We were quoted one amount, great. Received an email confirmation later that day for 20% higher. Not great, but fine, we were prepared to move forward. 18 hours before the reservation (a Friday night no less), they call us to say it’ll be $200 more - just enough time to make sure we can’t cancel and book somewhere that’s clear about their pricing up front. How unethical.ETA: This was booked under my husband’s name, which can be found in the database.

We booked super last minute and everything was 5 star service from start to finish. Ask for Saida as your driver if you can, she was so much fun, a great driver and very professional. Will definitely book again.PS. To the other reviewer that said the price was changed, when I booked they were up front that the quoted fee included all tolls and tip. The website does not include those things which is why they may have seen a price difference.**We still tipped on top of the included tip because Saida was the best!!
