexburg.

I’ve gone to Rays for years and I have always loved their car wash, it gets your car clean for a decent price. However, when I went today the vacuums provided after you get your car washed weren’t working, this was a disappointing visit.

The car wash itself was fine. My complaint was that 6 of the 12 or so vacuums didnt work. We waited for one that did work and it didnt even have that much power. Dont come if you are planning on a good vacuum for your car.

I was in the line for 15 min and them they opened a secod line, so 4 to 5 cars that was behind me went first them me. In total I was more than 30 min waited for quick car wash. Unbelievable...

$12 is quite a bit to charge for a car wash, especially when the front & sides of your car are still left with marks/bugs. Besides having a nice shine, our car didn’t look too different from when we first entered the car wash. There also weren’t any towels to wipe down leftover water that the air dryers didn’t get, so the car was left with a lot of water spots. We left very disappointed and will not be coming here again.

Almost every time I come here the vacuums do not work and again today neither one on each side was working. This has been a problem for a couple of years and they don’t seem concerned about fixing the problem.

I think they do a good job washing your car although it can be a little tricky to clean the rear end of the car. On my hatchback they have trouble with the back of it. Could use better vacuums but overall its a fine place

The wash was okay. They have people pre-soaping the car before the machine, so thats good. Price was $9, the cheapest one. The vacuum was rather weak than strong.

Man, I’m used to the prices starting at $5 and not $9. My front windshield is still covered in bugs and there are water stains left on the sides. Also, there are several stall where the vacuums don’t work. The employees are great but the quality of the car wash does not live up to its price.

I really enjoyed getting a car wash here! They missed a foot by foot spot on the back of my vehicle, so they gave me a second wash for free. I don’t think my vehicle has ever been as clean after a car wash as here! I will definitely be stopping by whenever I am in town!

I tried going to another place, but went to Rays right after because it really is an awesome place with the people at the beginning getting the spots the mechanical wash might not, and the free vaccums make it totally worth it.

Best car wash in town. The price is higher for a reason. Free vacuums with any car wash. Guys spraying down the car do a good job 99% of the time. Been going here for years and only one was I displeased with the big splatters on the front after the wash. They are great

Paid for an overpriced oil change that was supposed to include a car wash and a vacuum. The car wash was down so they told me I could come back later but it doesnt even look like they touched it with a vacuum cleaner. When I confronted them about it the on duty manager looked at my car and told me he was sorry but it was their policy just to do a quick once over on the floor mats only. Waste of money. Never again

They provide great service and free air for tires. The automatic car wash is great and includes free vacuums. People come out and wipe down your windows while youre vacuuming.Got my car detailed here, did the $180 option. Picked it up and they had over looked some door jams. Vacuuming under the seats. Cleaning out the glove box and a few other things. I called and let them know and they got my car back in the next day to fix it. Got it back and it was immaculate the second time around.

Great service! I like having the combo of the staff spraying and scrubbing your car, but also the bigger machines to get your car all the way clean. The free vacuums at the end are so convenient!

Always a great wash. All the employees are very nice and they get a kick out of my puppy trying to get the brush from the inside as they clean the windows. Keep hiring good people.

Great wash for the price. They have staff who do a pre-wash by hand to take off bug residue, etc before you go through the wash. It did a really nice job in my opinion.

Front grill was just as dirty after the wash. The guys usually apply a brush but didn’t this time. The last two times we have gone through, the guys have not done as good a job as they have in the past.

Nice automated car wash really close to everything. Free vacuums are nice and always work. The reason for only 4 stars is because the system often leaves film on the surface of the vehicle, especially trucks. I also made a point to use the budget cleaning and the deluxe cleaning and didnt really notice a difference in how clean my truck is. They also fold the mirrors in so the spinning cleaners dont hit them wrong, but that also leaves part of your windows uncleaned. Overall a great place but I think they could do better.

They tooks such good care of our car with some extra scrubbing even though we only paid for the basic wash. They have quirky signs and such every once and a while that we always enjoy

You get in and out pretty fast. Havent had an issue, car is always clean afterwards. There are people that do an initial rinse and scrubbing right before you enter. And you get to use the vacuums for free after you are done too.

This place believes in old fashioned customer service. Ive been going here for years and appreciate how well I am treated. The car wash is awesome, love the vacuums and I appreciate help fueling my car on cold winter days.

I have used Ray’s several times in past years, but no more. This week I had my oil changed at Ray’s and they forgot to put the air filter cover back on. Because my mass airflow sensor to go bad in the middle of nowhere Nevada. Called to talk to the manager twice, but have never received a call back. The Previous time I use them to have my oil changed, they forgot to tighten the drain plug and all of my oil leaked out of my diesel pick up. Caused major problems with my engine. Avoid them.

In Boise all the car washes put microfiber drying towels out near the vacuums, do that and you’re a 5 star car wash. Wash worked great.

These guys do an excellent job with getting your car clean. They also have free vacuums you can use to vacuum out your car as well.

Ive done business with Rays for many years. You can always count on the staff to be courteous and attentive to your needs.

This is where we always get our car washed and vacuumed. The wash is super good and I love that on some days they will come around and dry off your car. The service is great and everyone is very helpful and friendly.

$9 for the basic automated wash is overpriced and not great. Good luck finding a working vacuum. Not really any other options in Rexburg, but I still cant recommend this place at all.

Great place to get your car cleaned up. Fast and efficient.They have three wash options and free vacuums afterwards. Everytime time I have gone I have been quite satisfied with the wash it did and its pretty fast too. The vacuums work well and they have garbages by each vacuum too.

The car washes are decently priced and even when they are busy the line moves pretty quick. They also offer free vacuuming which is convient if you dont have access to a vacuum that can reach your car.

It removed all the dirt and road salt buildup, but it also scratched the paint on my car. I appreciate the free vacuums, but Im not sure that the free vacuums are worth coming out of the automatic wash with a dozen new scratches on my trunk and hood.

Do your wallet a favor and go to the DIY car wash. Overpriced and our car still had dust and soap spots after a $12 wash. The worker was pretty rude when the card machine wasnt working for us.
