I never take the time to review companies however my experience was so bad I had to make an exception. Last week I called for a ride not only was the driver extremely late the vehicle was old dated and dirty. The cab driver did nothing but talk about how great Donald Trump was the entire ride and looked like he had not bothered to showered in a week. I would not recommend this Taxi company to my worst enemy. Also reading the childish responses to prior reviews/constructive feedback you can see how this company is run.

Called for a airport pickup and the driver came early so that’s a plus the vehicle was clean although I didn’t see the wipes and stuff mentioned in other responses 🤷🏾‍♀️ but the vehicle was clean driver was friendly enough but before I got a call saying the driver was outside the meter was running and the driver took me out of the way on a possibility that a bridge was open didn’t even ask if I’d mind and I don’t like people playing with my money went 2.4 miles spent $27

Trying to use it due to Uber shortage. Very bad service, NEVER on time. Go elsewhere. If you schedule a pick up going to the airport, you WILL miss your flight due to this company incompetence

My 74 year old mother always uses this company and never had a problem before being picked up at my house to be taken home. She lives in Revere and I live in East Boston. She called at 10pm for a taxi and waited 1 and a half hours. Then was told she has to be a revere resident or she will be placed at the bottom of the list. This company Sucks .

This company is the best, alot better than UBER, at least I feel safe & the prices are the same.

The taxi was so clean, the driver was nice & practiced safe social contact, he had a mask on to cover his mouth & nose, i noticed he had disinfecting supplies in the cab which made me feel comfortable, thanks great service.

Need to be more accurate in approximate wait time. 50 minutes does not equal 12

Try to call for service, the cab never came and the guy hang up on me

Some of the worst service I have ever received. 45 minutes late and the driver was extremely rude. In sticking with uber.

Im a regular customer & I have never heard of any of their drivers be racist in anyway, great drivers & dispatchers.

First time visiting the Boston area, took Patriot Taxi & had a great experience, the driver gave me a tour of the are, great service.

This was the worst service Ever it took them like 30 mins to get to my door the worst part is they didnt even stop they just kept on going so I had to call another cab wich arrived in like 8 mins wich was (Nunez Livery inc)FYI they provide better service even though they are a livery company and you could stop throwing so much shade like theres no reason for that just because your company aint the best for some people

They told me they would be here in 10 minutes, in less than that they were here.The cab was clean and the driver friendlyI got where i needed to go quickly and safe.What more can I ask for?

Called one time last year, he dropped me off the wrong address and came back to my house to GET HIS TOW MONEY BACK cause he came back to pick me up at the wrong address and i wasnt there, go figure why. And right now as I write this the driver drove by me, I waved at him, he looked at my face and kept driving. I called them back to complaint the guy who picked up said the that manager wasnt there, I told him what had happened and he told me TO CALL SOMEBODY ELSE AND HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!! NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE TRYING TO BE LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT! !!!!!!UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE, the other company we called after you told us to call (Everett cab company) found me in 4 minutes and was very nice to me unlike you

What a joke this cab company is! If the cab is 10 minutes away dont tell me 2 minutes! I have no problem waiting,BUT I do have a big problem being lied too! Uber and Lyft is the way to go away!

I was amazed how good this cab company is, i had a nice driver who made me feel comfortable during my ride & drove safe.

Bad service, rude drivers, just an all out bad business, i used this place 4 times and everytime they took an hour and a half to get to me and i like 5 minutes away, going to stick to uber and lyft, i pay half the price for a longer ride!!!!

Great service, i called them for the first time today and im glad i did, the taxi was so clean and the i love that im able to communicate with the driver & dispatcher, unlike uber & lyft.

Hello, I Want to Say That Patriot Taxi is Very Reliable & on Time for Me Every Time I Call Them for a Taxi.

This company kept my husband waiting after food shopping, for over an hour, even though he called before hand for a time estimate which was quoted as 10 mins. Finally, Four phone calls later with a very rude dispatcher who yelled at me, and hung up on my mother in law, they arrived. Total time when all was said and done, an hr and almost a half to bring groceries down the street. Never again! I urge U not to use this cab service. Very Unreliable service and very rude people.

I understand businesses get busy thats how you make money, but when you need a cab and they say 10 minutes and it takes 29 making you late to an appointment thats not proper service. Please tell me it will be 30 minutes and let me decide what to do.

Terrible Service! Almost missed a flight because of this company.Called for a cab to the airport, was told it would arrive in 10 minutes, cab took 50 minutes to arrive. Called the controller 4 times, each time he kept saying the cab would be there in 10 mins.Completely incompetent company that does not care one bit if your cab arrives or when.

These guys are never on time. The dispatcher needs to be replaced he is soo rude. If he doesnt like working with the public then he should get a different job

Took reservation for Sunday morning 6am on Saturday. Car never showed. Called back at 610am sunday and dispatcher was annoyed, taxi had not left. Canceled taxi, drove to airport. Will not use again.

I have been calling patriot for a very long time, i dont get these people making bad reviews, this company is top notch, they treat their customers right, i never had a bad experience with patriot, A1 in my book.
